Woman working the store at 11:15AM on a Thursday is extremely rude. Shows how the culture of this restaurant is. She cancelled my order that I placed for pick up and then told me the code I used from a previous mistake was invalid be cause they "didn't mess up" last time. However that code came from an online chat so they should have to honor it. I was charged for the item I paid for but was told that was refunded. I wouldn't recommend anyone go to this location. I called the Princeton location to get the district managers phone number and the girl on the phone said she's received 4 calls the past couple weeks about people complaining about this store. read more

Called to ask why doordash was delivering my order the lady on the phone was very very very rude and hung up on me out of the blue and before she hung up she said ( I am not putting up with bullshit tonight!!! ) with a very condescending tone in her voice and I was about ready to tell her, you do not treat the customer that way over the phone. This was our first time at this Pizza Hut location, and this was a carry out order. This is a really decorative Pizza Hut. It's close to the university and lots of college students near by. I ordered a personal pan pepperoni, mushroom, light sauce and well done. My husband ordered a personal pan as well. Light sauce, well done, pineapple, and bacon. He also ordered lemon pepper wings. The pizza would've been really good, but it was so much sauce. I wasn't happy at all. My husband pizza was perfect and his wings. :-( Next time, if it's not right, I will request that it's fixed correctly. read more

Visited Pizza Hut at about 2pm on Labor Day for lunch. The place was pretty empty but still took them about 5 minutes to notice us/get us seated. The ordering was easy and we paid ahead of time which was nice. The food came out pretty fast and everything tasted really good, I really couldn't pick a favorite it all was very good. If you haven't tried the pasta, you really should! The lower star rating is simply because of the service and the vibe. It felt really weird and I'd try other places before visiting again. I do really love the breadsticks though. read more

Yeah man. I am giving Pizza Hut 5 stars!!! Why?!? 1. They still offer delivery in this day and age. 2. They got it here in the time they quoted. 3. The order was correct. 4. It was hot. 5. It hit the spot. Why anybody would rate Pizza Hut any less than 4 stars is beyond me. You know you are already at a low spot in life if you are willing to settle for Pizza Hut as an adult. You are not going to a fine dining establishment... You are ordering it for the kids. And when it shows up on time and is warm it needs to be given proper recognition! Even if it shows up looking like the delivery driver was drifting on his way over... who cares?!? It still tastes good. And once again, the consumer should accept the responsibility for any delta between the transported product and the TV advertisement version when it arrives at your door. You are essentially too lazy or inebriated to go pick up your own pizza and should expect some "settling to occur" during transport. We tried to order online and it didn't work, come to find out they charged us twice for two different prices when we only had one. Then when we finally order and it goes through and gets cooked and then sent out for delivery, we're waiting and also watching the tracking and next thing we know it's saying it was delivered at 9:31pm and it didn't get here until 9:45p and then come to find out the driver is under the influence of marijuana and I don't care if people smoke it but if it's gunna fucking affect your job to deliver pizzas then don't! Wanted to update this review. The pizza is still OK. They still confuse pan with hand tossed, so check your 'zza to make sure they didn't take that extra $2 from you without delivering. Also, during a pandemic when the actual restaurant area is blocked off, the floor is still the dirtiest, most disgusting shit I've ever seen. We ordered a pizza last night right before they closed. Waiting and waiting and it never comes. I call but they are closed, no answer. So never got the pizza, never got a call and my card was charged the 38 dollars- I called back today to find out what happened, the manager Gretchen says she has to look into it and get back to me, ok... When I hear back she says they cancelled my order right after one when they closed.. ok? And that I will see the money back in a couple days. That was it, no explanation or apology or offers of anything. Terrible customer service. It seems like someone wanted to be done for the night instead of delivering one last pizza. Stopped in at 9:30 - doors were locked, 2 guys let us in that were playing pool. The bartender clearly wasn't happy we were there. I could see this being an issue one night - but happened on Sunday night and again Monday night... both at 9:30pm / one night they kicked us out 10pm - the other at 10:30... apparently they want us to go to house of pizza instead. I am absolutely impressed with how I was treated by the mangers here. They were super rude and hung up on me while trying to figure out when my pizza was going to be delivered. They had canceled my order without even telling me, they said that we did not answer the phone when they had called us but had not gotten any phone call. But instead he was super rude about why our pizza wasn't delivered but instead canceled our order without telling us but we had never would have known that if we had not called. I would definitely recommend dominos or toppers any day. read more

The pizza here is as American as it gets. Everything I ordered was cooked to perfection. The staff followed my specific instructions without fail, and the food was ready on time. Not a single mistake with my order, and the employees treated me with respect. Sometimes you see what a restaurant is really about not by what happens when everything goes right, but when it all goes wrong. And during my visit, it seemed like EVERYTHING possible went wrong. They got my original order wrong, then lost the re-order of my food so that by the time my food finally arrived it had been over an hour, Dickens-esque rag muffin children raced through one door of the restaurant and out the other, and an intoxicated woman drinking at the bar made one of the most clueless comments ever about what was on my t-shirt. By the time I left, I couldn't have been happier. The manager apologized profusely and gave me my food for free. The waiter and waitress treated like a personal friend. My pizza tasted spectacular when it finally got to me. They turned a disaster into a great experience! read more

The guy forgot to grab our drinks, which didn't get to us until about 50 minutes after we got the pizza. I will not be ordering delivery from this Pizza Hut again. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars. Went there last nights around 7pm. The fact that it was a Fri night and only 1 other table was occupied should have been my 1st clue. Ordered a glass of Chardonnay and my server looked at me like I was crazy. Then he said "we are out of all our wine", after telling us they had a "full bar". My son ordered a beer, which they had a sign hanging in the bar for. Again, clueless. He had to "go ask". After about 5 min he came back and said "we don't have that one". My son asked for a beer list, was told he'd have to walk over to the bar to see for himself what they had. Drink order placed. Took 15 min to get them. Wanted to order breadsticks for an app, then pizza. Guy told us they were very busy making pizzas for deliveries and suggested we order all at once. Foolishly, we did. Yep, the pizzas came out before the breadsticks. Meanwhile, several other tables were filled, and our server, although he walked past our table countless times, never checked on us, never refilled drinks, etc. Finished eating and sat for probably 30 min before my son went to the counter and asked that we get boxes for our leftovers, and the bill. Guy comes over with one small breadstick box. We had a few breadsticks and 1/2 of a large pizza. I asked for another box, he brings another breadstick box. No way was the pizza going to fit, asked for a small pizza box instead. He said "we don't have small pizza boxes but I can bring you another breadstick box". Really???? What do they do when someone orders a small pizza for delivery???? Ugh!!!! Unfortunately he was my cashier when I paid at the register. When 0 tip was given, he literally followed me back to our table and started clearing dishes while we were trying to get our coats on to leave. Great service. Nice restaurant for college folks. I lived in the Coborns plaza while I was an SCSU student and would frequent here.

This was my fourth time visiting this store, and probably will be my last. Two of the four visit's service was poor, with this last visit being absolutely horrible.  It started out with the waitress not knowing what was available for beverages, and then bringing the wrong beverage for one of the persons at our table.  Not including beverages, the order consisted of a deep Pan Super Supreme pizza, a Stuffed Crust Meat Lovers Pizza, and a 8-piece order of Cheese Bread as an appetizer.  I requested the appetizer arrive as quickly as possible, before the pizza's.  We were brought a Supreme Pizza, not a Super Supreme, and when I said something, the waitress did not know the difference.  At the same time the pizza arrived we were also brought a 4-Piece order of breadsticks, not an 8-piece order of cheese bread.  When I told the waitress that was the wrong appetizer, she asked me since I had not even bitten into it yet, how could I tell.  I was very confused, and did not know what she was talking about.  After several minutes of a conversation that got more and more contentious, she informed me that she was a vegan and did not know what I meant by cheese bread. Evidently she thought the breadsticks had cheese inside of them, and did not know the difference between cheese bread and breadsticks.  If you are going to bring a product out to the customer, you should know the difference between cheese bread, and breadsticks.  As time went on the waitress got more and more belligerent, and actually followed me around the restaurant making sarcastic comments, as I went from the table up to the counter to try and speak with a manager.  During one of the conversations with an assistant  manager the waitress approached me and made sarcastic comments, forcing the manager to tell her to walk away.  She ignored him, and kept interupting.  The assistant manager ended up making the correct pizza, with a 4-Piece order of cheese bread, and placing them in boxes to go.  He did offer me a $15 discount off of a bill that was just over $50.00.  But I would have preferred to get the correct order, without the side of sarcasm from a person who should not be serving customers with that attitude. read more
