I felt forced to leave a tip by the trainer although I had already made my transaction online, but the young man he was training was very nice, eager to learn and respectful so I hope he was the one who received the tip. I went in to pick up my order on a Friday, the parking lot was full of customers (possibly employees) outside smoking weed. The lady in front of me picking up her order was waiting because her order was wrong. When I got to the counter, the young lady seemed tired and ready to go home, which I do not blame her. She gave me my order which was cold as hell and missing my wings. I stood there waiting for about 5 mins when a DoorDash delivery driver came in rolling a blunt. Still no one addressed this man which is CRAZY! Finally the young lady at the front asked me "was I missing anything" after 11mins of waiting . Ordered our pizza through the App. When the driver gets to the door, the first words out of her mouth was "we don't deliver to your address but we did it this time." No hello, no how are you today, no thank you for being our customer instead of choosing the many other pizza shops that are around. As a past delivery driver myself, I understand there are certain places you do not deliver to and the system is designed to turn off certain address to prevent them from ordering. I felt so disrespected by the driver but still tipped her for her time and thanked her without receiving a thank you or anything. Doesn't get any worse than this. Ordered thru Uber Eats, a medium pizza, ranch and boneless wings. Order comes to $38.10. Driver shows up with medium pizza, no wings and no ranch. I ask where the rest is, he says this was all that was on the order. Says not his fault, call Pizza Hut. I call them and the lady answering the phone just laughs. Asks if this is come kind of joke. Used to be my favorite place for pizza. Ordered from them last night online. After 2 1/2 hours of waiting I called to find out where my order was. The guy told me that they rerouted to a different store and it would be about another hour. I decided that I'd go pick it up. However when I got there I was told that they didn't deliver to my address and they never even made my order. Apparently someone was supposed to call and inform us of that but never did. Needed a place that delivered near the airport late on a Sunday night. At 1055PM, this place closes at 1100PM and still made a trip to deliver hot, delicious pizza to some hungry people. This is one of the worst places to get pizza. The last time we ordered delivery it came somewhere between 40 to 50 minutes after the estimated arrival. In addition to being very late it was not cold but pretty damn close. We tried pick up. I arrived at the location at the estimated time it took to prepare. I saw the pizza on the screen that I had ordered was ready to go. But there was one person in front of me who was waiting for her pizza. so I waited for her to get her pizza which she never got. After waiting about 15 minutes never being asked by anyone about my pizza I left and went to Kentucky fried chicken where I got my food within minutes. Where do I start. We ordered a large pizza with pepperoni and peppers and garlic crust, boneless garlic parmesan wings and a brownie. The pizza was dry, hardly any sauce, and was cold. The wings were cold and half of the wings had sauce and the brownie wasn't done. Called back and was offered a reorder and hour eta which was fine. I ordered pizza as a surprise for my class to be delivered at lunch time. That was 25 minutes ago and still have not gotten the pizza. Lunch time is over and my students did not get lunch. When I called the first time I was told that the pizza was on the way. 10 minutes laters I called againand was told it was just leaving, meaing I was lied to the first time. Needless to say I AM NOT HAPPY and I have a bunch of hungry students...and a $10 discount on my order is certainly not good enough since I have a class full of disappointed (and hungry) students. Nathan, the new Store Manager at this location, went above and beyond to provide customer service - far beyond reasonable expectation. We placed an order that was cancelled without notice due to staffing issues, over an hour after we placed the order. Nathan personally went to the store and made our order, and drove it himself to our home on his day off when his help bailed on the store. He insistently paid for our meal and even offered us a discount for a future visit. By far our best PH experience ever despite the initial issue, PLEASE give this man a raise. He genuinely cares about customers and was adamant in seeing that we had a positive experience all while promoting the PH brand and values both verbally and through his actions. DONT judge this place for their past management or a lack thereof. This guy is enthusiastic about turning around this location and will surely impress you. read more

My pizza was delivered over an hour after the estimated delivery time. The food was cold and we were missing an extra dipping sauce. When I called, they said they had a list of families they were remaking orders for which I could come pick up, but I could not leave because my child was sleeping. Then when offered delivery, I asked how long I would have to wait and the manager said he did not know. I have ordered from here a few times and the last 4 times, they have not delivered part of the order and are normally about 30 minutes later than the estimated delivery time. This is the WORST pizza hut ever! I just waited 40mins for 1 carryout pizza. I walked in, ordered a 1-topping large pizza, they were out of almost everything a customer could want.. She says they ran out of the large crust and they make me 2 medium to equal a large. She asked for the manager and number to corporate and the manager who never came out front, instead chose to yell from the back that she didnt have the "entire number to corporate" REALLY??? How are you sold out of the main pizza that is being advertised on TV constantly?! I waited two hours for a pizza I didn't even want!
