Placed online order for a cheesesteak wrap and paid extra for bacon. When I picked up my order, checked wrap and saw no strips of bacon. I asked them to add the bacon, and the person at the counter brought the wrap back out to me and said it was on there, it's just the bacon bits that you put on a salad, they don't use the regular bacon like you would get on a burger on a cheesesteak. Ridiculous. And the bacon bits were so few, that I couldn't even see them when I checked the sandwich. The grilled onions and sauce I requested on the wrap were also missing. Not the first time receiving order with items missing. Between that and the "service fee" added to every order, even pickup and carryout, I won't be returning. read more

This was my first visit here I ordered shrimp Alfredo pasta. The shrimp were big I liked that. I could have had a couple more. The sauce was okay. It needs to have more seasoning and that will make it great. I added my own seasoning when I got home. The portion size is big and I ate on this for three days. The staff was nice. read more

I've had food from this place twice now. The first time I had pizza which was good (it was ordered to go). But I'm still giving it two stars because of tonight's order. Tonight I ordered some sweet chili wings and sweet potato fries to-go. The food was ready early which was good. However, they managed to forget the dipping sauce (ranch). Fortunately, the wings weren't a dry rub; they were actually pretty good. The sweet potato fries were mediocre (don't even taste like sweet potatoes) and not worth $7. This place is absolutely terrible. Not only is it extremely high priced but the food is truly disgusting. This experience was so bad that I made a yelp account just to try to help other ppl never order from here. I have had 2 separate TERRIBLE occasions. A few months ago I found a fingernail clipping in my crushed red hots. I immediately threw it away and chalked up 25$ as a loss. Today my girlfriend ordered food while I was running errands. I came home and it was PATS SELECT PIZZA.. I was hesitant but was also hungry so I gave it another try. There was a BUG! A SMALL BLACK/BROWN bug that I believe was either a GNAT or a ROACH. Absolutely foul!! BEFORE I noticed the bug I also tried the gravy fries..gravy was watery and resembled pond water. Brown and funky and just truly horrendous. My wife wasted 50$ this time for a CHICKEN SANDWICH..CHEESESTEAK.. GRAVY FRIES AND GRILLED CHEESE. HOW should 3 items come to 46.33$? This place is an absolute shit hole. read more

I stopped in because the building was nicer than any other ones in the area. The ambiance was nice. The lobby was clean and inviting. The two young ladies at the register were attentive and nice. They recommended a cheesesteak. It came out hot and tasted good. The fries were good as well. The food was good, but nothing amazing and nothing that really stood out from any other cheesesteak I've had. I would recommend this place simply for the cleanliness and friendly staff. I'm fully understanding why they changed their title from Pat's pizza to Select. This is my second time ordering the whiskey burger and this is the second time it was delicious!!! Occasionally they have forgotten my dressing for my salad or the specifics of my requests but the food I have had has all been good. Burger, Greek Salad, spaghetti - all good. And their pizza isn't bad either. Check your order before you leave or the delivery person leaves but otherwise enjoy the food. read more

Absolutely best service, help and we are BIG FANS of Pats here in Aberdeen. I descended on them with 40 hungry kids and this crew headed by Billy, served them up tasty pizzas ( even gluten free that i'm now a fan of) cheese sticks, mozzarella sticks and had it all ready to serve. The manager is the worst. I had a delivery order that they completely messed up. I asked for ketchup and a cheese cup because there was no list for condiments. Instead I got actual shredded cheese in a cup instead of cheese sauce and ketchup all over a grilled cheese sandwich. Like how does that make sense ? If you were confused about my online order than call that's what my number is there for. Although, I don't think there was anything confusing about it. To top it all off he said he could remake it and send a driver out when he has another order going to riverside. So that's could be hours, I said no cause I waited long enough. He said I can give you a $5 dollar credit to which I laughed because I spent $25. Then he said he will give me a refund and send a driver to come and pick up the food? How tacky! Not that I am eating it but you can send a driver out here to retrieve food you already sent and messed up but you can't send a driver whenever to bring me new food? Never ever ever again. read more

Ordered pepperoni pizza for mom and my daughter. It was decent pizza. Cheese was firm yet stretchy, pepperoni was flavorful. I ordered a chicken wrap with side Cesar salad. Just ordered here for the first time as we are new to the area and always looking for that next foodie place. We ordered two flatbreads to go, one Buffalo chicken and one Margarita. Both were fantastic. Would have rather eaten at the establishment but no liquor license and they would not allow us to BYOB with wine. Will definitely be a repeat customer, but continue with takeout as wine just really compliments a great Italian dinner. read more

Went once and my girlfriend got ravioli and sauce. The sauce was watery and bland. Recently we tried to get delivery by ordering online. After placing the order we got a call saying "we can't deliver to your area"... we asked why and they told us that drivers have been robbed there too many times. I decided to check up on crime reports in the area... there hasn't been a SINGLE reporting in our area and never have I ever felt threatened while living here. We called back and asked the manager why they won't deliver when there have been no issues here. He told us "well my drivers won't go there"... last time I checked your employees should do their job. I have been a regular customer at Pats Select (Pasadena MD location) for several years. All of my orders have been delivery only. I loved that their food was restaurant quality upon delivery with a fair price. Most recently, within the past year, their food quality has gone way below the acceptable rating. My order today was another in many long steps down a rocky path. I ordered a greek salad with salmon. The salmon had obviously been pre-cooked and then microwaved, for who it arrive the portion was hard and barely warm (no fault of the driver). The breadstick was the same...hard as a rock. No, I didn't contact the store because having done so on a few occasions; the manager is rude, mean, and doesn't want to be customer-friendly. I am not going through that again. They have lost my business and my many recommendations to friends. I do not write reviews very often...service needs to be extremely poor for me to do this. Beware of this location. I will not go into other bad deliveries, just suffice it to say that they have gone seriously down in quality, at least in my experience. read more

The first time I came in, two cashiers crowded around the one cashier that was taking my order because I'm enrolled in the Pat's rewards program. After trying my phone # & email addresses twice and not finding me in the system, they told me that although Pat's is a chain, the rewards programs are store-specific. Bummer. It took longer to order a cheese pizza than it took to cook it. After it was ready, I found out that this location didn't have red pepper flakes or Italian seasonings ready for customer use. (They couldn't find Italian seasonings at all!) The pizza came out quickly, but it was so greasy that the middle of the pizza was soggy. The grease leaked through the pizza and onto the trunk of my car. (I ordered it to go.) It was so bad that my dog wouldn't eat it. On a second visit, I ordered spaghetti and a salad. The portion was probably enough for three or four people, but it [again] wasn't tasty. Plain old pasta sauce out of the jar tastes better than what they serve. All of the other Pat's that I've been to have been great, but I should've know to have expected less than excellent here, based solely on their McDonalds style set up. read more
