I thought the breakfast burrito was great except it was a little heavy on the potatoes and could have been balanced better with more eggs and less potato. Also their red salsa that was supposed to be the hot one needs a lot more heat, it almost wasn't there at all, but perhaps it's just par for the area. But the real shining star dish from here is the quesabirrias with complimentary consomé, but I think they call it cheesy beef tacos or something like that. Breakfast is only served until 10am, but they do the breakfast burritos until closing at 2pm. Dont skip this great spot!

After placing our order (latte for me, and matcha for her) we looked around, as this spot is filled with local merch, LGBTQ influences (love!), cutie handmade jewelry and dates with a book. The library of books and movies caught my attention and as I browsed through the selection, I was reminded that it's a community library of take one, leave one, which is a concept I love! The place was packed so once our drinks were ready, we hit road. My iced latte was perfection (a great mix of sweet and coffee) and my sister seemed to enjoy her ube matcha. YUM! I had no idea I was about to become completely jaded when it comes to cinnamon rolls! I ordered the caramel walnut cinnamon roll, and WOW. It was absolutely incredible. The roll was soft, warm, gooey, and covered with delicious caramel and walnuts. Every bite was ridiculously good. I honestly have no idea what they do differently here, but this cinnamon roll has officially become the standard that every other cinnamon roll will now have to compete against. The coffee was also a great addition and made this the perfect quick breakfast before starting our day at Bear Lake. I love finding local places like this when we travel, especially when something as simple as stopping for breakfast turns into one of the most memorable parts of the trip. Moose Buns has officially earned a spot on our Bear Lake must-visit list. From now on, whenever we're staying in Garden City, this will be my first stop in the morning. If you love cinnamon rolls, do yourself a favor and try the caramel walnut. Just be warned--you may never look at another cinnamon roll the same way again!

Be patient as it takes a while to receive orders. They are known for their traditional danish Æbleskiver's which are essentially pancake balls. They have a variety of flavors and toppings, sweet and savory. They also have a lunch menu as well as breakfast items besides the pancake balls and an assortment of drinks, juices, coffees, housemade flavored waters. I got the beach babe water, very strawberry forward. I will try something different next time. The Æbleskivers were well prepared and my entire family enjoyed them. I'm not a big fan of pancakes, I prefer a crispy waffle. The stand out of our experience however was the friendly service from the woman taking our orders. She was so welcoming and talkative even though they were very busy. It was our first time here and she treated us like local friends. Once she spotted our dog she immediately searched for her dog treats and offered one. While we were waiting for our food I asked for a small cup of water for our dog. A minute later the woman who took our order walked out with a large, clean dog bowl filled with cool water. It really put a special touch to this darling place. Even though I dont even like pancakes we will return just because of the hospitality. BTW, check out the adorable shack filled with crystals, candles and lovely jewelry. You won't be disappointed!
