I pre-ordered the Chicago Special over the phone at 4:30 pm with a pickup time of 6:30 pm. That should give them more than enough time to cook the pizza. They told me that a deep dish pizza needs 30 minutes to cook. When I went to pick up the pizza, a staff member told me it's almost ready and asked me to pay. A few minutes later, I heard my name being called. She told me that they made a mistake and served my pizza to a table. I could see she was upset about the error. She was so kind and said they would remake another one for me on the house and that I could also keep the pizza that was for the other table. That, to me, was ultimate customer service along with the repeated apologies. The 2 deep dish pizzas were definitely deep, like the ones i tried in Chicago.
