Pizza Hut is Pizza Hut everywhere, that's a beautiful thing! When you order you know what you're getting! Service was as expected and the pizza was the same! Wish the wing prices would come down but they are high everywhere I guess. Ambiance was clean nice quiet setting! Bring back the salad bar please!!!! read more

Ok....I love Pizza Hut pizza. I'm a deep pan lover when I get from here. This review is for carry-out and delivery only. Carry-out is great. Friendly service. Ready when we get there. Pizza is hot, and cooked desirably. They lost a star for delivery. We no longer do this as we have waited up to 2+ hours in the past and to the point we have had to cancel due to waiting too long. Their loss, we were good tippers. Also when a customer specifies something....they mean it. Light sauce means....light sauce. It's not that complicated. My advice: order online with a coupon and pick up in drive-thru. read more

I know it's a chain restaurant but Pizza Hut failed on service, price and taste tonight. My family which is 3 of us came in. What restaurant doesn't have prices on the menu l, so I ask and I was told prices fluctuate but if we mix and match it would be cheaper like the $7 of two or more deal or they could add coupons. I shrug it off thinking okay maybe being nice however the server forgot our breadsticks after waiting about 15 to 20 minutes until my daughter who is a toddler getting upset said something to the lady when she filled our drink. Literally 5 minutes later our medium pizza came out. Think I ate about 2 slices because of how greasy it was. Upon receiving the bill I thought the server comp the breadsticks, nope she forgot to add it to the bill. Totally not worth the ridiculous price of close to $43, (guess those discounts didn't really exist.) While I was paying my child had to use the bathroom and my spouse said that the bathroom was poorly lit to where it was completely dark. I haven't been to this location since it went under I thought was new ownership. I'll cross this Pizza Hut - Valparaiso off the list to come back to. Lesson learned read more

Terrible. Ordered a personal pan pizza here and a dinner box New Years Day. Had to wait 20 minutes after my designated pick up time. After an employee saw me sitting there waiting, she asked what Im waiting for and said that my order has been done for a bit. I come home and have to warm up my oven to put the pizzas into since they are all cold. Poor ingredients and doughy crust. When you think Pizza Hut, you think early 90s Book It and when this restaurant was the king of pizzas. Those days have gone the way of the Dodo. Avoid this place and their pizza. Terrible service and pizzas. I reached out to corporate twice to complain and have yet to receive a response. Go to Gelsosomos across the street or Tomato Bar 1/8 mile down the road instead. read more

I've been here lotsa times when I'm in the area. It's clean and nice. The lunchtime buffet is super duper! The service is good and the gals there are friendly. The food is yummy too! Tip: If you join their email list, you get lotsa good coupons that will save you some money! read more

Terrible pizza hut restaurant. We have given them a chance a few times and have always been disappointed. The service is horrible. We always have to wait over fifteen minutes to just get our salad. Many times the pizza is under-cooked and the crust is chewy. The staff is constantly changing and they never seem to have enough trained people to help you. Last 3 times we ordered carry out. All 3 times the pizza had almost no cheese even tough I ordered them with extra cheese. This last time, we ordered the special and was told on the phone it would be 16 bucks. When we pulled up to the window, we were told it was $19.60. So I asked the girl what the deal with the price difference is and she said "oh, that's tax" I said tax on 16 bucks is not 3.60, and the man who took my order said it was $16 total, including tax. She then proceeded to tell me it was more because of the Cheese. Seriously.?? I did not know the state of Indiana had a special "Cheese tax bracket". She was rude and once again, my pizza had little to no cheese on it. With the advent of their online ordering site, I have given them another chance.... like I am the "Lord of the pizza's" or something... "second chance", sounds so arrogant but hey man, itsa my Pizza Pie, I take it seriously! The last 2 or 3 times, cheese has been - o - plenty, price has not changed when we arrive at the window and when they get it right, man is it goooood! read more

Ordered the two topping pizza with extra cheese. The dough tasted under cooked and it did not appear to have extra cheese. Maybe I could have accepted the lesser amount of cheese than I ordered but under cook dough yuck! I called in a delivery order, requesting it arrive at a specific time. The nice girl on the phone said that wouldn't be a problem. ( we were on our way back from ohare after a very long flight, figured pizza arriving shortly after we got home would be perfect) .....---the expected time of delivery passed, but we figured we've give the delivery guy a 15-20min window. We soon realized we lived in a new neighborhood and maybe our delivery guy was lost. So 30min past the originally discussed delivery time, -I called, ( same girl answered) she said "he will be there in awhile" I'll never get delivery from this place again. It's going on an hour past the requested delivery time and almost 2.5hours past the time I originally called and placed the order. What ticks me off is they didn't even call us to tell us it was going to be so late!- their loss! I tip my pizza guys $12 every time they deliver. I would've just picked it up read more

3/11/19. Got there doors will still locked at 11:15. Order came pizza opposite of what I ordered. Ticket said11:18. Sat there till 12 and still no pizza. Asked waitress. OH????? she had totally forgotten!!!~. Seriously I guess she thought I was sitting there for 45 minutes for the fun of it. OMG! Brain dead. She went to the kitchen and they had not even made it. This was terrible. The service was crappy, our waitress had no motivation. She know that we didn't get any crust flavor like we asked and didn't do anything about it. I came with my family of 6 (4 children, me and my wife) we ordered ahead and had a large stuffed crust pepperoni and a large pan half sausage half cheese as well as an order of bread sticks. There was only one other table so it was quiet and we were swayed promptly. The food came quickly and was freshly made. The pan pizza was made nicely and was prepared well, and comes evenly. The stuffed crust was not nearly as well made. The center was burnt and tough to chew, the toppings were up the crust and seemed to have not been placed with care. The crust was good though, i found it odd given how the center was not cooked correctly. All in all is a typical pizza Hut experience and nothing exceptional and nothing too terrible. This place is freezing so wear a jacket. DO NOT get bacon on your pizza unless you would like chunks of fat that the staff will not re cook, seriously tasted like raw bacon. I'm usually a person who loves all types of bacon but this is an exception. The staff does not care about the bacon issue and all our waitress said was "we get that a lot" obviously if you get that a lot, that means it's a problem to be fixed. The service took forever, my family waited 30 mins to get the check and our waitress was no where to be found. Our waitress was not very friendly either. Will not go back. read more
