The pizza is cooked perfectly; light flip, perfect undercarriage, and the crust is the perfect thickness so it's crunchy but not burnt when cooked. Not only was our experience great the second time around, we spoke with the owners who actually gave us a free cupcake as a congrats on our anniversary. As mentioned in other reviews, Carmine's smells amazing. It will be crowded, so either arrive early or be prepared to wait. It's worth it. Even cooler... this was the only food truck that leaned into the Steelers vibe with banners to greet guests into their pop up tent.
