Pizza is just excellent, well worth it. I've never dined in even pre-covid so I have no idea how the service is, but the pizza is incredible. The butter chicken pasta is also great. I've never had the more regular non indian style pizza so I can't speak to how good that would be but the indian style pizzas are so damn good it is a must to come here at least once. Definitely would not recommend this place over anything, not even 7/11. The salad was cheap and had nothing but lettuce and croutons, the "deep dish" was a normal pizza with the edges pushed up. Crust was raw and dense and the atmosphere inside was horrible. Save your money please. read more

Save your money. We are a pizza eating family and typically will have pizza a few times a month. Noticed this was a hot new find on Yelp and had it delivered. Took longer than I'm accustomed to and the pizza was not at all hot. Given that this Chicago pizza is kinda thick, the cold hardening cheese was disgusting. I ordered a pepperoni and pineapple pizza and never got the pineapple. There was barely any pepperoni on the the pizza. I took two bites and had enough. Even my 4 year old who literally will eat anything refused to eat more than a few bites. We ended up wasting $30 and then ordered sushi. Ever restaurant has a bad day, but there was really nothing redeemable to make me give it a second chance. read more

Omg! Who knew Indian food and pizza would be SO good. Based on Camellia's recommendation I tried the butter chicken pizza and my husband tried the tandoori pizza. It was absolutely delicious and I love the fact that they offer vegan cheese for those with milk allergies. However I do wish that they offered their specialty pizza by the slice at least once a week. This way customers could try the new flavors without having to order an entire pie of pizza to make a decision about whether they like it or not. Also this would increase their business because people would order more single slices just to try the new flavors. Needless to say this place is definitely on our permanent fave spots for pizza list! read more

This is unquestionably the best pizza I've ever had. The chicken tikka masala pizza was delectable, and it goes great with Shock Top. The prices are great and the service is impeccable. The staff was attentive, friendly, and helpful. I don't know if I can eat pizza anywhere else after having this. I'm not sure why they're called Chicago, because they don't serve Chicago style pizza as far as I know. Maybe the guy who owns it is named Bobby Chicago or something. After discovering this place on yelp last week, my husband and I decided to give it a shot last Saturday, especially given the glowing reviews. We've tried a similar concept pizza place in Georgetown (Curry & Pie) and were severely disappointed in their version of indian pizzas, so we walked into Chicago's Pizza With a Twist with subdued optimism. The restaurant is in a strip mall where parking can be hard to come by, depending on when you go. When we walked in, we noticed a bar area with some table tops, and a restaurant area with minimal seating. It was a little confusing at first since there was no one greeting newcomers or telling them to order before taking a seat. We had preliminarily scouted the menu before walking in, so we had a rough idea about what we wanted to order, but we did have a few questions of the person taking our order. It was clear that this person manning the register was not part of the management team and wasn't familiar with indian food terms or many of the menu items. We attempted to ask him what the indian style breadsticks were, but didn't really get a response, but decided to try them anyhow. We ended up ordering the indian style breadsticks and the medium-sized paneer tikka pizza. Trying to figure out what sauce comes with the breadsticks was another ordeal and asking the person behind the register was to no avail, as we asked if we could get a side of tikka masala sauce (that they use for their pizzas), and were told those aren't for breadsticks. I'm sure if we would've run into a more knowledgeable register worker, it would've been possible, but we ended up sticking with another alternative out of the pre-existing options. After placing our order, we noticed there were no vacant seats in the restaurant portion of the restaurant. We asked if we could sit at the bar and were told we could, which was nice, especially since we had already ordered and weren't going to be ordering any drinks. The food took a fairly long time to arrive, but it was absolutely delicious when it did. The portions were also generous, and we had enough leftovers for a second meal. All in all, I hope this place works out its kinks, particularly with making sure the people working behind the register are well-trained and knowledgeable about the menu and also providing an option to add different sauces to breadsticks orders. Otherwise, the food is delectable and we'll definitely be back for that alone! read more

I came here for the first time on a Saturday evening. The location is unexpected (a little tucked away, not much around, so no place to really stroll after your meal before you drive home), but the venue is fine. It's no-frills. The staff were nice and patient; the cashiers answered all my questions and the manager helped as well. They allowed me to apply the "buy 1 large get the second 50% off" deal to one traditional and specialty pizza though the menu says specialty. We ordered the butter chicken and 3 idiots, medium and regular spicy. I enjoyed my pizzas a lot! The wait wasn't long at all, and it turns out two large pizzas are a bit much for two people (we had a little under one pizza left to take home). Ordering two larges was my bad lol they had the pizza sizes on the wall, I just got ahead of myself. The 3 idiots had a garlic sauce that I wish was a little thicker, and the butter chicken had a TON of flavor in it. Medium spicy and regular spicy have quite the difference; I could hardly discern medium, and spicy made me break out in a light sweat--loved it. The only thing is next time I'll try a pizza with thin crust and I wish there was an option for wheat crust. I am dying to try a paneer pizza. read more

Waited 20+ min for a large pizza for take out. Another customer came was at the counter angry waiting for their order, the woman at the register said "take this one instead." That pizza "one" was supposed to be for us, so we asked how much longer and the woman at the register said it was just put into the oven. This was after the original 20 min of waiting.
