This location makes saraland look bad. The customer service is beyond piss poor. I've had numerous orders made incorrectly and when I called they acted like they put me on hold and hung up twice. I go up to the location to complain and before I even make it home one of the employees calls my phone laughing saying you burned up your gas coming here for nothing. Today was a very busy day so I decided to order Pizza Hut online for dinner. The online experience was great and the pizza came before the estimated delivery time. The condition my pizza came in however was the worst I have ever received via delivery. It looks like it was literally hand tossed on to my porch. I appreciate the "no contact" delivery option during this time of COVID but would prefer my pizza to have a little more care than they received today. We placed an order for delivery a few days ago. We were told it would be a 45 minute time frame for the delivery. No problem. Around the time of the actual delivery time, when they should have been arriving, my husband got a phone call from Pizza Hut saying they only had one delivery driver and he was too busy, and we would need to come pick up our order instead because it was ready and waiting. I don't know why they didn't call us immediately after we placed our order to tell us this instead of waiting until the pizza should be at our doorstep, but okay, whatever. We get there to pick it up and they refund us for the delivery fee and ask if we want a refund on the driver tip too. (Well duh, we aren't tipping a driver who didn't drive, we came to get it.) Then after about 5 more minutes of waiting, they come back and tell us the driver got the wrong bag and he actually had our pizzas in his vehicle and we should just park and wait for the driver to get back. I am very irritated at this point because they made us drive up there to pick up a pizza from a driver who they said couldn't deliver it, and the driver had it. I told them it better not be cold. We parked and waited. 4 minutes later, the driver arrived back at Pizza Hut and the girl brought our pizzas out to us. They were still hot and fresh, tasted great too. But the kicker -- they apologized for all the inconvenience and refunded us the entire amount of the pizza ($37) without us even asking. That was more than generous of them, so I have to give credit where it was due. They seemed to be short handed, but clearly doing the best they could with what they had. read more

Greta if you want a quick bite and don't have time to cook. The stuffed crust is the best thing they have, it always tastes like they don't have enough sauce on the pizza. The staff is average. Nothing bad or good to complain or compliment. read more

I've been giving this place a "second chance" for almost three years, and they continue to have horrendous service. I'd say the odds of the pizza being accurate and on time over the years has been about 20%. I don't know if they're understaffed or lacking competence or both, but regardless, it's a horrible experience most of the time. I've even waited an hour over my carry out time I was given on one occasion. And several other times I've had to wait almost as long (30-45 mins late on avg). I never have time to write reviews, but I'm waiting in the Pizza Hut drive through right now waiting on my pizzas that are late for the millionth time, so here you go.... the only reason this place survives with this sucky service is because it's pizza and there isn't a ton of competition in this area. #Horrible read more

The pizza is awful. Always tastes over cooked. The service is just rude, have to tell the person on the phone five times what my order is, not sure if they can't here me or what but in the end they have to get the manager to help them then turn the whole thing around on me like it's my fault because I kept changing my order. For the record, I never once changed my order, the damn girl just kept getting my order wrong. Then when they say about 30 min it turns into a damn hour!! Then when my pizza finally got to me it was cold but still required me to pay full price. Last I checked I pay full price for a HOT pizza not a cold one. We've eaten in and gotten delivery with good results. Their buffet can be slow, especially if it's a busy lunch crowd. You'll see several people hanging out around the buffet waiting on pizza. They don't usually run out of the other buffet items like the salad and pasta, but the pizzas go fast around noon. It can be pricey for dinner but the pizza is good. We recently ordered delivery, it was about 40 minutes and the driver was friendly. The pizzas were cooked fresh and were just as expected. They area also running a 7.99 large with two toppings special which is nearly as cheap as Little Caesars without having to sit in line. read more

Let me start with the service, a little on the rude side, the employees seemed to be more interested in their conversation than taking our order. Ordered some carry out. (Two pizzas, the Alfredo, and the dessert cinnamon sticks) the wait was terrible. The manager did offer us drinks for the longer than average wait. We take our food back to the house and all is there and looks fresh and hot. Except the glaze for the cinnamon sticks.... The pizza was pretty tasty as usual and the Alfredo dare I say, as good as some of the major Italian restaurants in our area! And yes the cinnamon sticks were DRY without the glaze... This place was very dirty and it smelled bad in there. The girl that greeted us cleaned her nose in front of us and her nails had chipped nail polish. Ordered at 5:46. App said it would be here at 6:20 so I waited and called the store at 6:53 since it hadn't arrived yet. I was told the driver left 25 minutes before with 3 orders. I was told this is so they don't have to return to the store multiple times. I understand that to a point but seriously this feels extreme! My order didn't actually arrive to my home until 7:00 and was cold. I understand taking a couple of orders but to let me food sit in someone's car for over half an hour is gross. Pizza Hut has always been a go to for me growing up and the app makes it seriously easy; however this location is painfully slow. The honest opinion is that whether it's pickup or delivery they are always late. One time we ordered delivery and it said 45 minutes for food, an hour and half later their "driver was late and they didn't have his number". We decided we'd pick up from now on, for a pickup they said 15 minutes, 30 minutes later we walked out with our pizza. Use to love this Pizza Hut. I don't get to order here often , maybe a couple of times a year. The last time I ordered carry out from here a few months ago, I was very disappointed in my pizzas. I ordered 2 large and when I got home and opened box, most of the pizza was just sauce and bread. Had whole slices with no cheese on them. I contacted Pizza Hut company by email and received no comment back. Spent $30 on very poor quality pizza. Save your money and go to Little Ceasers for better price and quality. read more

I rate them 2stats because I ordered online a 2toppings with Italian sausage and bacon I order earlier and picked up later, went to pick up I had to wait when I got the pizza it had the wrong topping I went on and got because I had to wait until they prepared the pizza, then I was offered a drink I guess for the mess up on the pizza, I told the young lady I would take lemonade without ice guess what I got lemonade with ice I didn't say any but left . Went to Pizza Hut today for lunch buffet. The tables needed wiping off with a clean rag. The whole building needs a make over. The food was on average not bad. The booths need replacing. Maybe management needs to undercover and check things out. The parking lot could use some improvement. read more
