I'm on the text program so I can't complain about price. The food is worth what you pay for! If you don't see a fresh pizza, ask for one. The employees are generally nice and helpful. Sometimes the eggs are out on the salad bar and that's always disappointing. The red pizza sauce is.. mediocre at most. Other than that, the other pizzas are tasty and the salad and pasta bar are good side fillers for when you're not chowing down on pizza. read more

My kids love Pizza Pie Cafe, so I didn't think twice when they requested it after visiting Thanksgiving Point. We stopped at the location on 1600 N in Orem at 1:20 in the afternoon. I had to walk the entire restaurant before I finally found the LAST clean table and there were maybe only 5 other groups here. When I complained, the workers acted really annoyed. The tables were all just sitting empty with food on them. Then I had to swipe a napkin holder from one of the dirty tables because they were all empty. THEN, I had to ask the pasta server to change his gloves from touching the garbage can before he served my pasta... I'm giving it two stars, not one because the food was hot and good. read more

I have never been to this place and after my first attempt today I will never go again. After waiting for forever in the line to even speak to the cashiers and pay, we tried to use coupons that we had been sent for a buy one get half off buffet coupon or something and in the instructions themselves it even says "IF YOU CAN NOT PRINT COUPON SAVE TO APPLE PAY TO BE REDEEMED" and the employees told us they couldn't redeem the coupons off of Apple Pay when the instructions themselves said to save them to Apple Pay so our whole birthday party had to pay full price. NEXT, they told us we weren't allowed to seat ourselves because we were a party of six adults, when you're allowed to seat yourself at any other given time. They told us a five minute wait, and twenty minutes later we hadn't moved and one of us had to leave to another activity because there were still four parties ahead of us on the list so we asked for either a to go box or a refund so that we weren't paying for someone to not eat and the girl helping us ROLLED HER EYES and said "well we told you there there would be a wait...." like yes but five and twenty minutes is a big difference. They need to hire some people with some damn manners or at least the most basic of customer service skills. I will never go back to pizza pie cafe and I will make sure to tell everyone and anyone about my negative experience. read more

Our family loves Pizza Pie Cafe in Orem. Family friendly. Clean. Employees are friendly and helpful. Pizza is delicious. We always have a coupon that lets our kids eat for free. We don't eat meat and they are always more than happy to make our Pesto Vegetarian for us. We love this location of Pizza Pie Cafe. read more

Wow you got problems at your orem location! We called ahead and reserved the family room, which is why we decided to even go in. We arrived to be told that there people in there and we couldn't be help after we paid and not before. We asked to speak to the manager and the nice staff went to get her. We witnessed the staff tell the manager we wanted to talk to her and the manager tell the staff no she wasn't going to talk to us and walk away from the staff avoiding eye contact with us. Then another staff needed a code put into the computer causing the manager to have to come up front. She was then forced to have to talk to us . At this point she very rudely said there was nothing she could do there was no time limit and she wasn't going to ask them to clear out of the room. We explained we called ahead earlier and reserved the room and she still insisted she couldn't do anything and she didn't know nothing about it. We asked to speak to another manager to which she said she was the only one. Then We ask to have the contact information for her superior. She promptly picked up her cell phone and dialed a number and informed us as she walked away that she wasn't going to give us that information. She never came back. After waiting another 30 plus minutes the room was cleared and cleaned. We found the salad bar out of most of the toppings and no forks in any of the spots for the store . Literally every spot was empty and told they were being washed. The store was not very full or busy. The children went for pizza to find only 5 pizza choices. All others were out. 2 dessert pizzas available. Pizza appeared to be cooking and sitting at end of oven while staff talked very loudly about the day and misc things having nothing to do with what I wanted my children hearing. Once the pizza was slightly replaced they were not cut all the way through and were over cooked. The hour we were in the store many times we heard staff ask for the manager, Brittany, who was no where to be found. She wouldn't tell us her name when we asked she didn't want to tell us. We got her name from another staff . A couple of the staff tried to have superior customer service but due the extreme unprofessional and under qualified manager were unable to succeed . I hate to suggest anyone be fired but I am not the only one that could tell you made a very wrong choice allowing Brittany to manage your orem store. I will be sure to not go back when she is there as I know it will not be an enjoyable experience and my time and money is better spent elsewhere. read more

During our visit which was a buffet, we got up to go get a salad after we finished our pasta/pizza and come back to our drinks being gone and the whole table busted... we werent done, and we literally were gone for 60 sec from our table... i asked one of the girls that worked there what happened to out drinks... she gave me a crusty and then looked over at another girl and said she did it and pointed to another girl. So we sat down at a different spot because the "other" girl who was busting tables had placed her bucket tray thing on the table where we were eating at... so as we are eating our salads we hear an employee yelling from clear across the way by the bathrooms saying "there was poo still in the toilet" the supervisor or manager or whatever told her to go clean it and she continued to yell about the poo in the toilet. I immediately lost my appetite. Ive never been in a restaurant or fast food joint that has such disrespectful inappropriate employees in my life! read more
