I've worked at McDonald's years ago, and I've always ordered the Quarter Pounder with cheese because, unlike standard hamburgers and cheeseburgers, it is more costly to make, so they're not typically sitting in the heat bins. I waited for thirty minutes, and when it finally arrived, the fries were cold, not even warm, and the Quarter Pounder with cheese was raw. I hate sending anything back because bad things tend to happen. Still, I had to chance it because I couldn't eat the burger or fries. They were nasty, especially after waiting thirty minutes. Additionally, the restaurant wasn't that busy, but it was dirty with no clean tables. The restrooms smelled like urine. I would suggest avoiding this location. read more

Totally unorganized. Was told to pull to curbside 2. Waited for 15 minutes to get my food, only for a worker to bring out only part of the order. Asked the worker where the rest of my food was and showed her my receipt. After another 10 minutes, I received the rest of my order. Never again. Food is usually good, but I found a bone in one of my chicken nuggets when using doordash. Employees are only really there to get the money but act nice enough. Traveling with 4 kids. We stopped in and my toddler started to be a 'toddler'. A very sweet, blonde gal behind the counter came up and made him smile. A very much appreciated gesture. Went to this restaurant on 7-26-23 in the afternoon with my son to get lunch to go. We ordered our what we both wanted and step off to the side as usual. While standing there for about eight minutes, I heard one of the servers ask about our order being to the back. They repeated back what we ordered and the the server told them just making sure and you can take your time. About fifteen minutes after ordering, we finally got our food. I don't have real high expectations of fast food places, but having encountered this one on a trip to Sidney, it was pretty beyond the pale of awfulness. I decided to get food here at 12:45 am on a Saturday night because it and Waffle House across the street seemed to be the only two places open on the strip where my motel was, and I was tired and didn't want to get out of the car. The line was somewhere between 15 to 20 cars long and I spent the better part of the next 45 minutes in the line. Most of the time I had the car in park, it was moving that slowly. I have honestly seen traffic from concerts letting out move faster than this "fast food" line. I probably could have gotten Waffle House inside at a table in the same amount of time or less. When I finally reached the order kiosk, which was set to the lunch/dinner menu and also showed the All Day Breakfast (the other breakfast items were removed from the menu, I saw them on a section that was flipped away) I tried to order a Chicken McGriddle meal because the ad for the Chicken McGriddle was featured with prices on the lunch/ dinner menu right above the All Day Breakfast. So I figured they must have it available or else why put it on the sign? I got told they weren't serving Chicken McGriddles until 4 am. I have no idea what magic a 3-hour difference makes since it was already 1 am but I was forced to order a different meal, which I did in size regular because I didn't want super size food at 1 am. When I got to the window (finally), I was served a large size meal by way of apology for having to wait so long in the line. I appreciate the thought but (a) I did not want to eat extra food at that hour, I just end up throwing it away, (b) the girl apologizing to me dropped half the "large" size fries on the floor in front of me while putting the container of fries in my bag, and (c) I ordered iced tea and was given diet coke instead, which I did not discover till I got away from the window. By that point I sure wasn't going back. Avoid this place like the plague. I gave them two stars rather than one only because the girl did apologize for the wait. read more

To be honest this is probably the best McDonald's next 15 county's. It is very good the service is great and I think this place is awesome. The breakfast menu in GOAT if you don't know what goat means it mean the greatest of all time. The biscuits and gravy are the best on the menu.It is amazing what a microwave can do to be honest. So, I work in customer service and have for most of my life. As such, I am incredibly understanding and thoughtful toward those in the same line of work as I am. That's why, despite this location having a /literally/ 100% failure rate at getting my order correct, I have never written a review. And, honestly, this would have been positive, as it is the first time in the 11 months of living in the area and going there at least once weekly that they didn't screw up my order. Except they had the gall to lie to my face after I waited in line for over half an hour for my small, three item order. I politely asked the gentleman to please get me fresh fries when he finally came to deliver my food to me that had been sitting for 8-10 minutes 5 feet from me, bag open. He simply told me that the fries just came up and that it wasn't necessary. Me, being an idiot, trusted him and was met with room temperature food the moment I pulled away. I choked down my objectively foul cheeseburgers and threw the fries straight away when I stopped to get gas. Thanks, bro, I really fucking appreciate you wasting my time and money because you were too lazy to walk around the corner and grab me some fresh dinner. I work somewhat close to this location so I go here on my lunch break sometimes. Doesn't matter if I'm the only car in the drive thru, I'm waiting 20 minutes for my food. Half of the time, my food isn't prepared correctly. Whether it's something I specifically asked them to leave off of my sandwich or forgetting a part of my order. I'd say one visit out of every 5 is the service fast and the food prepared correctly. read more

This McDonald's in Sidney is unbelievably slow. It seems that you have to go inside and order off of the touch screens inside if you want something remotely quick. The staff is very rude when it comes to someone being frustrated after they have been waiting for their food for 20+ minutes. Don't recommend coming to this establishment. read more

Decided to go there for breakfast this morning what a mistake went through the drive-through 23 minutes in the drive-through and still had to pull forward to wait on my food.
