Placed an online order today, not sure where the manager is, however when I arrived the short girl was very rude acting like I wasn't going to pay as I show her and tell her I'm paying with a card she then sat there asking cash or card 4xs. After getting done paying she was begging for a tip and mad about me not leaving one. Lobby was very dirty, after finally getting my order the girl with the pink glasses decides to yell as loud as possible Thank you in a sarcastic tone assuming because of the no tip. read more

The pizza was about as you would expect. Pretty good. They took a long time getting it ready and they did not cut our bread sticks. The biggest reason for three stars is that the dining room was a mess. There weren't any people there, so someone wasn't taking care of the cleaning. Trash on the floor. read more

We just had such a nice experience I have to write a review! This Pizza Hut was a little dated but very clean and well-maintained. I noticed that the Parmesan & chili shakers were very clean, rest rooms too. I thought Jay was the owner because he was so personable and pleasant, with a warm, ready smile and conversationally answered queries. The additional staff of 2 ladies were very friendly too. The pizza arrived piping hot and golden brown, and Pizza Hut-delicious! We're a motor home pulling a Jeep and the parking lot was perfect for pulling through, with 3 diesel fuel stations within a block. Thank you Jay & company for a very pleasant lunch! read more

I don't order much from here BUT when I do I like to get their big box meal. Normally I get the 2 medium pizzas, wings, & cheese sticks for about $25. It's a great amount for the family! It was de-lish! My only complaint was that the cheese sticks weren't that cheesy. Otherwise this meal is a good deal! read more

Update: I contacted the corporate office and they are sending out a coupon for two free large pizzas. Now I can get my MIL to try it again, hopefully. I love Pizza Hut in general, that was just a really bad experience. This was the worst visit to Pizza Hut I have ever had for several reasons: 1. The cashier was SO rude to customers AND employees. 2. The breadsticks were burned beyond being able to eat. (Did not see until we got back to our hotel and since it was snowing I was not going to go back out in the snow). I took a photo but it won't let me attach it. 3. We ordered two pizzas - one of them was a veggie and they put sausage on it 4. After waiting 45 minutes for food, I was not going to re-order and wait another 45 minutes because our order was wrong. 5. The salad bar was a DISASTER. 6. All the empty tables in the dining room were dirty. This was the worst $20 I spent in a long time--very disappointed in my experience. Customer serves sucks walked in employees sitting around didn't even bother to great me. I asked if they had any specials and pointed sign I said well can I have a menu and they remained seating so I just grabbed my own. So frustrated I found a seat and just went to the website to order. I asked about a deal online employee reply I don't know and told me to ask the manager that was on her phone. I then proceeded to ask her question about deals and expressing how unprofessional the employees were while doing that they walked to the both giving me a ugly look. I know understand why I was the only customer in there. One my food was done the dropped it at the table I was siting with not even saying one to me. I proceeded to check my order and saw the sauce to my breadsticks were missing the manager ran the sauce to me and took a drink from her cup and walked away. For as many people that work here it seems 75% stay in the kitchen and the rest are left to wait, clean, and stock the salad bar. Drove over 50 miles to eat here. COVID has the ones closer to me carry out/delivery only. I wanted to eat inside - so drove. They did NOT disappoint me. The food was great fast fresh and delicious!! We ordered a pepperoni pizza and I wanted to ADD pineapple to half of the pizza. Sounds simple? Nope. I got half pepperoni and half pineapple. I didn't say anything. Walked through the door, no greetings just lazy "workers" leaning up against walls, on their phones, had to ask if we seat ourselves. Ordered the salad bar and everything looked old and withered no time clock on salad bar to let us know how old the food was. Then witnessed two employees eat food and not wash their hands then take our pizza out of the oven and touch it with their uncleaned hands. Almost all the tables were stacked with dirty dishes when we entered for lunch, but only 3 of them had guests. Maybe two two seaters were open. The server asked us to have a seat anywhere we liked. When I told him that all of the tables big enough for our party of three were dirty, he said he was the only one working. He finally cleaned a booth for us after we stood near the table looking confused for a while. We would have left, but we were traveling and not sure how far to the next exit/restaurant. In all fairness this was during the lunch rush and it was pointed out that they were low on staff. The pizza was not good. The veggies on the pizza other than the peppers did not appear to be fresh and were bland. I am a vegetarian and a little picky about my veggies. My wife and I are on a 25-day road trip and we were staying next door at the Comfort Inn. We went on the web page to check the menu for the restaurants in town and discovered Pizza Hut was right next door and offered pizza and beer. That was exactly what we desired after the long drive from El Paso. We entered the establishment and was "blown away" by the rancid smell of the place. We subsequently determined that the smell could be coming from the filthy carpet. After finding a place to sit with no assistance, we then awaited service. Shortly a young man came by to take our order. I asked what kind of beer they had. I was informed that they had no beer license. I asked why it was on the menu in the restaurant and on their web page. He stated that was "corporate's fault." We ordered water for each of us and a medium thin crust supreme pizza. It arrived, we ate as much as we could before being driven out of the restaurant by the noise of the several birthday parties taking place and the rancid smell of the place. It has been years since we have eaten in a Pizza Hut. Based on this experience, it will be MANY MORE YEARS BEFORE WE TRY AGAIN. read more

Norma is such a delight at this restaurant. She is very unfriendly and the staff seem to fear her. Asked for parmesan packets and pepper and have always received these with no problem. Now that Norma is there, poor guy looks over shoulder with half smile that says we have to charge for these. He said if you want to use Parmesan or red pepper on table it's free but the containers to put them in are 25 cents a piece. Glad I am moving away from these place!!! read more

It is pizza hut and is always good. Seems evert me we are here we try to get the buffet. Not here. Only sundays. Are you kidding me, not on Friday or Saturday when people go to eat while traveling. I ordered a pizza for delivery and was told it would be there in 30 minutes. 45 minutes later I called pizza-less to be informed that they didn't deliver. After telling them my story 6 times and expecting to be treated with respect I was finally connected to a manager who made things right. It's Pizza Hut so the pizza and wings were good. But this location is TERRIBLE. The staff was all very unfriendly. They brought out each item in a 20 minute time span instead of together. There was five employees wandering around the dining room eating breadsticks and items from the salad bar. One finally started cleaning up the buffet (which was closed an hour before we arrived) and put away the condiments with her bare hands after eating and not washing her hands.
