Today was National Chicken Wing Day, and the place was absolutely packed with people taking advantage of the promotion. Despite the rush, the staff handled the chaos with kindness, patience, and professionalism. The manager, in particular, stood out--making sure things ran as smoothly as possible and that every customer felt seen and taken care of. Even with some delays (understandable given how busy it was), the team made the process of ordering and picking up food clear and efficient. Their communication and attentiveness really helped keep the energy positive.

We've tried every avenue to resolve but Wingstop has been awful. Recently, my daughter received a free fries promotion for her birthday via email. Of course the app said the code was invalid and we couldn't order due to the credit card issue so i went to the store. I spent almost $80 and showed the email and code for the free birthday fries to the cashier. He called over the manager and the manager told us that they don't accept promotions anymore. My receipt had a survey that I filled out and checked the box that I would like to be contacted but weeks have gone by and nobody has been in touch. I've also sent emails to the company and local store and they've been ignored. This is just an awful way to run a company. My daughter and friends love the food and put up with this but it's unacceptable to me. I can see why the BBB rating is so awful.

I came here because multiple friends swore I'd see chickens running around the property. I did not…read moresee a single chicken. At this point I'm starting to wonder if the chickens are real or if I've been the victim of an elaborate prank. Fortunately, the food more than made up for my poultry disappointment. We ordered a couple different wing flavors, including the Honey Mustard and a blueberry-based sauce, and both were excellent. The wings themselves were massive, meaty, and cooked really well. The Honey Mustard had a nice balance of sweetness and tanginess with just enough mustard bite to keep it from feeling overly sweet. The blueberry flavor was surprisingly good too. It had a sweet-tart fruitiness that sounds unusual on paper but worked really well with the smoky, savory wings. Both sauces had plenty of flavor without completely overpowering the chicken. The atmosphere is classic neighborhood pub. Cozy, casual, and the kind of place where people seem comfortable settling in for the whole evening. Downstairs there's a bar and shuffleboard area that definitely attracts a younger crowd. It gets pretty lively and noisy, which adds to the fun if you're there with friends. My only real complaint is that parts of the place felt a little messy. The stairs leading downstairs were sticky, and parts of the basement floor were too. Nothing that ruined the experience, but it was noticeable. The staff, however, were fantastic. Fast, friendly, and personable. Even when things were busy, they kept everything moving and made us feel welcome. Overall, it's a fun spot with great wings, good energy, and a laid-back crowd. Still giving it four stars because I left without seeing a single chicken, and I feel mildly betrayed. But if you're looking for a place to hang out with friends and eat some seriously good wings, it's definitely worth the visit.

We ordered our wings with the sauce on the side. I think that's the way to go so the wings stay crispy. They have a lot of wing sauce options. We also ordered the Cheese Steak Egg Rolls and Cheese Balls as appetizers. Both were pretty good. There is a large parking lot and we even saw some chickens roaming around. The space is a good size with a large bar in the middle. Service was good. Probably wouldn't go out of our way to come back but if we were ever back in the area we would stop by.

We heard about this place through a friend that lives nearby and I'm glad we had the opportunity to give them a try. I ordered about $100 worth of food to bring it back home For the family to try. I definitely recommend it if you're down in the area . it's definitely a nice walk inside to see all the vendors. You can find plenty of tasty treats to purchase . I ordered the family meal which was 12 pieces of chicken , fried potatoes and a large side of candied yams . I ordered an additional side of collard greens and 6 extra large wings . Chicken was cooked to perfection ( nice and juicy ) candied yams were delicious( just the right amount of sweetness ) and the collards were tender ( but could use some vinegar to give them some southern twang ) the fried potatoes weee yummy as well . As a bonus I got some fried chicken livers and gizzards
