Tried this restaurant today 3-18-21 for the first time. Ordered a 10 inch cheese steak (7.99) and one combo cheese steak full size w/ fries and a drink (9.99). Unfortunately it was the worst cheese steak I have ever had. Tasteless, salty, rool was nice. I couldn't see the cheese, Fries were very good and the owner was nice. Order came out quickly and there are free refills on drinks. We ate in the store. read more

On Thursday 9/28/2023 my wife and I called to place an order for pickup, while the lacing the order we asked the guy to not make the food right away that we would not be able to be there till 1:30PM to pick it up, he said ok. As we were ending the call the guy state it will be ready in 25 minutes, so had to call back and reiterate not to cook the food right away that we could not be there till 1:30pm he responded with ok and hung up. We get there at 1:30 go through the drive through window he tells us that the cost is $25.96 so I hand him $25 cash and give him a card to put the 94 cents on, he card, he begins to argue with us that he cannot split the cost between card and cash which is a bold face lie!! We order from there all the time and have split the cost between cash and card on many occasions especially when ordering food for many people some have cash and some don't have cash on them. Also when we picked up our food it was ice cold which told us he did not wait to cook the food as requested so it would be hot at 1:30 pm when we asked it to be ready by, and it was not like the place was busy, we were the first not customers. We asked to speak to a manager and he rudely said he was the manager which we know he was lying, we ordered pizza fries asked for extra sauce and cheese he had said on the phone he was not sure he could do that, they had no sauce at all, potato skins and mozzarella sticks, and like I said everything was ice cold, we order from here often, I promise you never again read more

Will not be ordering from here again. My family and I went in for dinner. We ordered 3 cheesesteaks and a turkey sub. We sat down and waited about 20 minutes. Our cheese steaks came out and we waited a little longer for the sub. About another 10 minutes, I had to go up to the counter to see if my daughter's sub was coming out. Well, they forgot about it. Another 10 minutes later her sub was delivered to the table. While we were eating, my son found a grey hair in his cheesesteak. None of us have grey hair. So I assume it was from the elderly man making the food. Not even 2 minutes later, my daughter finds a long black hair wrapped around the lettuce in her sub. SECOND UPDATE: Ordered tonight after a hard day. Driver forgot our soda. Husband really wanted a soda with his dinner so waited on the guy to bring it back like he said he would. 45 minutes later kid shows up at the door and hands the soda to my husband without saying a word. My husband says thank you and the kid mumbles you're welcome. No sorry no explanation of why he was so late. Yes I know it sucks having to run back to get the soda (you could always run by a gas station and grab us one) but we did tip you well. So... Well. We are officially done with Pizza Tower 2. UPDATE: With Bigfoots being burned down and closed, I think Pizza Tower 2 is picking up some of their business. However, these folks struggle to get orders correct. When you order a thin crust pizza, that should be cut in squares and we order it that way. Well, it's NEVER cut into squares. Also, we waited 2 hours for delivery the other night. Yes, they called about 1.5 hours after we ordered and told us the driver had gotten lost on her previous delivery but that ours should be there soon. Well, it was another half an hour. And she gave us the wrong order. Going to take a break from ordering from this place for a while, maybe they can get their act together. Ordered here the first time two nights ago. Thought the food was great. Garden salad was a little nicer than we are used to getting with dinners around here: had onion, green peppers, tomatoes, red cabbage and cucumbers, not just lettuce like most offer. The pasta was hot and the chicken parm. was awesome. And they took our debit card just fine? And they have online ordering. Nice addition to the options for Rising Sun. Will return read more

We are mainly happy that they will deliver to us in Little Britain, PA!! Used online ordering, went very smooth. Food was hot & tasty when it arrived when they said it would! Didn't give 5 stars only because we have only tried two items. I will order again!! It's hard to review a place that took over a former business as you associate all your experiences with the former place. The previously owned Steak & is now Pizza Tower II. Restaurant looks the same, still has the merry go round for kiddies with rides for a quarter. Menu is pretty large. First visit I was greated by a nice counter attendant. All the sodas were out except for two so we had to upgrade to bottles with an upcharge. I ordered a cheesesteak wrap and it was okay. Very greasy. Kids had pizza. It was okay. Definitely better than Four Seas across the street but not as good as Pizza Boy. Prices were average for this type of place. They do take debit/credit cards as the previous business did not. Will probably try it again one more time to see if they have improved. read more

I was surprised at the low reviews so I am now writing my first Yelp review. This is our *go to* pizza delivery choice and we like it a lot. We have eaten in only once and it was a good enough experience, but the delivery option suits us better. We aren't in a position to compare it to the *old Steak &* as we are fairly new to the area and never ate at the old place. The overall pizza is better than Dominios (WAY more toppings!) or Pizza Boy's and the crust is exceptional. EXTREMELY UNETHICAL! Ordered the 2 cheese steak + fries (the special) + cheese pizza this evening. Driver delivered and when we went inside to dish out the food, realized the fries were missing and my husband reviewed the receipt and realized they overcharged us for the cheese steaks. He called to have them fix: partial refund for overcharge and deliver or additional credit for the fries. Woman answers the phone and says she didn't hear him right and says there's nothing she can do. Husband calls back and owner gets on and says the order has been closed out so there's nothing he can do then hangs up on him. I call back and ask him to read back the order: it's correct. I tell him I expect a correction and he starts blaming me saying that I didn't give the diver a coupon. They NEVER take the coupon. Ever. And we have it ready every time. Not to mention, this is an everyday special. I point out the coupon isn't the problem, the overcharge and the missing fries are and ask how he plans to resolve. He keeps rambling about a coupon, getting louder and louder. I told him the charge he made to my card was not the charge I authorized. I was appalled this is how they treat a frequent customer. I needed this resolved and presented the options again. He started screaming about a coupon. I told him if he was refusing to correct I was going to file a dispute with my bank over the charge. He calls me a bitch, and tells me he will reverse the charge. Wow. Unethical and terrible customer service. You've lost a customer forever tonight -- hope it was worth it. read more

the absolute worst chicken wings i have EVER had. they were hard and chewy, almost no hot sauce, and they overall just tasted bad. the pizza was subpar but given the better options around the area would not recommend this place. Wish it was still the old steak and shake. read more
