Limited seating inside but I found a spot to enjoy the sandwich. Fountain sodas are delicious (black cherry and birch beer among others). Staff were efficient and food came out quick. It's definitely on the higher side of price but it's probably the best cheesesteak I've ever had in my life. This is a must have if you're in the area. I'd give 6 stars if I could. Outstanding!

You can choose 8" or 12". I would have preferred more sauce but this was more chunky pieces of tomato. Not a thin sauce. I wanted more sauce for the flavor so will ask for some extra on the side of it next time. It was a little dry for a pizza steak!!! And a chicken steak is usually drier than beef anyway. I love a mushroom pizza steak and this is first one I've had where they chop the mushrooms with the meat and cheese. The sandwich was filled with meat. The roll was so soft and fresh. I also ordered the small tossed salad. Nice size. Got two meals out of it. Nice local place!!!!

You could tell that they take great side in this pizza place, but it's also a place that you could come with your family and enjoy a nice dinner. Their soups are delicious and always have a big selection. They always make us feel welcome and don't sleep on this place because they have amazing sandwiches but at the same time their entrées are delicious, as well. I love their salads and soup and when I'm not cutting out cheese from my diet, I enjoy one of their many cheesesteak specials. My husband swears about their meat lovers pizza and then he will take any leftovers for lunch the next day and he is thrilled to order the pizza. It's pretty funny. He's like a little kid at Christmas when we go there and these people are super nice. They will greet you and make sure you have everything you need. The service is wonderful and they work as a great well oiled team. They make escarole and bean soup like my grandmother used to make, may God rest her soul These people are amazing and they treat you like family when you're here. When my neighbor told me about this place, she said their family calls at The Best Pizza In The World, but really every meal that they make has such heart in the preparation that you can taste it with every bite. It's worth it to come here. This is delicious fresh food.

And the filling was cold but delicious!!! Just needed more time in the oven. This time I ordered delivery. Old fashioned tomato pie and the eggplant rollatini appetizer. The pizza was awesome in flavor but super cold. The chunky tomato sauce was sweet and delicious. Definitely thin crust. There is no description on the menu for the eggplant rollatini. I assumed eggplant and cheese. It had ham. Normally I wouldn't care but it's Friday during lent. I ate it and it was really good. I don't think it needed the ham. Made it too salty with the cheese. The eggplant was cooked perfectly.

The guy confirmed that the order can cancelled. A few minutes later, they call back my phone and some women was on there asking if we cancelled the order or was disconnected because it was, and I quote, "rude to hang up the phone on him" to which we didn't. We told her that we told him to cancel the order and that we did not hang up the phone. I'm sorry but this was completely unprofessional of her to say that and to get an attitude with us over the phone regarding this order. There was no need for that statement to be said especially when it's a customer who's looking to spend money at their establishment. Pretty disappointed with them and wished I had gotten the name of her and the previous guy I was on the phone with.

This review will cover my last two visits because the experience was similar. I came here because I…read moreused to eat here all of the time back in the day but apparently there has been some turnover. The service has always been pretty good but I guess it depends on what you consider service. The employees are very nice and accommodating. Even though the menu is right in front of you, if you ask them about something that is clearly on the menu, they respond as if you've never seen the menu and I like that. Personally, I probably would've looked at me sideways as if I didn't just see me reading over the menu but I digress; they get an A+ for that. At the same time, the service is lacking because the order was wrong and mislabeled. The only reason I was there to get a panzarotti to show that the last time was a fluke and they do make a good panzarotti. Now, I honestly don't know why I assumed that because prior to that first one, I've never had one from there but I am from the home of the panzarotti so I know how it is supposed to look, feel and taste. Also, I make a pretty good one at home but I wanted to share the official product. The first one was very greasy and soggy and I ate it immediately out of the... wherever it came from. I say wherever because it didn't seem like it was deep fried which it should've been. Other than the soggy and greasy it was good. It would've been better if it had that crunch I was looking forward to but it was still tasty (the first time). This most recent visit, I decided to give them another try but as a backup, I ordered the cheesesteak which I know was good (in the past). This time around I went in and again looked at the menu. Asked questions as if I didn't just look at the menu for 5 minutes and they answered helpfully. I asked about the different sizes of the panzarottis and they ... Is it panzarottis, panzarotties or panzarott-I? Anyway, I asked about the sizes and they said the mini was $8.30 and the large was $11 something. I ordered 2. One with ground beef, mushrooms and onions. The other with ground beef and onions. Understand that the base ingredients are the dough that encloses the "toppings" which make the panzarotti, cheese and marinara sauce. It takes 10 minutes to get the order back to me and they placed them in separate boxes and the cheesesteak was in the bag. I didn't think to ask which is which because the box has toppings listed on it so I assumed they would mark off the toppings included or write on the box what each is. I take my order and head back to the hotel (which I'll review also). Get back to the hotel and I'm starving so I wash my hands and dig in immediately. Remember I'm hungry because that will likely play into what happens next. Also, I was hungry when the order was placed so I wasn't really paying attention to everything else that was ordered but I knew what I ordered. So I look at the two boxes and one of them has writing on it, "OMIOMS". I assumed that meant onions and I know I ordered onions, beef and mushrooms so I figured that was mine. First, if you don't know what a panzarotti is, my bad for not explaining that earlier although I did give you the details but it is like a calzone or stromboli but deep fried and you are supposed to eat it with your hands like a closed in sandwich. So, since you hold it like a sandwich and the insides are hot and more like a liquid form than solid, everything drops to the bottom. So you should take your first bite to open it up and then you can (if you like) squeeze the bottom to help some of it rise to the top and continue eating. However, you expect that you won't get to the "meat" of it all until you get a few bites in. Well, after a few bites, I still don't taste any marinara sauce. Now, if you map this review to the images, you will see the one that I opened up has mushrooms but no onions. Remember I said one had "onions" written on the box and that is the one I ate, well... that was the wrong one; mainly because I wanted mushrooms and she didn't. I'm pretty sure there should've been onions in both but if not, that could explain why "onions" was on one box and nothing on the other because they could've thought that only one of these has onions so the other must have mushrooms. That is why I still give 3 stars because I will accept that there could have been a reasonable excuse for us (and by us I mean me) eating the wrong one. The fact that the main reason for going there was for the panzarotti and all of the other problems with it are big. No complaints at all on the cheesesteak. Matter of fact, I probably should give extra points for the cheesesteak but I didn't eat the cheesesteak until 2 days later. I took half of it, warmed it up in the microwave (100% for 1:30) then popped it in the air fryer (325 for :03) and it was so good. Now I'm not sure if I'm just that good at warming up cheesesteaks or the cheesesteak was so good that it handled the time but I know from history cheesesteaks are goo

It was a quart (~1L) to-go soup container filled to the top with horchata, and I am not embarrassed to say my dehydrated American heart was thrilled. I got sopes with chicken tinga. They make the masa (corn) base in house, and it shows. Beans, chicken, pico de gallo, lettuce, queso fresco, and sour cream sat atop the corn base, and it was delicious. Green and red sauce accompanied the sopes. (I preferred the red.) The portion was generous; despite eating a late lunch, I brought ~half of one sope home. It was simple, good quality food. The interior was clean and colorful, and the lady who took my order was lovely. I believe it's a BYOB. It took me way too long to try this mom and pop place, but I'll be back in short order.

After today's botched service, I won't be going back. After waiting over 30 minutes for an eat in order, I approached the counter to find my food wrapped up like it was a to go order. I told them I didn't want it and asked for a refund. They seemed to indicate that it was my fault that the order was sitting there. After that exchange, I said there won't be a next time. He responded with: "That's OK, I don't need your money anyway" I feel like that whole exchange illustrates perfectly at how terrible the new owners are. I don't normally give bad reviews because ya never know if it was a one off, or just a bad day. But this is definitely a trend of bad service, and not giving a crap about their customers. I am in town to attend an event and I went to Gaetano's last night to buy a Cheesesteak. Since I know they're usually big and filled with meat, I ordered a Mini Cheesesteak with grilled onions and the price was listed as $13.79. When I ordered it and was ready to pay for my sandwich, the female cashier told me I owed $17 and change. I knew that price was more than the price posted on their board and I told her the price on the board said $13.79 for a Mini Cheesesteak. She responded that the owner said he had to raise the prices because the cost of meat has gone up. I did not buy the Mini Cheesesteak because I told her the price she charged me was higher than the price posted on the board in Gaetano's. I googled this and found out this is an unlawful business practice to charge customers more than the prices stated on their board. Here's what I found when I googled this situation: Can restaurants in NJ charge customers a higher amount for food than their posted prices? No, restaurants in New Jersey cannot legally charge a higher price for food than what is displayed on their menus or posted boards. Doing so violates state consumer protection laws. Please look into the practice of overcharging consumers for food purchased at Gaetano's.
