There's a certain charm to a place when that happens, that I don't find at a lot of breweries. Some of the regulars told me about Adirondack's annual events other times of the year, which increased my interest here. Regrettably, the seasonal stouts were not available, so I was content to be satisfied with their Irish stout. My brewery buddy enjoyed his IPA equally. We didn't order food here, but we saw it delivered to nearby customers quite quickly after they ordered it. While there are a lot of restaurants and pubs in Lake George at which you can get your beers, this is the only brewery in the village. As far as I'm concerned, it's the only one they need.
