Whenever we order from my work, the food is magnificent. That is why I am giving them three stars because I know that typically, their food is really good. However, the other day my mom, husband and I called in some cheesesteaks, but when we got them home, we found them to be very dry, with not very much meat in our sandwiches. It was a little disappointing because I know the type of food and presentation that they normally are known for. Maybe it was a bad day, but I was really hoping and praying that they would be consistent with what we know them to make for food when we order from work. Every dish I get from is is delicious. From the pizza to the pasta to the wings. But my favorite is the bruschetta. You can add chicken or shrimp for an added fee. It's absolutely infuriating how selfish and inconsiderate people can be! So I ordered two gluten-free pizzas for my brothers who have celiac's disease and will have health problems if they eat gluten. While ordering IN-PERSON, I continued to make sure the two men at the pizza shop understood that I needed gluten-free pizzas. They then told me that we get free sodas with the pizza, so when we left we took those as well. Once I got home, my brothers started eating and I noticed they had two LARGE pizzas, not two GLUTE-FREE pizzas. So I'm upset at this point, because I was extremely clear with this guy and he messed up their order. What infuriates me more is the fact that when I called to ask the guy to remake the pizzas, he continued to try to place blame on me as if I would give my brothers something they can't eat. Side note: I don't even like pizza, so I wouldn't accidentally order a large, because I don't even order pizzas. I got sick of arguing with the guy so I asked him for the price so that he could reimburse us for the difference and he started to argue that we wouldn't get the whole $6 difference because of the free sodas. SO $3 IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN MY BROTHERS HEALTH?! Okay cool. So I get to the place and this guy tries to shove it down my throats that he didn't hear me say gluten-free, he heard me say large, and he couldn't really hear me well, but I said large. The counter was absolutely infested with flies by the way, yet he was okay putting children's' pizza right where the flies were. Then he proceeds to slapping $3 in front of me. I took the $3 and while telling him how unprofessional he is, how his actions could have really put a child in danger, and how we won't be ordering there anymore because of how absolutely rude and prideful he is, he cuts me off to take someone's order. I honestly can't believe how selfish this whole interaction was. Not only did my brother have to wait longer for food after helping me move into a new apartment for 4 hours, but now he's going to feel sick tonight because of an inconsiderate adult. Had this been a child with a peanut allergy or something more deadly, he could have really put someone's child in danger, but this man cares more about $3 than a life. I walk in, and I swear to god, the guy behind the counter was so gruff, rude and disinterested, that I had to fight the overwhelming urge to just turn around and walk out. The sandwich was OK, but I was really expecting a chicken sandwich WITH HONEY MUSTARD, not served with a heaping helping of attitude; I got 27 times more attitude than honey mustard.
