The food has been rushed and half slopped on. Always out of something whether it be chicken, queso, and or chips. I love going here, it's a staple cheat day and I'm there OFTEN. I usually don't make a fuss and chalk it to business is just slamming. In this case tonight, it just seemed as though the employees didn't care, there was not even a relatively good attitude. I get having bad days, but it's been the past few times I've been there. I'm not sure if the owners are the same for Piqua, but there needs to be some reevaluation going on. Take the $45 you were going to spend at the Sidney, Ohio, Chipotle today and toss it in your garbage disposal. That's where ours went. Meat? Burnt Rice? Undercooked Burrito? Nope. Despite the order saying burrito, got a bowl filled with cold burnt gristle. As if that wasn't bad enough, I gave them a tip in the app and they didn't get a single item correct. And before you ask, Yes. It was our order. Each item had our names on them. Also. This isn't the first time this Chipotle ruined dinner for us. It's the third. To start off the portions are always too small! I asked for double chicken and this lady looked at me and gave me the normal amount! The people are like robots who just want money! The inside is always sticky on the tables and it's disgusting in the inside! I recommend it but just order and pick your food up. read more

I ordered chips and guac as a quick snack. As I was finishing my last bite of guac, and employee asked how my food was and if that's all I ordered. I said yes and it was delicious, and he said I got you... and proceeded to bring me another side of guac. For free. Everyone knows guac is extra and he just gave it to me for free! This used to be my favorite location but the quality has really gone downhill. Today I stopped to pick up my order, it was a carb free order so I only ordered a couple items. My bowl wasn't even half full but worse, the guacamole I paid extra for was brown. I'm glad I got it as a side because it got thrown away without me eating it. If I'd JD it put on my good it would have ruined what little food I got. There are plenty of good food options in Sidney so you don't have to settle for mediocre. I'm not a fan of Hot Head but there's one a couple minutes from this Chipotle. I guess I'll have to give them a try and see if they're a better option. read more

Some reason this chipotle tastes a lil different. The meat is very salty. I don't care for it.

This location seems to always be perfect / we go here A LOT! And of course we love it. The service is better than the last time I reviewed this and the food is just as great as it was last time. Last time I went to chipotle, I got a bowl with pretty much everything and they still somehow managed to only fill it half way. Idk who decided to whip out the teaspoon to measure everything but I was devastated that I could not enjoy my customized Mexican cuisine. Didn't know how to order but by the time I got my burrito ordered he could hardly get the thing wrapped up. It was pretty good went back the day after that for another. I usually just get a simple rice and bean bowl with peppers, onions, lettuce and cheese. I got the same thing today but it just tasted like there was WAY too much seasoning on the peppers and onions. It took my breath away. This isn't the first time it's happened. It's just a hit or miss situation. Other than that, the food here is usually so fresh and tastes great. I have never gone out of my way to write a review for a fast food place before, but this location really goes above and beyond. I have a food allergy and, not only did an employee happily change his gloves, he went to use fresh containers of ingredients to ensure there was no cross-contamination of my food. The crew in general was speedy, polite, and overall did a great job - this was the cleanest Chipotle I have ever seen, both for the customer part of the restaurant, and in the kitchen. This Chipotle is a closer drive compared to the other Chipotle restaurants in Troy and Lima. The place seemed a little smaller than those, but that doesn't stop them from serving up good customer service, food choices, and a great atmosphere! read more

Excellent queso. seems to be very well stocked. unlike hot head. they are hiring by the way if anyone wants to melt some cheese for them.

I always am greeted by a friendly worker as soon as I enter the door. The service is fast even on busy days. I love that they have sofritas and options for vegans and vegetarians. They also are very helpful and accommodating when I ask for extra salsa,beans,etc. The manager is a very kind man and offered me a job there once. I have always had a great experience here and go at least twice a week. read more

The food is fresh and flavorful at all Chipotle locations. I love that they have vegan options. A meal is simple, filling and delicious. However, the BEST thing about this location in Sidney, Ohio is the outstanding hospitality of Jon Arnold the manager. After experiencing a near fatal accident on the freeway, Jon welcomed us in a friendly manner having seen the tow truck drop us off with our luggage. He offered to buy me my dinner! What a kind gesture. Since we had to wait 3 hours for our ride home, we were grateful to find ourselves in such a friendly place! read more
