Ordered the large Spice Route to share with my husband. Pizza was delicious and had a fantastic chewy / crunchy crust. There's nowhere to sit inside, but standing tables are available outside. Can't wait to try more pizza here!

El chappie! Delicious! Love the lemon oil over it (I'm usually not a lemon person either)

The pizza was amazing and the service was fantastic. We got our pizza to go and they texted us when it was ready so we didn't have to wait.

We felt persistently rushed during our meal. More disturbingly, upon our departure, a floor staff member directed an intensely disdainful and unprovoked stare towards us, leaving us feeling utterly unwelcome and bewildered. He stared down at us with his arms crossed as we departed the restaurant. I reported this to the manager, who assured me she would investigate and follow up. However, we have received absolutely no communication or update since then. This lack of action, after a direct assurance, has compounded our disappointment and left us feeling unheard. While we greatly admire the cuisine, the cumulative effect of feeling pressured, judged, and subsequently ignored has prompted us to reconsider our long-standing patronage. Hope the customer service standards improve, ensuring all guests consistently feel respected and valued.

They have a nice patio area with a few (4-5) tables that are covered. We got there super early and opted to sit outside since the weather was so nice. The service was fantastic and our waitress was super friendly. We discovered that she has ties to KC so I always love that. I started with an Adeline blackberry sour. It's pretty to look at and so delicious to drink. Sours in Oregon are hands down the best. I wish we had more of it in KC but I highly recommend that you get sours and ciders if you're in the PNW. For lunch I ordered the Club Sandwich: Sweetheart ham, hickory-smoked turkey, Tillamook white cheddar, Applewood smoked bacon; topped with lettuce, tomato, chipotle mayo. It normally comes on sourdough but I swapped it out for ciabatta. First off, it's a HUGE club sandwich. Lots of meat that had amazing flavor. Not some sad deli sandwich at all. The ciabatta had great chew and complemented the sandwich perfectly. No complaints here! Did I eat it all? Yes, and that was a great plan because it kept me going for the next 24 hours that ended up being a cluster that resulted in no food being available. Sandwiches come with chips or a garden salad but I opted for a different side with an up charge. Let's talk about the Oregon Blue Salad: spring mix, dried cranberries, honeycrisp apples, Rogue Creamery Oregon Blue crumbles, and maple candied walnuts; tossed in an apple cider vinaigrette. So GOOD! You can get it by itself and it would make a great meal. Everything was so fresh. Again, not a single complaint. If you are ever in the area, please stop in. Everything was amazing and I can't wait until I return. Double Mountain is on my list to come back to! Highly recommend!

Definitely the standout of the table for me. Service was friendly and expedient, which I always appreciate in the morning when everyone is trying to get caffeinated and out the door. My companions ordered the protein bowl, which was a hearty mix of grains and grilled vegetables with your choice of tofu or egg. It leaned a little bland flavor-wise, but it did exactly what it needed to do: provided a filling, healthy base for a full day of activity in Hood River. Not every dish was a knockout, but overall it was a very solid breakfast spot with fair pricing at about $18 per dish.

The food was OK nothing to write home about. I had lemonade for dinner it was $6.00 a glass and if you wanted another glass it was 6.00 again. They also included the tip on your bill and it was 22%. The server did not earn that high of a tip.

However, it's the ambiance that really sets this place apart. James is the maitre d' and traffic coordinator. Bad start but we decided to go for it (I planned this stop because they had good looking food and cocktails for the non wine drinkers). There were maybe 4 tables occupied, so I was surprised it would take "a long while". One person from my party went directly to the restroom so didn't hear what was said, when he came out he went to the bar and asked if he could order a flight which he received a strict "no it's going to be a long while" Lol I understand being overwhelmed or whatever, we're human, but to have the attitude was unnecessary. We left after a few minutes and spent $400 at another winery down the road. Which by the way was much busier but because they were kind we stuck it out, our server made a good chunk on tips too. Too bad
