I've had aesthetic work such as Botox and fillers at many places, usually following a deal. My husband gave me a gift card to PK Aesthetics because he goes there for laser hair removal and loves it. I finally made an appointment and felt immediately connected to Trish, the owner of the business, on the phone. When I arrived, I was greeted at the front desk and given paperwork. Trish came out to get me right on time and brought me to her beautiful office. It's so warm and welcoming. We sat down and Trish went over my paperwork in detail, something that had not happened with my other practitioners. Trish is a RN which I am pretty happy about. We talked about my vision for myself and I asked Trish what she would recommend for me. I love that she is so conservative, and suggests going slowly and enjoying what I've had done rather than rushing it and spending a lot of money. I highly recommend Trish and PK Aesthetics. Expect to see NO results. I bought a Groupon some time ago, and gave Patricia Profetto a shot. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! I spent way more money then what the Groupon was for, and saw NO results. Since these kind of treatments don't have a return policy, I waisted all my money. She tried to charged me more to correct what she should have done right from the beginning, and I was skeptical. If she is a true and experienced profesional, she should do things to perfection from the beginning , after all you are putting your face on her hands. I have never posted any reviews online, but I'm going to start since people should be aware on what's good and what's NOT. Look at how many reviews she has here and on Google, most of them are all negative, this cannot be coincidental. I shelled out a lot of hard earned money here, for subpar results. There is poor record keeping and lack of skill with botox/ fillers. I was told my disappointing results were because I was aging and could no longer achieve the look I desired without having a lot of other expensive treatments done. Now that I'm back in the hands of a skilled injector, I'm back to looking like the old (young) me. Highly recommend you take your face and your business elsewhere. read more

Update- The owner of this business commented back on my bad review almost 4 months later. Maybe she doesn't want my bad review to show without an explanation for other potential customer to see? The reality is that I got my money back (read my tips) since she tried to charge for a service she didn't provide. Not understanding a customer can make a mistake about the date of an appointment and trying to get from a first-time customer an additional $50 fee is plain bad customer service. The owner said she was sorry for any ill feelings and that she will state the late fee more clearly in the policies. I don't have any "ill" feelings. I just being around enough business to differentiate between good customer service and the ones that are greedy and don't care about the customer. You may be good at what you do but you have a long way to go as far as building loyalty from potential customers. There is not really a question to answer or a re-do from a bad experience and a waste of time. Please beware of her lack of customer service and redeeming vouchers prior to treatment. I made a mistake when scheduling the appointment (instead of blocking on my calendar 2/2 I blocked 2/12). When I called her, Patricia wanted to charged me $50 fee for missing the appointment even after I explained that I made an honest mistake and kindly requested a fee waiver. The curious thing is that she never sent a customary reminder of appointment or even called me after missing the appointment. I don't think she even realized i missed the appointment. It seems she is overwhelmed with many voucher appointments. She is not providing an individualized customer service since she is more concern about making money. I requested a refund from living social. If she goes by the book in regards to the 24 hour cancellation notice, she also must go by the book in regards to the customer signing a waiver prior redemption of service. She was quick in redeeming a voucher without providing an interview and service first. She truly doesn't have an idea of what is quality customer service. She cared more about charging an extra $50 instead of looking at the big picture of building strong relationships with potential customers. I could have paid for the treatment, plus tip plus future appointments. Now because of she being greedy she is loosing a customer, money and getting a bad review. read more

Just be advised that if you purchase a LivingSocial that is it incredibly difficult to get a convenient appt as it is one person giving the services. I took an appt that just barely fit into my schedule because I was offered very minimal options...I was 20 min. late due to traffic and was told tough luck. Never made it in and lost my voucher. I get it to an extent but it didn't feel very customer service oriented and I never would have bought it if I knew it would be such a headache. read more

Sorry to say, but awful. Ended up spending a lot more than I wanted to just to make things look right. Clients do your research. I should've stayed with the medical spa I usually use. They don't do Groupons or "promotions" to suck you in and then take more of your money. My results weren't even that great. Yes, I know what I'm talking about. I'm in the field also. I have been struggling with acne and breakouts for almost 15 years and am currently using the PK skincare line. Her products are straightforward and effective! Very poor customer service. Hard to make an appointment. Played phone tag with the owner, which finally resorted to texting and when I asked in a text the approximate price for botox I never received a response. Although she made be good at what she does....I believe she is more interested in how much money she is making off of clients. I will not use her again. read more
