Update: Still one of my favorite facilities that I have been to, the ceiling height is amazing and there's adequate space to do ATP's. The lighting could be better on certain courts.. uhem courts 1, 2, 3, but my friends and i love coming here because honestly we know these courts inside out. We know which are the good courts and which courts have some hiccups, we come here so often know where the dead spots are on certain courts but with all that the prices at night for private courts cant be beat. One of my friends had a bad experience recently and I'm glad the owners took her experience into consideration and addressed the issue pertaining that specific employee. (if you scroll through all the bad reviews on google, its always about that one specific employee.) This place has become so popular that it is always booked out 2 weeks in advance. Looking forward to seeing how this place continues to grow and improve. Love the majority of the courts here especially their newer ones court 11&12. It has a little more privacy and prevents balls from flying all over into other peoples courts and vice versa. Some courts especially court 2 is less desirable in my opinion, it's dark and hard to focus or see the ball. Some courts do have water dripping from ceiling during rainy/ snowy days but it's not significant enough to become a hazard. Appreciate that they now have 24 hour options available. All of their staff are amazing except the one senile old guy, he's just miserable. (IYKYK) We come here regularly and seeing him just ruins your day/mood. Overall good courts with no dead bounces, adequate overhead space and lighting and clean bathrooms. There's parking to the side of the building (across the street) and in the back, however on snowy days it is a dangerous trek. read more

Perfect facility! The rental process is easy, the price is reasonable, and the court is spacious and feels private. The court has benches on the side so people not playing at the moment have somewhere to sit. There is a smallish parking lot as well. read more

This indoor pickleball facility was great. It was clean, spacious, and affordable. Parking lot is a bit tight and might not have enough spots to accommodate all the players but parking in the area isn't too bad. Bathrooms have lockers and showers. They have open play that you can sign up for based on skill level as well as court rentals. Went to a social open play where 20 people split 4 pickleball courts and the games went smoothly and there was not a lot of down time between games. Open play was a little confusing at first but people there will let you know how the randomized teaming-up works so it prevents a "dominant team" from playing together the whole time. In addition to the facility having everything you would want in terms of pickleball courts, what makes the open plays really fun is the crowd. Everyone was really friendly and there was no negative body language no matter what the score is, who your partner was, or who the opponents were. This is a great facility for Pickleball! All the courts are pickleball courts, not modified tennis courts. The place is clean and well organized. If you reserve a court you begin exactly the time allotted to you, no waiting around. The courts are well lit and netting keeps the balls from travelling into other courts. The bathrooms have lockers and showers. There's also a water fountain so you could refill your water bottle. Upstairs is a viewing/waiting room with comfortable seating. Only downside is the parking situation. There's a very narrow and small lot in the back, the rest is street parking which could be several blocks from the facility. read more

HUGE Pickleball fan here that was excited to find this place offering indoor pickleball courts (rentals, clinics, and tournaments) . Tennis also available. I paid $35 for 1 hour court rental to team my mom the game. Got court 8 and was pleasantly surprised that this court was set back and not on camera (most courts are on video and can be watched from the waiting area). They also have a large bathroom/locker room combo with showers abd lockers. Bathroom stalls are super tiny so fyi. Will surely be back! read more

I've been coming here fairly often and I do say I love it! The staff is great, especially Danny and Mike. They are always welcoming and approachable. They are one of the reasons why I keep coming. Rest rooms are always clean and smelling good which is a plus. Courts are in excellent condition and with great additions such as jacket hooks, shoe racks, tissues, benches, and garbage cans all in the vicinity of the court. I've been recommending this place to many people and I do have to say it's the best pickleball facility I've been to. I have no complaints about any staff or the facility it self. I do have to say they are very accommodating with courts if you rent out two, if you request them to be next to each other, I haven't dealt with other staff members but Danny and Mike do their best to accommodate. I would highly recommend this place is anyone who is looking for a great session of pickleball with their friends and family. read more

UPDATE- So after everything that went on I received a phone call from the facility manager, Dory the next day. She was extremely professional and understanding of our situation. She explained that her staff was re-trained on certain policies and procedures, we also reached an understanding of where my people and I need to know the rules of PBP. As a sign of goodwill she also sent some credits to my account so we can have some free play time. Also far as Mike and Danny... WOW. I can honestly say it's like a full 180. We know everyone has bad days it just was getting to a breaking point but now, these gentlemen not only treat us respectfully as customers but they actually are pleasant and happy to help. Even let us finish our games if we may go into the second hour as long as it's not booked. It took me a little time to circle back and update this review and I'm sorry to PBP for that.
