While they had it they did a multipoint inspection on it and Surprise, Surprise, Surprise as Gomer Pyle would say, found multiple things "wrong" with it to the tune of $922 in parts and labor including telling us the transmission fluid was brown and needed servicing. My wife said "Really? My husband just serviced the transmission less than a month ago" and at that point the service advisor started back peddling saying maybe it just looked that way because of the lighting! LMFAO!! I knew it was coming, as soon as we turned them down for the repairs, the high-pressure sales pitch started. Nothing will turn me off faster or lose my business quicker than someone pressuring me to buy something once I have already told them NO! Besides everything on the list IF it needed to be done I or my mechanic could have done it for a fraction of the price that Hendrick Honda wanted to charge to do it. Plus now we are getting letters in the mail at least once a week reminding us that "we need to schedule an appointment for our urgently needed repairs" I wonder how long we are going to continue to get these letters before they finally realize that we are not bringing the car back there ever again for any reason! I pulled the transmission dipstick after we got home and that was the reddest "brown" transmission fluid I have ever seen!! These dealerships will flat out lie to your face to try and make a buck. I may have been born at night, but not last night! Two stars only because the service advisor did reset our radio theft security code and set the time without charging us which shocked the hell out of me!

I truley believe Michs buys vehicles that have alot of issues, they put some "lipstick" on it and then they sell it. Shortly after you buy it, everything starts going wrong. They do offer a warranty. However, it typically does not cover whatever your vehicles issues are. At this point my best option is to park the POS and pay down on it until I can trade it. I will never deal with Michs again. Our 2019 740i has had over $13k in repairs since it was bought 6 months ago. That is not an exaggeration. If you buy a car from them, I would suggest at minimum looking at the CARFAX, and then take it to a trusted mechanic and have them go over it, before you buy (something my dumbass didnt do). Michs has a great setup, they make money from selling you a car, then make even more money from fixing it! Hell of a business model. Time to call the BBB.

I called the dealership to see what they would do about this, gave me the run around so I wrote several bad reviews in different places to inform people about buying a used car from them. Bad thing is there parent dealership is Everett Chevrolet so that says a lot about them to. Well long story short the dealership called me and ask what they could do to resolve this problem if I would take down the bad review. I told them not until they pay for the motor in the bad car they sold me. They should have known about this car before they sold it to me and knowed they had bad motor. I waited for there call finally had to call them said we will not do anything. Sorry Please think before you go there and read a lot of reviews as I should have . Thank you

I find it disappointing or even bordering on unethical the policy of the Hickory Used Car…read moreSuperstore dealership (associated with Everitt) on deposits placed to hold a car with intention to buy. About a month ago my friend made an offer on a 2020 Subaru that had already been on the lot for a month. An amount was agreed upon, dependent on the trade-in offer for her car. To hold the car, they requested and she provided a $100 deposit. One day later, she presented her car for assessment/offer. A deal was struck, including her trade in. The finance department tried but failed to obtain financing for her- this was the same day she brought in her trade, and 1 day after placing the deposit. The only reason she did not buy the car was failure to obtain financing. Yet in-spite of this reason and the brevity of the hold, this dealership chose to keep her deposit. They have every right to do so, and I have every right to warn potential customers what kind of management you will be dealing with. That car remains for sale on their lot today. I can't help but wonder how many offers on the car they received but had to turn down during the 24 hours that they held the car. Likely zero. Had she obtained financing but then backed out, that would be a different thing. Our sales rep Nick was fantastic to deal with and has no ability to change this seedy policy. One star given due to our sales rep, and one star for the efforts of the finance department. Zero stars for management and for common sense. There are plenty of alternatives for finding a used car- I recommend taking them.
