New to the area and hadn't unpacked yet. So takeout was in order. I chose Jet's on a whim. I tried the large Detroit style pepperoni pizza. It was awesome! It was the perfect mix of crunch and crisp with gooey cheese. It really reminds me of Pizza Hut pan pizza from the 80's and early 90's when it was still good! (Anyone remember cashing in their Book-It form for a free personal pizza??). I thought the portions of the large were a good size. I made it into 3 separate meals for myself and ate it over a day and a half. Still good microwaved too. Delivery was VERY fast! I'll be back! read more

When we received our order by delivery, the order was wrong. The delivery person called 3xs and text once to get a tip after paying a high delivery fee and not being reimbursed for incorrect order. My husband will be calling to speak to manager tomorrow as when he called today, nothing was done. Absolutely unacceptable business practice. This was/is harassment. After trying their pizza, I'm happy to say that, "Yes, we need Jet's in this town." This isn't another chain that offers flavorless, cardboard-like tasting pizza. Jet's uses real ingredients to make a pie unlike most you'll find in this town. What makes them different? Their sauce, as noted by other reviewers, is a bit heftier - more like a puree, with a lot of flavor. They don't skimp on the cheese. And, they offer slices any day, anytime. For someone who wants pizza, but doesn't want an entire pizza, this is a great feature not found at most places. They also offer the opportunity to flavorize your crust with a variety of options. I highly recommend the "turbo" crust - which has a mixture of butter, garlic and romano cheese. You can't go wrong with this. I've also found the staff helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Wings are bomb, pizza is stellar and they have a great selection of sides that leave me staring at the menu for a good bit before I have to come back to planet earth and make a decision before the joint closes up shop for the evening. This chain is one of my favorite pizza places. Based out of the Detroit metro area of Michigan, they specialize in pizza types not normally found in this state. Their primary type of pizza is the square pan style with a rich crispy bottom of the crust, golden brown cheese baked onto the edges and your choice of various crust flavorings such as their signature "turbo crust" which is butter, garlic and romano cheese. The sauce is also something a bit different then you might be used to in Minnesota, it is more of a course puree rather then a smooth consistency. It is also on the sweeter and more acidic side, The sauce is the one area where I do have to offer some criticism though as they use a ton of it on their pizzas and calzones, which they call Jet Boats. If you are like me and are not a fan of tons of sauce make sure you request light on the sauce. read more

This is a pizza chain that should be in a lot more places! I travel a lot and anytime I am in an area with a Jet's, that's one of my first stops! This particular one has friendly staff and quick service! The Detroit Deep Dish 4 corner is easily dinner for 2. It is the proper ratio of chewy and crunchy. Absolute disaster, placed order. Given a 45-1hour estimate. After 1.5 hours later I call to get update and was told it was out for delivery. At the 2 hour I call back and the "manager" told me to relax that they were busy and couldn't roll back time then told me my pizza was already out for delivery without knowing who I was. At this point I have given up and now getting tacos. 20 minutes later I get a call from a delivery driver telling me that they couldn't find room because she was at the wrong hotel. So far this has been the best pizza I have found in St. Cloud since moving here in October. I have had two pies from Jet's and also went in for a slice the other day. This is Detroit-style pizza, which I just discovered earlier this year when I went to Detroit. It is similar to Sicilian-style, but they crisp up the top and carmelize the cheese and toppings more than your traditional Sicilian. The quality has been consistent and, unless I find something better, this will be my go-to pizza while I am living here. The only reason I don't give this five stars is because I am from NY and am still really longing for NY-style pizza, which I have yet to find here. read more

Awesome pizza! We got into our hotel late that evening and were hungry. We had already had pizza for lunch that day but with it being 10:40 pm, Jet's was really the only place open (and only for 20 more minutes). We read the reviews on Yelp and decided to give it a shot and to order the "turbo" crust. Yuuummmm! Do yourself a favor and do this also, it was some of the best pizza crust I've ever had! We are from Albuquerque and there are not many places that offer deep dish so this was a delight, indeed! The small fed me and my husband with no leftovers and both of us sufficiently full. Boring, generic pizza. Pretty much the same that is available from a dozen or more other chain outlets. It tastes fine but has no character. It's as exotic as Doritos. Janie was extremely helpful in assisting me in getting just the right amount ordered and they were great in working with me to have it delivered just when the game was over so our kids had great piping hot pizza for their drive back to the twin cities. Best pizza I've found in St. Cloud. Love the 8 corner pizza, we usually do the All Meaty. Perfect combination of crunch and melty and loaded with topping and the Turbo crust is excellent. The non-pizza options are good too, like their salads (I like the antipasto) and the chicken parm deli boat was very good as well. Delivery is usually pretty quick too, although I wish they were opened later. They are slightly more expensive than other nearby pizza delivery places, but it is worth the quality. read more

We came into town for a couple of days and tried a few different places for good. When we were in the mood for good ol pizza we decided to give Jet's a try. I am glad we did. We had the thin crust all meaty pizza and it was great! We also had hot wings and cheese bread and everything was very very good. The side dipping sauce was actually a really good amount, not the three dips and you're out size. The person on the phone was very helpful describing the different choices and the delivery guy was super friendly as well. We have a joke in our house that it's called "Jets" because that's what it will do out of you the next morning. Don't get me wrong, the pizza is delicious, but we have paid dearly for it every time. I'm not implying that there is a food safety issue (everything seemed fully cooked and the taste/smell was fine) but clearly there is some issue between their ingredients and our digestive tracts. This has happened with multiple people so I know it isn't just a personal food sensitivity.
