very good experience I came and it had very good food 5 stars for the people for being nice

Placed an online order today, not sure where the manager is, however when I arrived the short girl was very rude acting like I wasn't going to pay as I show her and tell her I'm paying with a card she then sat there asking cash or card 4xs. After getting done paying she was begging for a tip and mad about me not leaving one. Lobby was very dirty, after finally getting my order the girl with the pink glasses decides to yell as loud as possible Thank you in a sarcastic tone assuming because of the no tip. read more

The pizza was about as you would expect. Pretty good. They took a long time getting it ready and they did not cut our bread sticks. The biggest reason for three stars is that the dining room was a mess. There weren't any people there, so someone wasn't taking care of the cleaning. Trash on the floor. read more

So I got my order from pizza hut and I was disappointed. Yall forgot the dust on top of my pasta and it doesn't even taste the same without it! Very sad ! read more

this place was filthy. seems it's never been cleaned at all. tables, floors, the kitchen is in the open so you can see how poorly it's maintained. girls weren't using gloves. the bathrooms were unused useable due to the disgusting smells and how unsanitary it was. read more

Bad service, pizza dough was raw the cheese was salty , the food tasted undercooked understandable that outside drinks aren't allowed , but i believe a blondish worker locked one of the doors that my family was using to go out of we found that quite rude . read more

The boneless wings brought to us came to us bubbly and raw! We cut it and it was very pink inside! They did give us a credit not one on!

Not a lot of dinning options is this city. You can't go wrong with pizza! I placed the order on the app and it was ready in 15mins. Mind you it was the evening of 4th of July and it wasn't too busy. Pizza and boneless wings were hot and delicious. They have spacious sitting area inside. Reminds me of an old school pizza parlor. read more

Not impressed. Service not that good. Pizza was okay. Ordered the traditional wings. They were dry and overcooked. Barely any sauce on them. And, the A/C is out. Overall, I will not be going back until they make improvements. read more

We just had such a nice experience I have to write a review! This Pizza Hut was a little dated but very clean and well-maintained. I noticed that the Parmesan & chili shakers were very clean, rest rooms too. I thought Jay was the owner because he was so personable and pleasant, with a warm, ready smile and conversationally answered queries. The additional staff of 2 ladies were very friendly too. The pizza arrived piping hot and golden brown, and Pizza Hut-delicious! We're a motor home pulling a Jeep and the parking lot was perfect for pulling through, with 3 diesel fuel stations within a block. Thank you Jay & company for a very pleasant lunch! read more

The food was hot and fresh. It was ready for curbside pickup up soon after I arrived. The guy that brought it out was nice. I don't see why they have such low star ratings. I would recommend this location. Five Stars!! read more

I don't order much from here BUT when I do I like to get their big box meal. Normally I get the 2 medium pizzas, wings, & cheese sticks for about $25. It's a great amount for the family! It was de-lish! My only complaint was that the cheese sticks weren't that cheesy. Otherwise this meal is a good deal! read more

Stopped in for a quick lunch. There was only one woman there and she was working her tail off. She still had time to be friendly and the pizza was pretty darn good. We went back the next day and she was still all alone but she served us another great pizza. She deserves many kudos for doing a great job. read more

After a long day of travel, i called in to order and the woman who answered was professional and very detail-oriented on the phone. When I arrived for curbside pick up the location was unassuming, but the staff was friendly helpful and there was less of a wait than expected. pizza was done very well and just what I needed out of a late night dinner! read more

Good place to eat. Didn't have salad but it looked fresh. Pleasant staff. I only order thin and crispy pizza's. That got it right.

To the short hair blonde lady that was working on 12/22/19. Keep your comments to yourself! Who cares if people are coming in all at once. They could have take their business elsewhere. And it was like y'all were busy. Everyone else was professional. Well, except the big dude drinking his soda at the front. Big boy, why don't you take your break out back. read more

Update: I contacted the corporate office and they are sending out a coupon for two free large pizzas. Now I can get my MIL to try it again, hopefully. I love Pizza Hut in general, that was just a really bad experience. This was the worst visit to Pizza Hut I have ever had for several reasons: 1. The cashier was SO rude to customers AND employees. 2. The breadsticks were burned beyond being able to eat. (Did not see until we got back to our hotel and since it was snowing I was not going to go back out in the snow). I took a photo but it won't let me attach it. 3. We ordered two pizzas - one of them was a veggie and they put sausage on it 4. After waiting 45 minutes for food, I was not going to re-order and wait another 45 minutes because our order was wrong. 5. The salad bar was a DISASTER. 6. All the empty tables in the dining room were dirty. This was the worst $20 I spent in a long time--very disappointed in my experience. My mother-in-law said she will not go back to Pizza Hut now because it was so bad. read more

Customer serves sucks walked in employees sitting around didn't even bother to great me. I asked if they had any specials and pointed sign I said well can I have a menu and they remained seating so I just grabbed my own. So frustrated I found a seat and just went to the website to order. I asked about a deal online employee reply I don't know and told me to ask the manager that was on her phone. I then proceeded to ask her question about deals and expressing how unprofessional the employees were while doing that they walked to the both giving me a ugly look. I know understand why I was the only customer in there. One my food was done the dropped it at the table I was siting with not even saying one to me. I proceeded to check my order and saw the sauce to my breadsticks were missing the manager ran the sauce to me and took a drink from her cup and walked away. Their was a gentleman that cooked my pizzas and he was very polite he even asked what I was planing on order so he could start it bc he heard me having problems with the website so to him I give to the rest of the staff-3 stars read more

Pizza Hut - Pizza Near Me - Sonora, Texas

It's chain food, don't expect much. Salad bar seems it has been frozen and put back out, not very appetizing. Hit and miss if the place has been cleaned. For as many people that work here it seems 75% stay in the kitchen and the rest are left to wait, clean, and stock the salad bar. Tables don't get bussed very fast and used plates and trash pile up around you. Eat at your own risk. read more

Drove over 50 miles to eat here. COVID has the ones closer to me carry out/delivery only. I wanted to eat inside - so drove. They did NOT disappoint me. The food was great fast fresh and delicious!! No salad bar but I was there for pizza so no problem. My only dis is that they came to the table in To go boxes but hey it kept my pizza warmer so it all worked out! read more

First off, we should've walked out when we noticed how dirty the place was. The table and menus were disgustingly oily. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and I wanted to ADD pineapple to half of the pizza. Sounds simple? Nope. I got half pepperoni and half pineapple. I didn't say anything. After the first bite I could tell the pizza dough was NOT done. It was sticky and chewy. Not good at all. Will not stop there again. read more

We called ahead and still sat waiting for our carry out pizza for 47 minutes and counting ...... Very kaotic atmosphere and very unprofessional! read more

Not until we had the pizza here, did we realize pizza could be messed up so badly. It was overcook and all toppings were dry and burnt.

Frankly, after visiting the restroom I was afraid to eat here. I won't be back. I have pictures but they are too grody to post.

Most unprofessional Pizza Hut we've ever been to. We are traveling back to Florida decided to eat here, didn't realize that was a bad choice. Walked through the door, no greetings just lazy "workers" leaning up against walls, on their phones, had to ask if we seat ourselves. Ordered the salad bar and everything looked old and withered no time clock on salad bar to let us know how old the food was. Then witnessed two employees eat food and not wash their hands then take our pizza out of the oven and touch it with their uncleaned hands. Tables were dirty in the dinning area and all employees looked like they didn't give a shit to be here. Worst experience in a Pizza Hut by far. read more

Almost all the tables were stacked with dirty dishes when we entered for lunch, but only 3 of them had guests. Maybe two two seaters were open. The server asked us to have a seat anywhere we liked. When I told him that all of the tables big enough for our party of three were dirty, he said he was the only one working. He finally cleaned a booth for us after we stood near the table looking confused for a while. We would have left, but we were traveling and not sure how far to the next exit/restaurant. In all fairness this was during the lunch rush and it was pointed out that they were low on staff. The pizza was not good. The veggies on the pizza other than the peppers did not appear to be fresh and were bland. I am a vegetarian and a little picky about my veggies. However, my hubby who is not vegetarian said the crust was spungy and the pizza was bland. My preteen liked it. read more

Bad service and tables were left unclean. Also ordering for a pickup took 20 minutes! Would rather pick up food anywhere else in town if I'm gonna have to wait that long. read more

I don't know why we keep going back, maybe thinking the only pizza place in this small town can get the job done !! Nope a major fail again .... Pizza was tough, had no flavor (tasted like the box ) , stingy on the toppings & some of the wings were very small !! It's so sad that people just can't put a little effort into making a pizza ... A PIZZA !!! I do believe we won't be going back , back to frozen store pizza OR when I can talk my husband into it making his delicious pizza !! read more

I love Pizza Hut... but not this one! First off they don't have a direct phone number!!! Should have bought a pizza at the grocery store and warmed it up! something is always wrong with my order... today it was they forgot the breadsticks and to cut my pizza. I had to cut 4 slices myself with a knife! When I called the phone number I got this guy based out of San Antonio that said I would get a call from the manager... who never called so we just had to go back to Pizza Hut... if it wasn't for this being the only pizza joint in TOWN... they would be shut down quick! read more

Only ordered wings for take out and they were pretty good. But, the restaurant needs to be refurbished.

We had a group of students with us and they charged us $20 as a clean up fee. We bussed our own tables and still got charged

Norma is such a delight at this restaurant. She is very unfriendly and the staff seem to fear her. Asked for parmesan packets and pepper and have always received these with no problem. Now that Norma is there, poor guy looks over shoulder with half smile that says we have to charge for these. He said if you want to use Parmesan or red pepper on table it's free but the containers to put them in are 25 cents a piece. Glad I am moving away from these place!!! read more

My wife and I are on a 25-day road trip and we were staying next door at the Comfort Inn. We went on the web page to check the menu for the restaurants in town and discovered Pizza Hut was right next door and offered pizza and beer. That was exactly what we desired after the long drive from El Paso. We entered the establishment and was "blown away" by the rancid smell of the place. We subsequently determined that the smell could be coming from the filthy carpet. After finding a place to sit with no assistance, we then awaited service. Shortly a young man came by to take our order. I asked what kind of beer they had. I was informed that they had no beer license. I asked why it was on the menu in the restaurant and on their web page. He stated that was "corporate's fault." We ordered water for each of us and a medium thin crust supreme pizza. It arrived, we ate as much as we could before being driven out of the restaurant by the noise of the several birthday parties taking place and the rancid smell of the place. It has been years since we have eaten in a Pizza Hut. Based on this experience, it will be MANY MORE YEARS BEFORE WE TRY AGAIN. read more

Decent buffet. salad bar was fresh, pizza was hot. But then again, I was first one there at 11am.

It is pizza hut and is always good. Seems evert me we are here we try to get the buffet. Not here. Only sundays. Are you kidding me, not on Friday or Saturday when people go to eat while traveling. We don't even consider it a stop any more. There are other fast food places to get in and get out of in this town. read more

This place impressed me with how bad the service was. I ordered a pizza for delivery and was told it would be there in 30 minutes. 45 minutes later I called pizza-less to be informed that they didn't deliver. After telling them my story 6 times and expecting to be treated with respect I was finally connected to a manager who made things right. I had to go to pick up the pizza and I doubt I will ever order from pizza hut again after this experience. read more

It's Pizza Hut so the pizza and wings were good. But this location is TERRIBLE. The staff was all very unfriendly. They brought out each item in a 20 minute time span instead of together. There was five employees wandering around the dining room eating breadsticks and items from the salad bar. One finally started cleaning up the buffet (which was closed an hour before we arrived) and put away the condiments with her bare hands after eating and not washing her hands. Not only was it a bad dining experience, it was also a food safety nightmare. I suggest carryout and then go see your doctor immediately to make sure you didn't contract a disease. read more
