Ordered 2 lg pizza . Both were disappointing and pricey. 1 order was Hawaiian and the other was just sausage and mushroom. Overall both tasted mediocre as if I got it from 711 . Not a good experience. read more

Pizza Hut for the win!! We usually order dominos, because they advertise open late, however when I went over around 11 pm they were closed. Thankfully Pizza Hut was open!! The two ladies working there were killing it! They were super helpful and explained the specials. They were kind. It was super busy, however they were efficient and offered amazing customer service! I will not go back to Dominos off Cahalan & will always come to the Pizza Hut off Cottle for the amazing service! read more

I always come here to order the big dinner box when my family is craving pizza. This time, we ordered two boxes for a small gathering. The pizza is always so crisp and I love the proportion of base vs topping. Each box comes with two pizzas, one thing of wings or pasta, and breadsticks. I think it's a great deal and their food always hits the spot. Ordering was really easy and smooth. We ordered online and picked it up without a hitch. The store itself has no seating so you can't eat there. I will continue to eat here for my pizza cravings. read more

I don't really like Pizza Hut. Its pizza is made really greasy and the crust is thin. The cheese is really thick and big. I once got a stomachache eating the pizza. But pizza huts breadsticks are the best you've ever tasted. First bite:Yum!Second bite:YUM!! Third bite: YUM!! It's been awhile since we had pizza so wanted to get good pizza for our little family to enjoy. So many choices around here but my go to when I was a kid was always Pizza Hut. I suggested it and when we looked into it, created an account online, we noticed that their deals are better than the other pizza locations' deals. $13.47 for a large pizza with 3-5 toppings w/ extra sauce. Not bad at all. We placed the order online with a pick up time. When we arrived, you can have it brought out to your car or go in and pick it up. As we have not paid, he went in to pay (we were a few minutes early) and waited for about 10mins with me in the car. He went back in and it was ready for us. the pizza smelled so good. price was even better. No nonsense kind of place. We got it home and enjoyed the thicker crust pizza. Everyone had masks on in side. We noticed from the car that the person bringing out the pizza orders for the car pick ups would have his gloves on. When he returns back to the store, he would toss them. Each and every time. This is appreciated. We will be returning again. read more

WOW!!!!! I had the best service I've ever had in my life. After realizing my local Pizza Hut closed I went to the Cottle location miles away. I order in person and wow I was blow away at the energized and attentive service, I felt at home right away! Special ordered pizzas in under 15 minutes. I was genuinely just so happy with the kind service. This has become my new go to for pizza. I wish I could remember her name but thank you for the most delicious triple pepperoni pizza! And the garlic bread with extra love, I just about passed out from the deliciousness! Thank you!!!! This location is my go to from now on! Thanks Cottle location for the amazing service on Wednesday! Fast Pizza was closed for the night so I went to the old high school favorite. 1st off wow no wonder they keep closing locations, the pizza that we used to love has gone to shit. Terrible, just plain nasty! Mine showed up fast piping hot. 1 medium 5 topping. So I got pepperoni and extra cheese....wanted it to be extra cheesy. Popped the box open and looked at it and someone left that in tooooo long. Burnt to hell. Then go to take a bite and said wow that was a bite of dough, tomato paste burnt pepperoni and a few cheese sprinkles to cover the tomato paste. The overall thickness of the pizza bread sauce cheese and toppings was not even quarter of an inch Thoroughly upset for a $30 pizza that shows up looking like a torched maxi pad. Tasted like that too!!! I tried my hardest to swallow 2 slices, by the 3rd one I was getting grossed out to the point of dry heaving. If you can't make a pizza it's time to shut the doors. I've seen kids during craft time make their own pizzas and the turned out better than this disgusting frisbee!! I will be dropping off the pizza back to the store tomorrow. I want my money back and since I had to bring it back I expect a drivers tip!!!!? This Pizza Hut is located in the Osh plaza. There are no tables at this location, so its mainly for pickup or delivery. I've ordered pizzas from this location many times, and it always came out pretty good. I love how there are a lot of toppings on each slice and the crust is very tasty. The service has always been pretty good. The cashiers are friendly and nice to chat with when I'm waiting for the pizzas. I'd definitely order from here again. read more

This review is based solely on the pizza. I'm picky on my pizza so I always customize my own pizza online. I don't think my order is too complicated and luckily they always manage to get my order right. We normally order carry out because I don't want to pay extra for delivery. When we arrive, our pizza is always hot, ready, and correct!! The place is definitely not a dine-in restaurant, more like an order pickup and go. Staff is semi-friendly. Yummy pizza and a good place to satisfy my pizza cravings. read more

I'm sorry but based on everything going on right now with the pandemic and even if it wasn't the situation. We noticed the girl was putting cheese on pizza without gloves spoke to the manager. Instead of him letting her know, he continued to do what he was doing and didn't even ask her to put gloves on. read more

Love the food here. The staff is very welcoming and helped me out so much with the menu as it was the first time going to pizza hut. I got a large stuffed crust with double pepperoni, the new Detroit pizza with pepperoni, and 16 wings and they nailed all of it. I ORDERED PIZZA ON HALLOWEEN DAY, UP UNTIL NOW, 3 WEEKS LATER, THE PIZZA HASN'T ARRIVED. I placed my order online on Halloween day, it said it would arrive in about 45 minutes. We waited about 2 hours and decided to call and check the status of our order. The person who answer the phone was very rude and seems to be in a bad mood, probably a busy night for them. Anyways he said there wasn't an error and the pizza hadn't been sent yet, he said it would take another 30 minutes for us to get our order. 3 weeks have past and the pizza hasn't arrived. read more

1 Star These sneaky f***ers..... Sent a coupon that said "but 1 large pizza at regular price, get 1 medium pizza free". As far as I know, any pizza here is $10 (any size, any crust, any topping).....or something close to that. Gave the coupon to my friend because he was getting pizza from there, and they charged him $18 for a large and gave him a medium pizza buried in sauce for free. It was a pathetic trick because for $2 more she could've thrown the coupon away and just gotten 2 large pizzas! read more

I wish I could give zero stars, I have ordered from this locations many times with no problem, for sub par pizza. But tonight was ridiculous, I ordered online ( I'll attach a picture of the order) and when I went to pick it up, it wasn't ready, even after 25 minutes, and then when I took it home I realized they gave me the wrong pizza! So I called them to find a way to get this problem fixed and they told me to drive back ( it's pouring rain and super windy) and swap out the pizza and pay for the new one! I wish I never ordered this pizza in the first place! Go to round table or little Caesars same quality and probably better service read more

I wish I would have read the Yelp reviews for this specific Pizza Hut location. Unfortunately I didn't and still ordered for this location online. I only ordered pizza hut because the of their new Applewood Smoked Bacon stuffed crust. Ordered the pizza and went into the store 20 minutes later. After paying for the order the manager says "I'm sorry but we don't have the bacon stuffed crust so we made it a normal stuffed crust"! I was completely thrown back and quickly let down as I literally only wanted to try out this new crust. I was asked if I still wanted it and I said sure if it's discounted. The manager then took off a whopping $2.00 from my $19.00 pizza. Safe to say I'll stay away from this location in the rare event I get another craving for Pizza Hut. read more

I don't order pizza too often, typically not more than once a month, though usually less than that. When I do I almost always go to Pizza Hut first as it's the closest to me and I can order online and pick it up on my way home. The staff at this location seems to have a lot of turnover, so I never see the same person twice, but they always seem genial enough when I go in. They do tend to forget things, such as not asking if I want peppers and not giving me a bag when I've ordered a couple liters of soda, but that's not a big deal to me as when I ask for it they always apologize and grab the items I need. On a side note, and this isn't location specific, but Pizza Hut has gotten really expensive if you don't order one of their latest combo specials. read more

wow I have not had pizza hut in a long time like in years, so I decided to order one of their $10 dollars pizza with the stuffed crust and the super supreme. The pizza ended up $13 dollars, but a great deal. I was surprised how fast the pizza turned out in 10 minutes earlier than the pick up time. Unfortunately the stuffed crust pizza was disappointing and the cheese was cold. I should have gotton the deep dish pizza the usual. But there is always next time. read more

Terrible pizza! Just received an undercooked pizza that didn't even taste like Pizza Hut pizza. Crust wasn't crispy flaky like usual, instead it was doughy and similar to little Caesars. I've always ordered my pizza from Pizza Hut specifically this location, but tonight will be the last time. I ordered 3 pizzas for my family gathering tonight but what I received was a total garbage, pizzas were dropped and all the ingredients were shifted to one side of the box, and when I called to complain and asked for refund cause I paid $65 for the worst pizza anyone could have asked for, Emanuel the manager told me I should take the bad pizza back to the store so I can get my refunds, obviously if I could drive to the store, I could have picked up the pizzas myself and avoided the whole hassle. Anyways I was offered a new order and thank God that was delivered in a good shape. But this will definitely be the last time I am ordering my pizza from Pizza Hut, specially this location. read more

This is by far the worst pizza hut I've ever ordered from! I usually go to a pizza hut that is technically closer to my home and pick up my food but they don't deliver to me so I HAD to call this location. So I ordered 1 large pizza and 1 order of honey bbq wings. The wings looked like crap! I called to let them know that I was not satisfied with the wings order. And they told me that the only thing they could do was give me a store credit of $5. Less then the cost of what the wings are! That's ridiculous! I've noticed the demographic of each In-N-Out is different on Friday nights. I travel a lot and have been to all locations on Friday and Saturday nights and this one has had the best service. Their workers are all relatively young but probably the most hardworking out of all the locations. Usually large crowds of people but it goes by a lot quicker than expected. What I enjoyed the most about the workers here is that they actually offer to wipe down your table promptly and have someone on stand by monitoring the table status. The other locations service does not compare to this location. I ordered the classic 4x0 and had two flying Dutchman's, but I prefer to eat everything with no cheese and the quality of their ingredients are the best out of all the locations.
