We went there for an event and the staff ensured everyone was taken care of and had a wonderful time. 2. The location. The courts are located on the 4th floor of City Point and what makes that cool is you can explore shopping, food, and movies before or after your tennis session, all within the same building. We did just that and it added to the experience. 3. The cleanliness of the facility. Everything from the courts to the restrooms were top notch. 4. The trainers. We got to meet and work with a couple of different trainers. They were engaging, warm, and could clearly teach any level. I have been playing tennis for years and still walked away learning something new. I love when that happens. Thank you to everyone @ Court 16 - Brooklyn for being amazing. My son is now asking for us to go play some tennis together....

We just hosted my son's birthday party here, and even with minimal decorations, the party looked incredible because the space stands on its own. There was plenty of room for both kids and parents -- far more space than any tennis facility I looked at in Manhattan. But what truly sets this place apart is the staff. They went above and beyond to make the experience feel special, putting so much thought into every detail. The party was seamless, well-organized, and most importantly, every kid had an absolute blast. We loved it so much that we'll definitely be returning for lessons. Could not recommend more highly.

The lighting could be better on certain courts.. uhem courts 1, 2, 3, but my friends and i love coming here because honestly we know these courts inside out. We know which are the good courts and which courts have some hiccups, we come here so often know where the dead spots are on certain courts but with all that the prices at night for private courts cant be beat. One of my friends had a bad experience recently and I'm glad the owners took her experience into consideration and addressed the issue pertaining that specific employee. (if you scroll through all the bad reviews on google, its always about that one specific employee.) This place has become so popular that it is always booked out 2 weeks in advance. Looking forward to seeing how this place continues to grow and improve. Love the majority of the courts here especially their newer ones court 11&12. It has a little more privacy and prevents balls from flying all over into other peoples courts and vice versa. Some courts especially court 2 is less desirable in my opinion, it's dark and hard to focus or see the ball. Some courts do have water dripping from ceiling during rainy/ snowy days but it's not significant enough to become a hazard. Appreciate that they now have 24 hour options available. All of their staff are amazing except the one senile old guy, he's just miserable. (IYKYK) We come here regularly and seeing him just ruins your day/mood. Overall good courts with no dead bounces, adequate overhead space and lighting and clean bathrooms. There's parking to the side of the building (across the street) and in the back, however on snowy days it is a dangerous trek.

They provide tennis lessons as well. The receptionist are friendly and welcoming. They take your picture. They provide the racket/paddle. There is a lounge and waiting area. They have four gender neutral bathrooms. There is plenty of hand sanitizer and tissues around. They have cubbies and a coat rack, to store your items. There is a television playing tennis matches. I had Nicky and Ben as instructors. They were both crystal clear and concise about how to play the game. They were both encouraging and provided tips to play this game. Great place to play and learn.

(Quite reasonable) Not for its court quality. (Low ceiling, but ok) I am giving "zero" for the owner's unacceptable attitude in addressing an incident. The manner he talks to customers, abruptly, absolutely rudely, no explanation what so ever. And if you reply and ask for "why", his response is "You cannot use the facility anymore. I can kick you out." Authority .....? "I can kick you out and ban all of you." Yes, he is one of the partners and yes, he may have the authority. But, if there is no sign of what to caution, and no warning, no explanation, then he cannot enforce such. His attitude of disrespecting the customers condescendingly was so unacceptable that we ended our membership there. We will not be going back.
