I pulled up to the bay and was immediately directed in. I was told that all work would be performed while I stayed in the car. I wanted an oil change, radiator coolant replacement and transmission fluid replacement. All of these task were completed in about 35 minutes! I found the person I worked with to be extremely professional and he clearly knows his trade. When he found out that I was a civil servant, he even offered a 20% discount off the entire bill! He also made a note in their system so the discount will be given at every subsequent visit. Long story short: goodbye Jiffy Lube, hello Valvoline. I will be back.

As a woman, walking in to any car service provider is intimidating, and as a woman who knows cars very well, I don't get taken seriously when I bring certain things to most repair center associates attention that are a concern of mine. I know when someone has rushed through a service, skipped steps, etc. I can't tell you how many times I've asked someone to check my tire pressure or alignment for them to say that it's fine, only to find out that it could have been better. Well, I picked the car up, jumped on the highway, and let me tell you, the car is driving like I just picked it up off of the lot. I don't know what has changed within the past few months, but whomever worked on my car TODAY deserves some sort of recognition because they definitely know what they're doing and do it very well. I hope that they know that there are people out there that pay attention and care about how their car drives and appreciate people who are willing to go above and beyond to provide service that everyone deserves at a reasonable price.

Pretty frustrating experience…read more I called Mavis and spoke to someone at the call center I presume, and they looked up my tire and gave me a price saying I would get a discount as I was a first time customer and all in it would be $150. When I went to the physical store the guy said the tire they quoted me was the incorrect size and said the correct tire is cheaper yet he gave me a price of $161 all in. When I questioned him about this he said well you got the valve stem replacement that we put on your tire for $11 bucks. This still did not make sense as the valve stem should not increase the price by 11 bucks if you sold me a much cheaper tire coming in at 109.99. ON TOP OF ALL THIS, he said my car is dangerous to drive as one side of my brakes is at a 6 and the other side was at a 2. I said I did not want them to touch my brakes and immediately took it to a reputable mechanic and the mechanic said all my brakes are at 6's and he does not know where they came up with one of your brakes being a 2. It's sad that there are still dishonest car places out there today. If the business manager reads this, please answer why I was charged $25 for a computer system check on my car? My car is over 12 years old, is this a charge for newer cars or why do your customers get charged for this when you bring in a car for a replacement tire?

Assistant Manager CJ was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable leaving my vehicle there. They take the time to explain you different tire options, speed ratings, tread types etc. Not only did they not try to up sell me, but they told me about a near identical tire that was on sale and saved me a lot of money over just replacing with the same tires that I had. They also did not try to sell my any extra services, and just explained services they would be happy to do for me, but were not urgent. Overall its a good, local business you can trust and feel good about spending your money at.
