I live around the area so I decided to give this pizza place a try. That was probably the first and last time I'll order from there. Someone on here mentioned that the pizza was like chewing on plastic - that's very true. It felt like the toppings on the makhloot pizza weren't cooked well. Also, $23+ for a large pizza? You can buy 2 great tasting pizzas for that much elsewhere. The wings tasted horrible too and the ranch that came with it felt like it was mixed with water with no taste. Phenomenon pizza. I've been going to Pasha for almost 20 years now. Yes, their Glendale restaurant is all new, but these guys have been around for years. Pizza is delicious, owners are extremely nice and the service is great. If you haven't tried Pasha yet do so, you'll love it and you'll become a customer for life. Pasha has good pizzas. I like their grilled mushroom pizza. They also have fries, but they are a little too soft for my taste.

We have been ordering pizza for our staff for the past couple of years on a weekly basis from Pizza Pasha and the food is delicious. We would recommend the Makhloot pizza but others that we tried were equally delicious. Recently, we ordered sandwiches and they were also super delicious. I would recommend the beef cutlet and the German sausage. We haven't been to this establishment since we always order from them and they deliver but delivery and service has never been a problem. read more

The Persian pizza and steak sandwiches are to die for. The pizza is not too oily like other pizza places and the crust is thin but not to the point where you'll finish the pizza and still stay hungry. I ordered for delivery. The ordering process was efficient, and the delivery was within the 35 minutes I was quoted. I ordered the BBQ pizza. The issue is the pizza had almost no taste. It was cooked fine, it looked good, it was just not very tasty. After awhile I just stopped eating it because I couldn't taste any BBQ sauce. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. Let me highlight the line, "the best customer experience." I know that customer service representatives are following scripted guidelines on how to handle moody customers. However, putting some personal touch for customer engagement wouldn't hurt so much. Arriving on my worst for carry out, I was pretty rude to the young lady taking my order. Even with my attitude, she was kidding and smiling. As she was taking my order, she noticed I wasn't having a awesome day. I noticed she did small talks as in how my day was going. I did explained my rough day, she smile again and made a funny comment the changed my moody completely. I was smiling which I wasn't all day. It's nice to see that this lady was trying to make my day better. I've been to many restaurant with bad days but no one had token the time to make day better. I recall her name Sade. Lovely person, can say she can make people laugh and smile. I'm sure your customer service I'll remember because of your character.
