I love this location. It's pretty close to use. About 15 mins away. We've never had any issues eating at any location until now. To start I called at 7:50pm to place an order. She told me about 15 mins. Perfect. That's how long it takes to get there. Anyways I show up at 8:20pm. She tells me let me check your order. Okay, thanks. She came back a few mins later to tell me no one made our order. So I paid for it and left to get gas bc stuff happens. Anyways. I come back about 8:55pm and waited a few more minutes. They brought my food out shortly after. The bags had sauce all over them and the box was dirty. The salad is what pissed me off the most. I get home to have dinner only to be met with black old lettuce and cheese that stuck to the lettuce. This is a clear sign this is an old salad. My lettuce shouldn't taste like sink water. Also it'd be awesome if you invested in a knife for the meat for the salad. It was clearly ripped into pieces. It went straight into the garbage. The pizza was mid. It wasn't topped correctly but whatever. The bread sticks always smack. Love them. All in all I'm pretty disappointed I didn't see an adult in the building. We went to the lake to ride The Dixie. We arrived 45 minutes self so I decided to stop in for a quick bite to eat. They were fairly busy, but no Ning line at the register to order. I ordered a simple kids meal of chicken fingers which comes with chips and a drink (according to the menu description). The cashier charged me for a drink until I pointed out that the menu states a drink is included. She corrected it. I waited a full 20 minutes for the kids meal. Thankfully, I was the only one getting food. The rest of my party had lined up for the Dixie. The meal took took so long that I almost missed the boat! I had to eat while standing in line. This has been a good restaurant over the years and I plan to go back, but the last few times l was in there... they have had problems. This could be attributable to difficulty hiring right now, and I think many businesses are dealing with that problem. Running a restaurant on a skeleton crew is hard to do. On my most recent visit l waited 52 minutes for a Royal Feast wrap up. Until l was out of time and had to leave without lunch. Meanwhile at least 10 people had come in, ordered and had received their meals. The time previous to that l decided to get a cheeseburger. Having been dieting l hadn't had a cheeseburger in several months. I asked for the bun to be toasted. Not only was it not toasted. It was very stale and cold. The patty was overcooked and had also gotten cold. But what bothered me the most was the pickle and onion. They were literally frozen. Like the pans had gotten too cold and instead of throwing what was in the bottom away and replacing with a new pan, the cook had peeled the nasty frozen pickle and onion out of the bottom and put them on the bun. Totally inedible. And l doubt very sanitary. I'll go back again soon because I've always liked the place, but they need some time to get it together before I do read more

We have been a customer with Pizza King NW for years now. I ordered supper at 5. Large Royal Feast, our favorite normally. I was told they were short on delivery staff. I understand, however, I phoned them back at 7 pm and no one would pick up the phone. As I was leaving to get a refund and speak with the manager, the delivery person came. She was the only reason that I accepted the pizza. She was extremely professional and courteous. I really regret it now. This was one of the worst pizzas that I have eaten. My brother placed a delivery order for Pizza King through Doordash. It was a large order for around $177. Included 2 liters of pop, 4 pizzas, cookies and 4 sauces. The Doordash dropped the order off at our comp ground office. When we picked up the order it was short 4 sauces, 2 liters of pop and one of the Pizza King boxes was clean and totally empty. I took the box in to show the manager the order and the clean empty box. She said it was not their responsibility and that somehow Doordash delivery had gotten an empty box to cheat us on the delivery. My brother was out all those items that he paid dearly for, and the manager of Pizza King would not make good on it but they allow Doordash to deliver their products and I guess some customers get their orders stolen. I would not recommend using Pizza Hut or Doordash to deliver your orders. The business assumes no responsibility for the completeness of their delivery orders. Also, it took over an hour and a half for our incomplete order to arrive just six miles away. read more

Well I had pizza king multiple times and every time there pizza isn't as good as Pizza Hut.

The weather was beautiful today, so we decided to have pizza by the lake. Our waitress was so accommodating, by giving us a table outside and putting up an umbrella. She took great care of us from beginning to end. We ordered the breadsticks which appeared to be homemade. They were misshapen with lots of butter and garlic seasonings. A bit crispy on the edges and tender on the inside! Yummy! The side salad was very nice size with plenty of cheese, and egg on top. The pizza was good and enjoyable. It was simple and not like a high end pizza place, but we still liked it. A crispy bottom with a nice sauce and good tasting sausage and pepperoni. It was a thin pizza. The decor was...well...no decor lol. But a nice local place to go. We tried the Friday night before but it was super busy. So we went around 11:30 am on a Sunday for lunch and had no trouble getting seated. read more

I've eaten here many times, both from the Pizza King menu and the lakeview menu and I've been happy with everything I've tried. The dining room overlooks the lake and there's an outside deck to sit at in nice weather. It's more expensive than Pizza Hut, but you get more food. The toppings go clear out to the edge and they put a lot on. We like it better so it's worth the price. They have deserts also, pies and big soft cookies, and ice cream in the summer. read more

Kimberly H. was our waitress and the worse. It took forever for her to wait on us. Then another 20 minutes to get drinks which came by someone else who asked if we been waited on. She expected us to eat without silverware and gave us no napkins. I really didn't want to use my shirt to wipe off my face. When I went up to pay, she was cussing and worried about tips that she hasn't received for three hours. I wanted to say, " if you waited on your customers, you would get tips, but since you don't give them drinks or check back in with them, that is why you don't.".
