To this day it is still the worst Taco Bell I've ever been too. Go to Anna location 10min away, way more food and way better quality.

AVOID. There are no words that can possibly describe how much of a $*^%show this place is- bodycam footage is what's needed. One night I waited 42 minutes for an order. (1) parking lot is like the ghetto, filthy and appears to be a hangout with questionable behavior going on (2) night store manager is disciplining her undisciplined kid who is in the store while she is supposed to be working. (3) Absolutely no concern for walk in customers- staff is just blatently rude. Had a missing item on an order and employee flat out told me it was unavailable and walked away despite that the order was paid for- no attempt to offer a substitute or a refund (4) orders often can't be fulfilled (poorly maintained equipment?) and (5) orders are often mixed up or have missing items. Better service can be had at the Anna Taco Bell at the next exit off i75. Please people: if you ever had to deal with this POS place, please call 1 (800) 822-6235 and file a complaint- seriously there is an ongoing attitude problem among these employees in this store that needs to be FIXED at the corporate level. These people need to be fired and replaced. read more

Terrible service. Waited for an hour for THREE items. Workers didn't even acknowledge customers.

What a crap hole place. Sat in a ridiculously long line to end up driving away missing 4 items. Couldn't go in the dining room because it was closed so had to go back through another ridiculously long line. Last time I ever come to this place. Perhaps if the two working the window weren't too busy flirting with each other they could actually verify people's orders. read more

Pretty common for this Taco Bell to be either having technical issues or out of certain foods

They literally are some of rudest employees ever. They always forget something from my order. This place needs to be looked in to.

They're open late, which in this neck of the woods is a rarity. Although the flip side is the foods not allways that fresh, but still good. And if you walk into the lobby half an hour before they close... they might be a little snooty and snippy with you to make you take your food to go. But overall, they're speedy at lunch and at night and the foods average. read more

This place has dementia. My nacho fries were like fresh out of the freezer, my tacos didn't have sour cream which is extremely essential and they forgot my damn cinnabon delights which is the highlight of every meal. All in all, this place hecking sucks and they don't know how to listen and pursue. read more

This is my least favorite Taco Bell I've been to. The workers are usually very nice but if it wasn't for some of them I'm not sure this place would even be open. One of the main reasons for the local dislike of this Taco Bell is that the lines are always super long and slow. Being from the area one of my friends is a manager here and he told me that they are so short staffed that sometime they only have a few people a day working when they need multiple more. He's informed me that once a manager walked out and left them all alone when he was still just a regular crew member. Please don't blame the employees for the long wait time, blame the ones that don't show up for work or the poor management. read more

I am allergic to tomatoes and told them not to put it on my food... it was all in it...2 steak burritos and a a taco salad

Every time I go to this garbage place they mess the food up, over charge, or just plain mess the order up. The place is always dirty inside and out. The hard tacos are always broke. They always take forever and are always crap. Save your money and drive to Anna. read more

so I got a power chicken bowl and got extra chicken and payed $1.37 for the extra chicken and come to find out when I got my food I got two pieces of chicken. and tried to call and they wouldn't answer went to look online to see if they were still opened and they were. they just don't want here what I got to say . read more

The lady that took my order was extremely nice to us but the experience was completely ruined when I specifically asked for no beans on my order. The first bite that I took was full of beans. extremely disappointed in the service that was given out today. read more

I wouldn't even give them one star but I had to give them something to write the review. Horrible. We walked in to no one in the lobby 4 cars max in the drive through which was low considering it's usually longer. When didn't get greeted at all, stood at the register five minutes watching them prepare other orders all the while to people standing with their backs towards us looking at us two times and still not greeting or trying to take our order. They watched me record them still nothing. I asked loudly if we was getting served and still nothing. So we turned around to leave and stated we were driving to Piqua Taco Bell got to the second set of doors then one of the girls decided to come to the register. We left and drove 15 minutes and got way better service. read more

I have to agree with Matt, this particular Taco Bell does have some issues about timely service. If you catch them on a "bad night" be prepared to wait 15 minutes for your food. Not sure where the problem lies but I suspect none of the employees care about the service they are giving. Sounds like a severe lack of management. Just waited in line for 45 minutes. When I finally got my food it was cold, and my order was incomplete. I walked inside to the lobby only to be met with an eye roll from the girl at the window. They gave me the missing item but when I got home it was all over the box and obviously poorly made. Apparently the workers knew where I work because I heard them chattering about me in the kitchen. I'm not one to complain but when I work third shift at my work and someone gets break and makes a run here my order is barley ever right I pay extra for extra items to never get then I understand it's like 2 am and people are tired but when it keeps happening every time I'll even get something different and it keeps happening. read more

I've NEVER gotten my food order right! I only go if I have 1/2 hour or more to wait in line. I only go because sometimes ya just have to have an apple empanada and hopefully they have one and get it in your bag. Good Luck! Oh, and don't expect a smile with that order either.
