When we want to have great comfort food, we drive from Towson to Aberdeen to come to Mamie's Café…read more We know we will always be warmly greeted, get the best service, get the best comfort food, enjoy the decorations, and leave really happy that we came all that distance. That all happened today plus we wanted to introduce our friends to the restaurant. Olivia, our server, was the best. She had a fantastic personality and really made us feel so welcomed and at home. Brenda, you have a star here! We started off with an order of Fried Onion Rings. They were fried to perfection - were huge and were very tasty. Our friends ordered a Grilled Turkey Reuben on Rye Bread loaded with sliced turkey, sauerkraut, 1000 Island dressing, and melted Swiss cheese and a Mamie's Open Faced Hot Sandwich with a huge amount of fresh-baked Turkey Breast topped with gravy and another huge amount of mashed potatoes (check out the pictures). I enjoyed my favorite sandwich, which is Mamie's Favorite Triple Decker Shrimp Salad and Crab Cake Club with chips. My husband was taken aback with the size of his Country Fried Steak and mashed potatoes. Everyone had something to take home with them. The portions are more than generous. The one thing that Mamie's always does that makes them stand out from all the other restaurants is that they give you a free dessert. We were all so full, we took our to go. We took 2 rice puddings and 2 cinnamon cakes home to enjoy later. We had a great time a Mamie's!

Their decor is truly unique, and calling it eclectic isn't doing the interior justice. Every inch of Mamie's oozes Americana, and celebrates Aberdeen's past. Awesome photos, hilarious knick-knacks and items, and history is on full display. Loved their fun theme. Our meal was very good, and our server Tyler did a good job on an extremely busy night. My Meat Loaf meal was delicious, and the baked potato plus carrots were yummy. My dining partner loved her Stuffed Shrimp, potato salad, and beets.

Our party ordered a variety of…read moredishes, from the seafood paella for 2 (flavorful and rich), the chicken manchego pasta (cheesy and delicious), the surf and turf burger (perfect for large appetites!), and the tutti salad (light and refreshing). Excellent service as well from Klisman in this authentic family owned restaurant. They've only been around 1-1/2 years, so get the word out and try this place for your next date night (tapas), festive lunch (tacos, burritos, subs), or celebration (steak, pasta, fish, crab, paella and more). It looks like in the warm months they have a sweet outdoor patio as well!

This is the second (and final) visit to Tutti Paella. Given the rural nature of Havre de Grace, we…read moredesperately wanted it to be great, but it's just average. Today we had a couple tapas (mussels & artichokes), chicken soup and seafood paella. The soup didn't taste homemade & the bowl was super shallow. It was underwhelming to be honest. The mussels were drowning in a flavorless white whine sauce. The artichokes were DROWNING in butter sauce. The paella was bland, but probably the best item we ordered. Net, net Tutti Paella is an undisputed local option that won't make my rotation over other options. And the service was good.

Solid Italian spot that is very similar to Olive Garden. I came here last week on a Thursday night…read morefor dinner and saw many locals also dine here. Portions were huge and appreciated the unlimited salad and bread sticks. I ordered the Seafood Fettuccini which was as pretty solid. The ratio of shrimp and mussels to pasta wasn't too bad. I was pretty full afterwards. Service was also great, waiters were always checking in on us despite how busy it was. This place is solid would recommend if you're going somewhere with a large party. Overall: 7.8/10.

7/9/2026 I took a chance after visiting this restaurant…read moreafter a couple years away even though I live right down the street. Went around 5-6ish to grab a little something and a little something indeed was grabbed. Started with the crab pretzel can't complain it was big with plenty of crab. Some of the items listed on the dinner menu specials were already out/ subbing items which was a bit weird since it was so early. Next up was the tropical and blueberry sangria which both were slamming looking to come back for the Sunday brunch bottomless option when I get a chance. House and Caesar salad were solid added the "baby shrimp" to the Caesar and they were soooo good very meaty, bread sticks always a crowd pleaser coming out hot and seasoned. Hot honey chicken sandwich was cool and fries were crispy and our server ( insert name when I find the paper) was a ball checking on us with any needs we have. My rating still stands

I'm vegan, and my job hosted a team-building lunch for about 12 of us at this restaurant…read more Unfortunately, there were very few vegan options. The young women at the register told me items could be modified, so I asked if I could get a veggie wrap. She said yes, but that I'd need to order the chicken bacon wrap if I wanted avocado. I ordered it and asked them to remove the chicken breast, cheese, bacon, and mayo--essentially leaving me with a veggie wrap. The total came to $16.88. I spoke with the manager, who offered no solution. Instead, he told me the avocado costs more than the meat. After a group of 12 people came in to support their business, that response felt incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. What a shameful way to treat customers--especially when they're trying to accommodate dietary needs in good faith. I will never return and my coworkers (who are not vegan) won't go back either. Hopefully, we'll find another place in the area to host future events.
