This was our first time eating here, and unfortunately, it will also be our last. The service was very slow, the staff seemed disconnected, and our order was not made correctly. The food didn't taste good, and the whole experience felt careless. We asked about MSG because my mother has a serious allergy. One of the workers went to the back but returned almost immediately, clearly without checking anything, and said, "I don't think we use it." Thankfully, before my mother placed her order, we looked up reviews online and saw several mentions of MSG. She decided not to order, which was probably a wise choice. [UPDATE] ... my dad is not as highly allergic to MSG, but he got hit last night. So they must really use a lot of MSG in their food. Flew here from New York and we were HUNGRY! And Mazzio's hit the spot. Fairly large dining area with a salad bar and a nice sized parking lot. Order at the counter and they bring your food to the table, quickly. Salads were fine and the pizza, which was just okay, came quick and fresh and hot. Buffet's alright, just not as good as you'd hope. I've been once and might swing by again someday, but my wife's not a fan.

We came in while it was slow and ordered some pepperollis and cinnamon sticks. They were the best I've ever had from any mazzios location. The restaurant seemed very clean and well taken care of. Great salad bar. They were busy and had a hard time keeping up on pizza selections on the buffet. It made it helpful when they announced what pizza was headed to the buffet. Trash food. Send emails out saying the pizza has left 15min before it's actually left. It comes cold and they don't care. If you're going to work for a company, take some pride in it. read more

I'm not sure why the rating is so low. I mean we are talking about a chain pizza place?? Their pizza may not be the best out there but it is always hot and done right. I have two teen boys that love it and we go in about once a month. Service is ALWAYS great, and orders come out timely. I am not the hugest Mazzio's fan (I mean I'm 6'1" and weigh about 175), but I love their lunch buffet! It's all you can eat pizza, and it's pretty dang good!! Plus, their dessert pizza's rock my world!! Thebuffet isn't too expensive, especially for how much I end up eating. Also, at the Stillwater Mazzio's you can buy a cup that you can refill for free every time! I love that not having tow worry about paying for a drink every time I go there, plus I get a cool cup!! As a visually impaired/blind person, I just have to share what a pleasant experience I had at Mazzio's today with Kyle. Kyle did an exemplary job at assisting someone who is VI. I first approached the order counter but went to the wrong spot when was asked "can I take your order?" Kyle proceeded to let me know to come the other side of the bump out. Most people would just say "over here" which tells me nothing. Then I ordered and paid with my card and as he was handing my card back, he stated he was handing my card back where most people would just stand there, get impatient and just say "here". THEN he went even more above and beyond and came out from behind the register to assist me in finding a table as well as asking if I would like assistance getting my food on the buffet. Now THAT's customer service to a VIP. Thank you, Kyle! I hope others in food service will take note and be able to offer this service to other blind people who come to their businesses!! read more

I would give them zero stars but that isn't an option. If you look at their review you will see that there is more one stars than any others, I don't suggest that you order or eat at this place. In my order, I ordered boneless wings, and I ordered and paid for a couple of sauces and didn't received them, I also ordered the fries and they were cold and no ketchup,and I didn't get a fork or napkins and when I called in they stated "we didn't have instructions to bring those" I paid enough money for the food you would think that they would think about how someone might eat the food. I get that it is a pizza place and most eat that by picking up a slice of pizza. But if you are going to provide other items you should think about it. And instead of giving my money back on the sauces I paid for they wanted to give me a credit, a credit really I'm not going back to this place. I do believe that is what they count on. Would really love if they had chicken on the salad bar though....also would enjoy it more if the onions were chopped!!! But other than that so so good! Love this place, love the salad bar. We had been here for lunch buffet on a weekday. The main course had just 1 veg pizza, so the restaurant staff were kind enough to get another full veg pizza just for ourselves. However,we were the only ones in restaurant having lunch at that time and they did not even ask us if we had finished our lunch and took off the spread and we came back without having desserts :-( . Made an online order this evening and simply stated, it never arrived. I paid over the internet and feel like an idiot for not just ponying up the cash. Upon calling their call center had closed, hopefully they will at the least give me a refund considering that i am not eating tonight. I like Mazzios, but I would never trust their online services again with a stunt like this. If they make amends I will definitely update this. Disgusting. Save your money and drive down to the gas station and buy a better quality frozen pizza for 7 bucks less. Well worth the hassle!

My wife and I stopped at Mazio's in Stillwater on Apr 30, 2011 for dinner. She ordered Spaghetti and I ordered chicken parmigan. We waited and waited and I finally saw our meals and several others setting on the ready shelf. When I asked about it they grudgingly handed me both meals even though they were suppose to deliver it to the table. The spaghetti was warm enough for my wife but my chicken parmigan was cold. The pasta was ice cold, the sauce was luke warm and the chicken was almost hot. When I took it back and complained, they heated the meal up ( microwaved it) and never apologized for the poor service. This has happened at the Mazio's in Moore, Ok. also. The store was not busy but it seemed the crew was more interested in catering to the drive-thrue patrons than the indoor customers. The food is good but the indoor table service is terrible. read more
