This place brought back so many memories and we made some new ones. The Rollcall team simply amazing group and made sure all were included through great service, good music and the uneasiness (for some) skating. The facility was nearly empty, and we were using a regular public table--not a party room or any reserved birthday area. Before arriving, we were told that placing a simple plastic tablecloth on a table so our group could identify where to sit would be allowed. However, after we arrived, management approached us and told us we could not do so. The issue itself was minor, but the way it was handled was unnecessarily rude and confrontational. We did not bring in outside food, did not use a party room, and were not attempting to avoid paying for a birthday package. We simply wanted a place for our group to sit together while supporting the business through admissions, skating fees, and food purchases. The staff members we encountered were generally pleasant, but the manager's behavior left several people feeling embarrassed and unwelcome. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location for a family gathering or birthday celebration. I hope management will consider treating guests with more courtesy and consistency in the future.

The good old days for sure !! I said this to say that I have always enjoyed skating! Am I a pro- nope - but I still know how to have a good time on the rink! I arrived at the rink 30 minutes prior to them closing for an hour. On Sunday they allow all ages to skate until 6pm. They close and re- open for adult night at 7pm. The price does go up. It costs $15 per person to skate plus the cost to rent skates if you do not own a pair is $6! Now some may say this is expensive . However, if you look at how much you pay for let's say a yoga class - it's comparable. . I say that because you can and will burn calories if you are actually skating! Just look at it like a fun fitness class ! The vibe for the night started off with old school songs being played! When I say old school- I mean songs I did not know! However, as the night progressed the DJ started playing songs I knew. Still not current, but at least songs I know. There appears to be a strategy to the rink. If you know what you are doing you can be in the outside of tink. If you are new to this and may not be a comfortable skater you need to be inside the pink lines. Then the inner circle appears to be for those that are dancing on skates. This is just my observation and I could be completely wrong! All of the patrons were friendly and it felt like a no judgement zone! Everyone was just having a good time! I think we left around 9:30pm and the place was packed!! I did note that they have a bar inside and a small arcade area. This spot would make for a good date night ! I will say that it is giving old school as it relates to the look on this inside ! However, that's what I loved about it! It felt like I was a teenager again! Highly recommend checking out this rink! -- guaranteed good times!

We were there for 4 hours and there was a steady flow of people of all ages the whole time. The staff is very friendly and helpful from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. There was also a DJ that got there around 5 and he was great too! He was willing to play songs that we suggested even though he had his own mix to play. They also played tag a few times and a couple of employees hopped into the game too, it was great! The staff were also very interactive with the kids. While skating, I noticed that it looked like a piece of the skate was missing and when showing it to an employee he immediately had me take them off and provided me with a new pair--no questions asked. The facility was clean and well organized, it included a skate rink, arcade, jungle gym, food, and laser tag-- I will definitely return. Just a heads up, you have to pay admission and show rental separately, but they have a lot of events and deals. For me and my siblings, it totaled to about $44.

Beware before booking All Out Gaming Atlanta…read more I chose All Out Gaming despite their significantly higher price because I was specifically told they had a Nintendo Switch 2 available. That was a major deciding factor in booking with them. On the day of the event, a different gaming company showed up instead. They arrived late, with an inferior gaming truck, and no Switch at all--which was not what was promised or contracted. It was clear the event had been outsourced to a cheaper third-party provider. Due to constant game updates and extremely long loading times, the kids were only able to use the gaming truck for about 30 minutes total. They quickly lost interest and ended up playing on our own PS5 and Switch inside the house, which worked far better than the truck. The experience we paid for was essentially unusable. After the event, All Out Gaming acknowledged that the service delivered did not match what was promised and offered a refund. Despite multiple follow-ups on my end, no refund has ever been issued. This experience was incredibly disappointing and did not come close to what was advertised or paid for. I would strongly caution others to confirm exactly who will be showing up, what equipment will actually be provided, and to get everything in writing before booking

We also bought 15 tokens for about $32 so my kids can interact with the animals. It's cheaper to buy from the token machines inside. Save your money, don't get tokens at all. The amount of animal feed you get is very little. I'm talking about 1 tsp size. Like 2 pebbles for the farm animals, but I understand why they do this. The animals are getting feed all day long. Our first stop was to feed the catfishes. When I say there is a lot of people. There was A LOT of people. I feel like the SeaQuest was really understaffed. Parents were allowing their kids to run around in the turtle inclosure. There was no staff in sight. Poor thing was getting chased by kids. Same thing for the iguana. The only animal interaction my kids enjoyed was the parakeets. It was 1 token per person and you spend about 2-5 mins inside. I would not come back and do not recommend.

I assisted my friend with her daughter's wedding at Alexander House last weekend. Aaron and Sheena were very flexible and professional. My friends were at ease with the process from the very beginning of the planning, thanks to Aaron's calming demeanor. Everything was delivered as promised...with a smile.
