They were just going to give me packets and refund the charge of the bottle. Unfortunately the manager didn't know how to issue a refund on the app and had me waiting after I'd received my kids food. Finally I decided to leave to get my kids food home so they could eat it while it was at least warm. I told them I'd come back to get the refund. I go back hours later and they have found a bottle. Seriously people. They did not offer to give me a refund. So now I have this giant bottle of sauce that my kids won't eat because we rarely get take out from Freddy's. This all could have been avoided if I'd have just ordered through the drive through.

When I arrived, the drive-through line was backed up, so I went inside to pick up my food... only to be told I had to go through the drive-through anyway. Very frustrating, especially since I had already paid. So, I waited. They only had one drive-through lane open, and by the time I actually got my food, 16 minutes had passed since my order went through (arriving on location and I got my order confirmation). For that kind of wait, I could have gone to a sit-down restaurant and paid about the same. I just don't understand why fast food places aren't fixing these issues...the whole point is supposed to be fast service.
