Horrible service, terrible waitress!!!!! So first my school hosted a 60th year reunion. The waiter comes and serves us 4 first. The rest of the crowd filling in slowly. Then she proceeds to say oh my god they're all deaf. I don't know if you know but the Lord clearly knows we are deaf. The health inspection rating was 92 but had several leak from roof splattering water around. I would not recommend anyone to ever eat here unless you like watching water splash on the buffet bar or roaches on top of that so called service. Despite we were all deaf but had plans of our own she included gratuity when it was clearly addressed we were all separated parties. I did not see all the hearing people inside get gratuity on their bills despite going around tables to ask if they had theirs added on too. We stopped here for lunch and it was a terrible experience. The place was crowded yet the pizza bar, pasta bar, salad bar and desert bar where empty. We arrived at noon. Everything stayed empty for 30 minutes. Finally one pizza every so often came out. Pasta bar stayed dry and crusty. No dessert bar stayed empty along with the salad bar for our entire visit. Total Fail! So much for having a drive through. I live 25 miles from the Wilson store. Super Bowl Sunday so we placed our order online where you are asked if you want to pick up and what time. I picked 5pm . Drove to the window and it started out great. My order was quoted back to me exactly like I ordered it and my payment was quickly taken. Then came the news..."excuse me sir but we were told to put your order in the oven at 5pm so it is going to be a while" . Get it together Pizza Inn Wilson. Train your people to know what the time being entered by customers on your website means, even though it seem pretty obvious. We went on a Tuesday night which is kids night. We had the buffet. My son loved the spaghetti. The pineapple upsidedown pizza pie was truly amazing. There is a game room for the kids and their favorite, a train that travels through the restaurant for .25. We had really great service. Well Where do I start ! I went to Pizza Inn on a Thurs night Aug. 22 my girlfriend and her parents and when we walk up to the buffet and it was a wreck. The worse I have ever seen. The salad bar had different things that had been drop in to the food containers like eggs in the bacon and one salad dressing in another. the buffet look like had no attention given to it in a long time. The spaghetti sauce looked like it had been sitting there all day with out being stirred. There was hardly any pizza on the buffet and the slices that were on it was cold. I know that they probably busy before we arrived but you have to keep the front of the house clean no matter what because people are going to wonder what the kitchen looks like if the dinning area is dirty. When I complained to the hostess she asked if there was something special that I wanted and I said I would like a selection of fresh food from a clean buffet. I also heard another customer complaining so I know I was not the only one upset. After a few minutes they started bringing out fresh food but the buffet still remained dirty and that old spaghetti sauce was still sitting there when we left.
