Just tried this pizza place tonight and it was really good! Pricing was cheaper than delivery pizza, employees were all cheerful and nice, great bar with cheap beer. We tried the tandoori chicken with medium spice and the butter chicken with no spice. While the tandoori might have been too spicy for some, the flavor was out favorite!! Besides it being different, and somewhat tasty, my order was wrong. I placed an order for spicy tikka and butter chicken mild, not sure what we were given, one was spicy and one was mild. It chicken, but we couldn't tell what type/kind it was. I called back to let them know about the mistake, after being passed to three different people, they said I could come get one large butter chicken pizza for free because they screwed up our order. So I went back with my son, he brought back a personal pan! I tried calling them 10 times and no one answered the phone. They were still open but wouldn't answer my call. We were excited about finding a kosher/halal pizza, but as usual these people are missing customer service skills. Caucasian young man, who took our order was very nice and friendly, the Latina young lady who gave our pizza boxes was friendly as well, but all the brownies....... smh. Worst customer service ever!! They made my order wrong and on of top that it was even a full portion size, the pasta container was only half filled not full. Pizza is alway good here but the feeling her is always disorganized and "off". Bad communication w customers at counter. The people at the register are usually arguing with each other or not in sync. Pepperoni pan pizza was good. Cheese bread was good (and big). Butter chicken pasta was delicious. Chicken salad was terrible and should be removed from the menu. Really refreshing to see a twist to the common pizza and it was an added bonus that it taste great too!! I loved the tandoori pizza and the butter chicken deep dish pizza. Poor customer service, poor delivery service. I made an order in advance for a party. Delivery needed to be on time due to time constraints at the party location. Despite ordering in advance and being aware of the party details, our food delivery was VERY late. We called the restaurant twice to find out where the food was for our guests. There was no apology or explanation given. The driver finally showed up, dropped off the food, and left without apologizing or even seeming to care. Casual pizza joint/bar with some really good pizza. We had both the deep dish and thin crust, and both did not disappoint. The crust on both was crispy and flavorful, with a light yeasty flavor, and added to the flavor of the pizza rather than being just a neutral participant. The sauce was tangy and herbaceous and fresh-tasting, neither pasty nor runny. The cheese was cooked to the good level of brown, with a light crust over soft mozzarella. Everything tasted fresh and well-sourced. Don't be put off by the casual strip shopping center setting - this is a good pie. read more

We ate here on my husbands recommendation since he eats here on his lunch break. My three year old loved it. I now beg my husband to drive the half hour to pick up a cheese deep dish everytime we agree to have pizza. Customer service is very rude!! I accidentally called the restaurant in Ashburn instead of Richmond (because this was the only phone number listed on google) and placed a order. Immediately after realizing I called the wrong location, I called the restaurant back to let them know but they hung up on me. I then received a rude phone call from an employee (who might have been the owner) yelling at me about how I wasted food. I calmly explained how I tried calling them back to cancel the order (and he acknowledged that he did see my missed call) but in return yelled at me for not calling again. NOT MY PROBLEM!! Learn how to treat your customers with respect or you will get NO business!!! This place is always on point. The flavors they put into there pizza just melt into your mouth. If you are a fan of Indian/Pakistan food you have to try this pizza! I recently found out they also offer halal pizza/food if you request it early. I live out in Centerville and travel to Ashburn when craving pizza. My only knock on this place is the lady who works here. I entered the store today, she look directly at my face and doesn't say anything. A few seconds later a white guy enters behind me and she says "Hello sir, welcome." My advice to management and/owners would be to advise your staff to treat everyone with respect. read more
