Pizza Hut pizza is great. I got a large veggie pizza and I was not disappointed. I used Uber ears for the deliver. My pizza arrive hot and on time. The reason they are not getting 4 stars is that I requested plates and utensils but did not get them. Since I am staying in a hotel I did not have any on hand. read more

I came in yesterday during the storm , I placed an order online . Food was already ready. The total came out to 20.13 cents but the nice manager said it's ok. Because I asked her how Much is it. I instantly called customer service and the guy said there was a glitch and the system charged it twice. IDK. Sounds like he wanted me off the phone. Worst service. Period. I made an order for 4 pizzas, received and email confirmation and text. Went on with my duties. Ah HOUR passes, I check my phone, I have a missed call and a text update about the pizzas being "made" Called the store of course, to see where the pizza was since it said it'd take "20-30 minutes" They come out with the LAMEST excuse. "Oh, we called you to confirm the order" first time I ever heard of that. The reason I gave them one star is because we paid so much money for the food and the chicken wings were raw as you can see. I placed the order on line and then called Pizza Hut because I wanted to see if they could do half buffalo (18)and half BBQ(18) the gentlemen who answered the phone was so nice. He told me the normally they didn't do that but that we would take care of it. The whole order was over $60 , I placed the order on 1-2-16. we picked up the food and came back home. The pizza was delicious, omg it was so good. Ugh now the wings, they where raw, you could see the pink and dried blood on them. That's discussing, people can become sick when poultry is not fully cook. I stopped ordering pizza from this Pizza Hut for a while now because of uncooked pizza and rude delivery guy from the past. So today, I would like to give it a try again. I ordered my food online, The food was submitted at 2:23pm (says on the receipt) my pizza arrived at 3pm. I thought, oh that was fast.... Little too fast but whatever. I opened the food and saw the pizza look uncooked, I picked up 1 slice of pizza and everything just fall. The cheese won't cooked!!! I called pizza but right away and told the "manager" the cheese ain't cooked. She said "how is it not cooked cause all the pizza came out of the same oven" I told her If she wants to me to take picture, sure. I'll send them to her. She said "No, give the good back when they delivery a new one for me because she wants to see it" I said sure. So... The first pizza I got, it came to my house within 30mins, which was at 3pm, but the 2nd pizza came to my house at 5pm. So did they even cook the first pizza?!! The delivery guy came, mocked the shit out of me, told me to open the box... As soon as I open it , he looked at me again and walked away. Wtf man... Don't eat from this place. Hygiene is not a priority. I have video taken on March 12th of an employee with his left hand wrapped in an ace bandage as he prepares pizza. The counter staff will tell you why no one eats here, including​ lunch time buffet. Not very smart even for Maryland.....well Maybe. You will need to ask for a second napkin and the rest of the buffet side items but I didnt. Two and a half stars, my bum! I come to this pizza hut about once a week. I always order online, and by the time I get there, my order is always ready to go (and no mistakes, btw). The staff is always super friendly, especially Lee (who I believe is the manager and/or owner), who always put customer service first. People complain about Pizza Hut not being "real" because it comes from a chain, but they make a good product and this location is always up to the corporate standard. This is an actual phone order for pizza I made on June 13th 2015- "May I get your phone number please?" When I say no to the question the order taker insists, telling me they need it. I tell her this is a carry-out order and I'm paying cash therefore they don't need it. Nonetheless she persists and I grow irritated. I explain to her I do not give out my phone number as a matter of personal policy. She hangs up on me. I call the Pizza Hut National Headquarters and they tell me every business can mandate their own policy and many Pizza Huts DO require a phone number regardless if you walk in and pay cash. I politely tell the operator I'll never do business with Pizza Hut again. Somebody out there wants my money but apparently not the Pizza Hut in Aspen Hill. Funny way to do business. read more

I hadn't ordered pizza for a while but I had been craving for a stuff crust pizza. I placed my order at 745pm received a text it was on its way around 8pm it was 845 and no pizza. I called the store someone told me the driver had left 20 mins ago but would call him to make sure everything was ok ... I didn't get a call back, I had to call back only to find out my pizza was delivered but was given to someone else who had said they lived in my apt because the driver kept knocking and no one opened the door! All 3 of my boys were in the living room waiting for the pizza NO ONE KNOCKED! So the lady offered me a free soda and redid my pizza and delivered it! Thankful for the free soda but drivers should really make sure someone opens the door and not hand it to someone that says they live here! read more

I live on Hewitt Avenue, within walking distance of this location. I ordered a pizza, breadsticks, and a two-liter bottle of soda from this location online. It took them over an hour to deliver the items to my house, and when they arrived, the pizza and breadsticks were cold, requiring reheating, and they completely forgot the soda. When I called about the soda, the representative on the phone said that they would credit that amount towards a future order, rather than refund it back to my credit card. They can keep it, because it's clear that they stacked a bunch of delivery orders, and did mine, around the corner from their location, last. I have placed them as low on my priority list as they placed me on theirs. read more

It's Pizza Hut. I don't expect them to bake me a gourmet pizza. I know what I'm getting. The pizza is baked fine. It's ready on time. I am not wild about this Pizza Hut location. The pizza is always dry tasting, and it takes nearly 2 hours to receive my order. The pizza is usually cold by then. If I could give them a zero stars I would. The assistant manager and managers are LIARS and can not admit when their drivers are wrong. I placed a order online I waited in my front room for the delivery, when a long time passes I called the location to inquire on the delivery the assistant manager said that the driver came to the door and we said we did not order pizza so then she proceeds to put.me.on hold and her's the manager and he said the driver called cause I didnt answer the door. Ordered a thin crust pizza and one of their oversized chocolate chip cookies. Delivery time was ok but pizza arrived lukewarm and over-baked. Cookie was good but it didn't make up for the disappointing pizza. read more
