This rating is for my experience using Pizzaville's online ordering service. After a horrendous night at the airport, I was craving pizza - not just a slice - a whole pizza for myself, I'm talking fat kid status. So wanting to try a local spot, I searched around, and found Pizzaville with a slightly higher rating thang Geno's so I decided to try them out and boy am I glad that I did. I ordered their large pizza deal - $14.99 for a large crust, 5 topping pizza with two dipping sauces, and was informed that it would be a 40-50 minute delivery time once the order is confirmed.... Brrr? So me placing the order doesn't mean that it's confirmed? What sorcery??? I frantically checked my email for the email confirming my order, and sighed in relief once I saw it there. 25 minutes later, my pizza was delivered. Quickest delivery time ever! The pizza itself was extremely tasty. I ate..... no hoovered 4 slices and each slice tasted like heaven. Ever the crust was yummy. I'm so happy with my pizza and my choice to try this place out. I'm so frustrated. I ordered 12 Buffalo Style chicken wings and was charged for the "glazing" as a dipping sauce. Then had to pay $1.75 extra for 1 dipping sauce. I tried to understand but they confirmed that the sauce was extra as they use the dipping sauce to put on wings!!!! They were adamant that they sell naked wings! argh read more

It's going to be a minimum score here. My buddies and I ordered a pizza. Asked for thin crust, well done. We got thick crust, undercooked (even raw in some areas - had to throw some slices out). We contacted them reporting the issue. The response from Mustafa Hussein at store 144 was "sorry. We'll try to get your order right next time." My friend replied back with "appreciate the apology. Do we get a credit of sort?" No reply. We reached out to head office - again, no reply. Just bad business really. Instead of taking a small hit to rectify the situation, they lost 4 future customers. That's potentially thousands of dollars down the line. I don't know about you, but when you spend $30-40 on food, you'd want them to get it right , and if not, like ALL restaurants, you'd want them to MAKE it right with some sort of credit. I have to say that the location at 9222 Keele Street is the BEST!! I've ordered from other locations and they don't compare.

The staff is very friendly the moment you walk in, most pizza places the staff get pushy because they want to make a sale but at Pizzaville at College & Roxton they are very patient & helpful. The pizza always tastes fresh, delicious toppings, and a variety of dipping sauces to make you drool. I highly recommend eating here as they have comfortable seating for up to a party of five per table. read more

Ordered my pizza on the telephone and came to pick it up. I didn't experience any of the so called "friendly" service. It's a cramped space, so as I was standing by the cash, two delivery dudes came in and one basically apologized but proceeded to pass me before I got out of the way. Loved this place, we had this for dinner last night and it was outstanding, the cuts were fresh, hot and made with care. I was impressed to see proper hand washing going on and they use a wood fed stone oven cooking everything to perfection. Parking was a dream they are licensed to sell beer and I was happy to enjoy one with my dinner, everything was great, the waiter was polite and they have a massive dining room with several arcade games to keep the kids busy, they even gave us half price off because my wife is so beautiful. We will certainly be back here for dinner, the sooner the better. read more

Just stumbled on Pizzaville reviews and was very surprised on any negative comments... so... I have been a faithful Pizzaville customer for over 20 years with the exception of a brief time of 2 years when my local Pizzaville location shut and a new 1 opened. During that time I tried all the competitors and still craved my Pizzaville. I have been so pleased, not only with the yummy pizzas but with all the other menu items. Something for everyone and every palate. I must mention that I have the best pizza store owner and staff in the city at my location. They are so friendly and accommodating in every way. In the event of a mishap ...which happens... they are most apologetic and make sure it is corrected and I am compensated. From my point of view it is great customer service. We asked for thin crust and well done. It was thick and raw in the center. The so called dessert was twists or uncooked dough with some sticky stuff on top that had very little flavour. Do you nor care at all? We paid 25 dollars for raw dough. You suck big time. read more

This is a decent restaurant chain that varies from place to place. One thing that sets aside this location is that the staff seem to have one "lazy closer". Usually at least a half hour before the official closing time they don't want to make anything and are hurriedly cleaning and pushing the takeout pizza. Pop by Gino's right beside it. Totally opposite work ethic and always willing to cook fresh. This review only applies to this Pizzaville. I'd highly recommend avoiding it if possible until they realise what customer service and punctuality is. 2/5 because when the specific individual isn't working there isn't an issue. read more

Enough time has passed, so that I may write this review with an even temper, and to make sure that certain promises were kept. My family placed an online order on August 17th, 2021. Here is my story... I am working my 7 am to 7 pm shift. Shortly before 5 pm, my wife messages me saying that they are ordering pizza, and would I like anything. Sure, why not. She places the order, and I get the confirmation email at 5:01 pm. 6 pm rolls around, and my wife messages me that it still hasn't been delivered. I tell her to call, since it is past their self stated 50 to 55 minutes delivery window, and the store is only an 8 minute drive from our home. She calls. The person tells her that they are backed up, and that it will arrive soon. She settles for that. I told her she shouldn't have, but whatever. 90 minutes now, my wife tells me that it is still not there. I tell her to call immediately, demand to know what is going on, and to also get a substantial discount/credit. She calls, again. The person (presumably someone different) now tells her a completely different story. My wife is told that they had a system problem, and a bunch of orders were not sent to stores. She is told that they had fixed all of the orders, but that they somehow missed ours. Really? Are you kidding me? There are so many things wrong here. If this was the actual case, how did the person not know this the first time my wife called? This tells me that one, or both, of the people that my wife spoke with was being dishonest, or just not doing their job properly. They tell my wife that they will rush it out immediately, and rescind the charge to my credit card. It will show as pending for a few days, then disappear. Remember, this is now 6:30 pm., 90 minutes after the email order confirmation. My wife tells me all this, and I am fuming. They are lucky to be dealing with her, as she is very polite and non confrontational. I could not call, because I was working in a very loud environment, but I did send a couple of messages, voicing my displeasure, through their app. So, when they say they will rush it over, someone might figure to themselves, "ok, so it should get here in around 25 minutes." That seems reasonable, if they are rushing it. It is 6:30 pm now, it should be here shortly before 7 pm. I don't hear anything back from my wife. 7 pm hits, and I leave work. I drive home. As I pull up to my driveway, a car is blocking it. It is the delivery guy. He is just now, delivering the order, at 7:19 pm! That is about 45 minutes after they claimed to rush the order to us, and a total of 2 hours and 18 minutes after the email order confirmation was received. That is absolutely absurd. Now, I have waited over a few weeks to write this review. I don't want to write something in the heat of the moment, because that might be unfair. And, I also wanted to make sure that I wasn't charged. It showed as pending for over a week, but I was never charged. We have been a long, long time customer of Pizzaville. My family and I felt it was the best tasting pizza, and I loved their panzos. It was our favourite pizza place. But with this latest major issue (and we have had other delivery issues), and the slow & steady decline in the quality of their product (I mean, the panzos are ridiculously small compared to what they use to be, and are often either over or under fried/baked), I'm afraid we will no longer be a Pizzaville customer. This was just the last straw, that broke the camels back. We will never order from this establishment again. read more

The food is good, but they really need to fix their ordering system. 3 times I've tried ordering using their online system and have my order either screwed up, or sent to the wrong store. It's really too bad, because I like their pizza, but until they fix their errors and I don't have to check up on it every step of the way, I won't be ordering from them anytime soon. read more

We finally got a chance to stop in tonight after walking by dozens of times. They've done a great job with the place. Everything seemed impeccably clean, and the staff were very friendly. After getting our slices and sitting down at a table, the owner came over and gave us a chicken panzarotti on the house. It was quite good. I was very happy with the pizza. Crispy on the bottom without being dry. Both the cheese and the sauce were perfect, and the crust wasn't cardboard like many other places. We'll be back for sure! read more
