two slices of pizza and a salad on a yellow plate
Chris K.

Came back again cos I was craving their taco pizza. After I paid and was heading to a table I noticed there wasn't any on the buffet so asked one of the workers if he'd make one. A gabbed a couple other slices to tide me over and filled a bowl with salad and toppings and sat down. My drink was already at the table. In no time flat the taco pizza was ready and I was off to the races to get some. Four slices later and I thought how fresh everything was! All the pizza and everything on the salad bar too. And the restaurant looked super clean. It's a good thing they're across town from me cos I'd be after that taco pizza a few times a month at least!

Great spot from a great value. They have buffets with pizza and salad. Great takeout prices. Wings are pretty good. Great place to take the kids to eat pizza.

Not always the best pizza quality (I'm from NYC, so I'm bias). But they do surprise you at times, their dessert pizzas are good. What sets this apart from other pizza places, is the salad bar. Great design. The elements that stick out are red onions, thick diced tomatoes, and spinach.

This place has been here forever. It's been about 20 yrs since I have been here. Nothing has changed or improved. It's cheap and I really expected Different menu. Anyways during covid-19 they are open they serve the food while you choose your slices and salad. They didn't enforce the mask wearing while in line for food.

Outside of the main building and next to the butterfly house and train depot on the museum campus you'll find this little cafe. Several types of wraps and salads are available as well as fountain drinks and treats. Bathrooms (with changing stations) are next to the cafe. However if you need to use the changing stations and can wait I would suggest the main building second floor for the large private family bathrooms. Don't expect anything exotic at the cafe but what is here is good and portions that will fill you up so you can enjoy the rest of your day at the museum. I used to consider it a bit over priced a few years ago until the rest of the world became over priced so now this is just normal priced. If there's no seating at the cafe and it's nice out there are picnic tables a bit further down to the right.

So are all the sandwiches and paninis we've tried. The sides are delicious as well, from healthy options like fruit salad and green beans to traditional fries. Indoor seating is closed at the moment, but there is a lot of outdoor seating at the front and side of the cafe. If those areas are full, there are picnic tables close by at the start of the Dino Trail.

Service was quick and delightful. I felt embraced and a part of the town immediately thanks to the hospitality of the Nosh team. We all had bacon cheese burgers - all excellent! Burgers were cooked perfectly and juicy! The homemade chips were a nice surprise and were fantastic dipping in some ranch dressing. All in all a solid visit, perfect menu variety, and a fun and welcoming environment....check it out!

They answered our questions and provided recommendations upon request. We had a large group, so it was taking a while for all of the food to be ready. I decided to just get a raspberry white chocolate scone and a greena colada so that I didn't have to wait a very long time to eat. We enjoyed sitting upstairs where we could all sit together and watch the scenery while eating. The kids loved the space, and it also provided us with some privacy for our birthday celebration. The scone was very good. I was a bit disappointed with the smoothie, though. I was expecting it to be flavorful and naturally sweet due to the mangoes and pineapple as well as the honey that was supposed to be added, but it was quite bland and not flavorful at all. Everyone else seemed to have enjoyed their food.

We arrived around noon on a busy beautiful Sunday! There's plenty of seating both inside and on their outdoor wrap around patio. Foster's has an old rustic charm, kind of like a general store but on a larger scale. So, you order at the counter with one of their many staffers, they call your name when it's ready if you ordered to go, or they walk around to the tables calling out your name if you choose to dine there! I had the Farm Plate, which was 2 eggs your way, a meat, their famous herb biscuit and your choice of grits or potatoes. I chose scrambled hard with cheese eggs, chicken sausage patties and cheese grits. It was just ok. The food was good, not like OMG! My friend had the Breakfast Burrito and it was again, just ok. They have a variety of options to choose from. Maybe we just picked the most basic ones. Nothing is out of the ordinary. Everything looks delicious and we really should have tried a dessert, but didn't. I would go back to give them another chance, but I'm not rushing. They have local goods, like honey, jams, chocolates, sauces for sale as well as wine and lots of other goods. It's super family friendly and a great place to sit and enjoy someone's company or your own, o just didn't have a spectacular experience.
