Ordered over the phone, the woman who answered the phone had a hard time understanding what my order was, but she was still nice. Upon picking up my order I asked the gentleman to add a dipping sauce, he says "no, that's not included" I had to ask a second time so that I could get a dipping sauce fed to my bill. When I got home to open to the pictures included. The pizza was so thin that all of the toppings fell off as soon as I tried to pick a piece up. So I called to explain my frustration and without hesitation they told me the would give me a full refund if I brought it all the way back there. All and all, their customer service is decent but the food itself was VERY disappointing.

To my surprise the pizza tasted great. The toppings were fresh, red sauce not too salty and not too sweet, applied in the right amount, cheese had good stretch which means they are using aged mozzarella. The crust was light, crispy, and had a nice brown on it, but a little on the thick side and could use more charring and chew. They baked the pie on a pan rather than on the oven, which is a no no. However, the taste of the pie reminded me of old school pizzas in Toronto. I will definitely come back for more if I am in the area.

To be honest, I probably downed 75% of the pizza and I'm a small guy. I couldn't move for like 2 hours but i can say it was totally worth it. The food was fantastic and piping hot! No skimping on the toppings either! Recommend the Cheesy Bread! It was clean inside the joint and the beverages were extremely cold. I'm going to try the shawarma next time, in other words I will be back! Oh and get the steak on your pie, it may be 2 toppings but, it's totally worth it!

The service here is a little slow, averaging 20 minutes, maybe longer with bigger orders, and the sizes are small compared to other pizza joints. I would not call this a meat lovers, there was very little topping covering the pizza and had little to no sauce and just a thin layer of cheese. We ordered the 18" spicy sausage pizza which is their larger size, and it was enough for 4 of us to have 2 slices each. We all collectively agreed that it fed us contently but because of how good it tasted- we could go for another slice or two each! Theyve also got a handful of dipping sauces available, and we got two garlic dill dips, not too much dill, and paired perfectly with the spicy sausage! Walking up to the pizza shop itself, you could smell the wafts of pizza from around the corner. The restaurant inside has a decent amount of tables if you want to dine-in, though most do takeout. Because we were taking it back to campus to eat it, it wasn't as fresh as we'd hoped for but you could still taste how GOOD IT WAS! Will still be one of my top reco's for hammy food! If you are a fan of the NY style pizza, definitely need to stop by.

We ordered 2 extra large pizzas for delivery, when they arrived and we started eating them we found a black hair in one of the slices. We are not overly picky and chose to throw that peice out and eat the others.. well the next slice we picked up had a long black hair baked into the cheese and was completely disgusting. We immediately called and complained and were offered to either replace the pizza now, or we could have a free pizza on our phone number's account. While annoyed because we were in a rush and now didn't have enough food, we chose to throw the pizza out, manage with one and have a free pizza on our account for later, because we did not have time to wait for another delivery. 2 weeks later, we tried to claim our free pizza, and now they are refusing to provide it and will not refund the pizza either. They still remember the whole incident, but now they are only offering us 4 free toppings, not a free pizza.. The pizza was $24.99 and we tossed the whole thing - 4 free toppings is not a resolution. So after a lengthy argument in the store, i'm out $24.99 + tax and will not be returning.

Nestled on a side-street off busy James St N as you travel up the mountain, you'll find Flora on the ground floor of a older residential-looking building. The first thing you'll notice walking inside is actually how small this place is - the pizza ovens and prep area take up most of the space. But there's something incredibly charming about that because you have high hopes that if they dedicate that much space to food prep, it's gotta be good. Happy to report that their pizza lives up to the hype! Pizza is baked in a sheet-pan with a semi-thick crust that's soft yet crispy at the edges. Crust is on the thicker side relative to some Italian restaurants and pizza chains, but the composition of the dough makes it work because it has a bite but not too tough/thick where it gives your mouth a workout. I also loved their fresh tomato sauce. It balanced so well with the cheese and toppings, giving the pizza a nice freshness so that it didn't feel as heavy. My only critique was that I wanted more basil on my pizza (I love me some basil!)
