Andrew was oh so patient - meticulously going through the collection, sorting it and valuing its contents. We spent over 2 hours there and he asked if he was able to help other customers while he was helping us (because he happened to be the only one there). We had brought in coin collections and he pulled certain coins out that were of greater value to value them fairly for us. So happy that we found this place. I'd totally recommend going here.

The gentleman who helped us (sadly, I didn't catch his name) was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I had a few coins that I thought might be worth something, and he was able to confirm that they were. He also took the time to explain which coins weren't worth much and pointed out specific dates to look out for in the future. Overall, I feel like I got a very fair deal for what I brought in and never felt pressured or like I was being lowballed. I had a really great experience here and I'm so glad I chose to bring my grandpa's collection here. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to have their coins evaluated or sell a collection!

Guy comes and asks what I needed and proceeded to tell me wasn't buying because the Smelters were not accepting anything for two weeks and he could not buy. He also added that gold prices weren't good and to wait if I didn't NEED the money. I didn't but asked for some input on what I had. He just shrugged and said, I guess I can. He only went off weight and what I told him the Karats I thought it was. He didn't want to test it or do anything else since he wasn't buying. I thought this was very poor customer service because had he spent a little more time with me, I would have returned but he seemed more bothered than anything to help me at all. First impression was my last.

I didn't think to provide pictures of how it had looked, and his first inclination resulted in a very different outcome than I expected. I went back with pictures this time and his restoration, with benefit of those pictures, resulted in a beautiful restoration of my ring. It called for an entirely different setting and different approach to the prongs for the main diamond and the tiny "companion" diamond beside it. He went well above and beyond the initial agreed to work without a hint of hesitation, and I deeply appreciate that. My hope in going to him was to find a jeweler with whom I would want to do repeat business, and who I would gladly refer friends to. I have found that in Grigor's. He has a saying on his wall from Proverbs 22:1: "A good name is more desirable than great riches; to be esteemed is better than silver or gold." He definitely lives by that. I recommend Grigor's Jewelry highly.
