Installation Day workers showed up and started lifting the carpet and once flooring arrived it was the wrong flooring Installation completed and less than a month flooring started lifting. I tried on numerous occasions to reach out to Chad by text/call and recieved no response. I then contacted the store and was advised that he was on vacation in Europe or another country. Once I did receive a call back Chad blamed me for the lifting of the 4/5 flooring boards and air never heard from him again. If ai could rate this a zero star I would because there was jo warranty on work or product
