When I explained that it would be too much of a waste to drive all the way back to "try a different piece of chicken" the manager said "well I don't know what to tell you then" I heard her say stupid bitch as she hung up on me. I called back and asked for her name she said "sorry I don't feel comfortable giving out that info." I said that was fine cause I will not be returning to this store again and she said " I really don't care" I just feel like I wasted my money and that the manager did not care to try to solve any issues and was extremely rude. We eat there often because it is what my fiancée likes but I will not be back at this restaurant ever due to the way the issue was handled. At the very least she could of offered me another gallon of tea and even lied and say she was going to look into it but she did nothing but disrespect me when I was nothing but respectful and letting them know things weren't right! Being offered another gallon of SWEET TEA would of made a world of difference. But your manager should not be in the customer service business!
