I work in nursing and need my watch every night. It's tough not having it on my arm and having to hold it in my hand. The lady was very kind and friendly brought me out several different selections. I did mention I would rather have a metal band cause it seems to last longer works better for me and so she got me that it ended up costing like under $20 just to get the new band that have installed and everything without a problem so a couple other pieces were picking up for our children for Christmas and they were very reasonable as well. They have a great selection of jewelry watches Find jewelry, which is like diamonds, etc., for engagement or renewal or if that one person just finally had that baby they've been waiting for forever. It's just an incredible place. They also make pins or emblem buttons for your shirt like if you've been 25 years with a company they can put the company's name on there plus the 25 years they pull pictures of things on it. They may click little awards award, be a shirt, then white selection of gifts and things it would be wise to stop the year before you head to any large jewelry store at the mall or any other place that says they sell great stuff. This one you actually get a family owned business business with the people people coming right out to take care of you it's not big, but it's big enough. It's not overwhelming. I like it myself we have been in many times to get stuff and I wouldn't trade that type of jeweler for anything all that type of service. You would do best to check them out the next time you wanna make that big proposal.

    Pottery Barn Outlet

    Pottery Barn Outlet

This is a rare outlet location for Pottery Barn ... there aren't many of these on the east coast…read more Many might remember that this space in the Wrentham Premium Outlets was previously occupied by Restoration Hardware, which has since moved to Patriot Place. It looks the same now that it is Pottery Barn ... kind of an industrial warehouse sort of feel. The prices here honestly aren't much different from an actual Pottery Barn, except for some of the sale items from the end of the season. Most times, the furniture is discounted ... but not greatly as if the official Pottery Barn website has 20 or 30% off, they don't honor it. Generally, we find that you'll save $50 - $100 off the retail price of furniture through their website or stores. However, you should note that most of the furniture in the outlet store is scratch and dent stuff with some damage being more noticeable than others. The great thing is, Pottery Barn is notorious for backordering items ... so, often the couch, table, chairs you order from the website or regular Pottery Barn store are shipped from the factory and not available to purchase from the floor (unless its a Floor Model at the end of the season). At the outlet, they only sell the stock on the floor, so if you see something you want, you won't have to wait 6 months until it is delivered (even though they say 3 - 6 weeks) because you are buying the piece off the floor. They arrange shipping with a local company, whose prices are very reasonable. We bought a large dresser and it cost us $160 to have it picked up at the store, wrapped and transported and set up in our summer house, 30 miles from Wrentham. That is a huge convenience and bargain and the moving company does a fantastic job. The employees here are hit or miss. Unfortunately, many of them act as though they were working at a Rolls Royce dealership and are on the pretentious side. There are a few who have been really helpful over the last year though and went out of their way to make sure we were happy customers. Overall, if you don't mind a little scratch and dent ... and a hodgepodge of availability ... this store is pretty cool to browse around in. Don't expect to find things at very deep discounts as the pricing usually works out to fairly similar to what you see on their website. However, you are able to see the items in person and have it in your home within a few days at the Outlet. The selection I'd say is so-so usually ... they have 4 - 5 beds, 6 - 8 couches. 20 - 30 chairs, many dining chairs and rugs and shelves and shelves of knick knack crap, bedding and tablewear. We have bought a bed, dining table, dresser, mirror, rug and lamps here. Sadly, Pottery Barn quality is not fantastic and we notice the paint or stains wear off very fast, despite the high prices ... but we like the style.

Burberry - Gift to my mother because she deserves it

Here's my wallet. And my investment accounts, my life insurance, my car, my house, my imaginary…read moredog. Seriously, take it all, because I'm buying so much I may as well sign away my life. But honestly, this is a great store - I've noticed that some of the reviews here cry about how this place is expensive for an outlet store. But.. what? Sorry, that's not what an outlet store is. It's to get rid of outdated items that no longer need to be sold at their flagship stores. Therefore, they mark it down to be sold at a lower (NOT cheap) price as they are typically last season fashion. This is Burberry, so it's reasonable to see a premium in normal pricing. 40% - 50% markdowns is already more than great for a brand like this, and it's sometimes a hit or miss. I was able to get some awesome polos for $50 - $60 only once out of the many, many times I've been here. They typically hover between $110 - $120 (I've been here and seen them often enough to know the standard outlet price) so it's all about smart shopping, buying at their lowest price when they do additional sales, and going home with a big bag and a large smile on your face. Considering how you don't see many of the other bigger brands here with an outlet store, this is a great store that can't be compared. Also, the service at these outlet stores are on par with their normal stores around the Boston area. I also prefer the outlet layout (IMO, more organized and spacious) than the normal Burberry stores (I feel like a rat trapped in a maze looking for my damn cheese). All in all, I'm liking what you're doing Burberry, and Wrentham's outlet store is a win in my books.

She had told me that one of her team members were new and didn't relay the proper info to me about my purchase! However I totally understand it's a learning process but, to make a customer feel unwanted and not own the mistake as a manager is shameful!! You get treated like gold at purchase time and crap when they are done with you! Waiting on corporate to contact me back and hopefully make things right!
