Wow! Absolutely fantastic! I asked the owner to make it well done and the undercarriage was just the way I like it. Crunchy, the perfect chewiness, the dough is made dense enough to hold up to the wet and heavy topping. Perfectly constructed Grandma pie . I had a nice conversation with the owner. Very cool guy. I will be going back to try all the other pies (and there are many). You can probably eat there every day and not have the same thing for a month.
