Hidden gem. We were traveling through, and what a great little stop. Our server was kind and attentive. Food was delicious and great priced. We were worried nothing would be open, in such a remote area. The coffee was plentiful and tasty. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for quality grub, at a great price.

My husband, father in law and I went here for breakfast while passing through. 10/10 would make a special trip to come back. The service was GREAT and it was so nice to walk into somewhere where everybody knew everybody. The hot chocolate was made just right. The eggs Benedict was fabulous with freshly made hollandaise sauce. My father in law had the Huevos rancheros and said it's the best he's ever had. My husband had the chicken fried steak. It was fried perfectly and was crispy! Rare. Sooo good.

I highly recommend the Torta sandwich! It's amazing! Food takes a minute to come out. That just means it's that fresh!

Our first time here. Upon entering I noticed a clean well maintained building. Our servers quickly sat us and took drinks orders. Some people next to us suggested that we try the Torta let me tell you it didn't disappoint! The food took a minute to come out which means it was cool fresh to order. Everything was awesome! We will definitely be back!

A really cool and novel breakfast/lunch spot that creatively uses their space on an old school bus…read more Friendly owners, good food. I thought the breakfast burrito was great except it was a little heavy on the potatoes and could have been balanced better with more eggs and less potato. Also their red salsa that was supposed to be the hot one needs a lot more heat, it almost wasn't there at all, but perhaps it's just par for the area. But the real shining star dish from here is the quesabirrias with complimentary consomé, but I think they call it cheesy beef tacos or something like that. Breakfast is only served until 10am, but they do the breakfast burritos until closing at 2pm. Dont skip this great spot!

Such a fun little bus full of food! The owners are very kind and personable and awesome chefs too…read more The food here is tasty and reasonably priced too, which always makes my experience "that much better". I went with a group of family and friends and got to try a bite or two of various items on the menu. The biscuits and gravy had a nice flavor, it was hard to find the them underneath the heaping of gravy that covers the plate, but having too much food shouldn't be a bad thing. The pancakes were delightful and delicious and huge! I got to try the CrossFit Burrito and boy oh boy that was a winner. It was large and in charge, perfect to cut in half and share--and the homemade salsa topped it off perfectly. I also got a bite of Monte Cristo, not my favorite and it was the most expensive item, but it was alright to try. The bus has a fun atmosphere but it's a little squishy--they do have outdoor seating, but that's no fun when it's pouring rain. Overall, fun and fabulous! I recommend making a pit stop here when you can. TIPS & TRICKS: * Bring your appetite or just share! Again, plenty of food and you'll definitely have leftovers. * You can take your meal to go if you don't have time to have an easy, slow breakfast morning.

By noon, the place was packed--and for good reason. The menu is refreshingly affordable, with plenty of choices for breakfast or lunch. Between the four of us, we ordered: Chicken Fried Steak with all the fixings A juicy Cheeseburger and crispy fries A made-to-order omelet A French Dip with golden fries Our server, Kristy, was friendly, professional, and attentive without hovering--a pro at keeping things running smoothly even during the busy lunch rush. We also had the pleasure of meeting Nan herself. She's exactly the kind of owner you hope for: warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about her restaurant. The food? Tremendous. Every plate was hot, fresh, and seasoned just right. We went around the table to ask about each other's meals, and honestly, every bite was a winner. On a scale of 1-10, it's a 9.5+ for us. (Is any place a perfect 10?) Great food, great people, and great atmosphere. Nan's is exactly the kind of family-style spot Bridger Valley needed, and it's now officially on our regular rotation. Thank you, Nan--you nailed it!

I thought the Stromboli was good but lacked real flavor. I was mostly eating through Italian meats (salami and pepperoni) with occasional flavors of basil but it was not deep and rich in its profile. "I'm going to need you all to move so I can get through," is a less effective and polite way of saying "excuse me, please." The kids in front of us ordered and rightfully got their food before us, but so much so that they finished and left before our food came out. This wouldn't have been a problem but when our food did finally make it to the table, it was on the cold side. Had they bothered to check in with us, I would have said something, but they didn't even bother. They were too busy playing with the dogs in the patio. The food was mediocre at best. The service sucked. The prices were fine. I'm only giving this place 3 stars for the physical atmosphere and prices. I'd find somewhere else to eat next time.
