If you come to him with a problem, he and his team are swift to fix the issue. Please know he does more than auto repair. He's also able to do custom work too. Being that he restores vintage barracudas, you'd be surprised what he's able to do if you just ask. I've used this shop for close to 10 years at this point. There were a couple of times when my car…read morehad major issues that I was prepared to just take to this shop and have them deal with, but they refused. On the first occasion they told me to check with my insurance company first, and on the second occasion told me to check with my dealership, stating that they suspect the issue is covered by some sort of warranty. Their advice were correct on both occasions - following their advice saved me a lot of money on the repairs, even though they lost the business by turning me away. Based on these experience I consider this shop as very honest and have continued to use them through out the years. Their prices for routine stuff like oil change and state inspections, as well as other repairs, are much cheaper than my dealership. They also have a quicker turn around time and do offer rides if you ask them. The employees have been courteous in all the times I've dealt with them. I would certainly recommend trying them out the next time you have an issue with your vehicle.

I do not recommend Bobs auto repair to anyone, they recently lied, said That i needed all new brakes. I took it to another shop for a second opinion and the brake measurements are safe / fine and passed inspection. Bobs also failed to oil one of the pins on our Ford F150 when they replaced the brakes. This made one side of the rear brake wear out entirely in under 3000 miles and led to needing a full set of brakes!! Bobs knew the right thing to do- they did it on one side. This business tried to do repairs on my car that I did not need, and they did faulty repairs causing hundreds of dollars of unnecessary spending on our truck. We took both vehicles about 2 miles away, to Monro on York Road and their team was AWESOME, honest and reasonable.
