Pizza Hut - Me happy at Pizza Hut - Pizza Near Me - Quakertown, Pennsylvania

Ordered pizza here. The delivery guy ALWAYS just puts the pizza on the step. This girl literally rang our doorbell 10 times. I yelled it's ok you can just leave it. Ignored. Even went back to her car with it a few times. Leave the pizza We see you on camera. Makes me think twice after seeing her up close too whether we order again. Wow. Dirty. Pizza not so good. Really skimpy toppings and we ordered a pan pizza and got regular hand tossed. Why is this? Is it more difficult to make a pan pizza? You don't have that many customers so why so stingy with the toppings. Literally 4 pieces of pepperoni on the whole pizza. Delivery person looked like they had not bathed in awhile and just needed a good scrubbing and hose down. Do everyone a favor and close up shop. read more

Never again, no way. Food arrived cold and late. Pizza Hut no longer has dedicated drivers and uses door dash for delivery. Door dash does not have insulated pizza delivery bags like Pizza Hut had when they did there own delivery. It took almost 45 minutes to deliver store to door. I tracked the driver and he made 4 stops before delivering to me. French fries were ice cold and slimy, apple pies not much better and the pizza, Little Caesars was better. My dog enjoyed the chicken chunks. Pizza Hut is way over priced, one large pizza, order of fries, ten piece chicken chunks and order of apple pies and tip was over fifty dollars for low quality cold food and slow delivery. Pizza Hut would do best by following Little Caesars out of town. read more

Ordered a pizza from here, it was barely half cooked and called to complaint about under cooked pizza and the manager said thanks and hung up. Called back to get a refund or credit just to get yelled at and was told to bring the pizza back tomorrow then they told me to bring it back today then they immediately offered to remake the pizza and then Immediately I was told we were blocked from calling and delivery. All within a 1-2 min phone call. Horrible service from the GM. Called corporate, they didn't care either. read more

Ordered online and store sent wrong pizza...when tried to get a redelivery, the staff "transferred" us multiple times...on the fourth attempt to do this, asked for a manager...and they hung up. Called back.....and they hung up again. Reported them store to corporate. Some major changes to staff and training practices would have to occur before Id consider giving another chance read more

we had a great experience and friendly employees especially jimmy i believe his name was he took very good care of us with a big smile

Horrible food & customer service! Don't waste your money here. Our pizza was literally raw. There was only one person working when my husband went into the store to get our pizza. The worker literally took it out of the oven before it could bake correctly. We had meat lovers, but the only thing good on it was the toppings. Other than that, it was trash! It was so soft and undercooked, that all of the cheese and toppings fell off. The wings were hard and didn't have much sauce on them at all, & the cheese sticks were half raw as well. Then to top it off, the worker kept watching my husband smh. I don't know if it's because he was working by him self and was scared, or if it was because he doesn't like/trust black people, but either way it goes, we won't be returning! This place is a disgrace! read more

Nicest staff I have ever came across. Food was delicious and served quickly!!! We had car problems and the staff was very attentive and caring. read more

This store was extremely busy on Friday, (national pizza day) our table was dirty, the tables around us had previous people's items left all over the place. ( a good 5 or 6 tables) Anyone who knows me personally knows I'm very laid back, for me to write any negative review I would need good reason to. My wife, my 3 kids, and myself all contracted food poisoning from here, some of the worst symptoms I HAVE ever experienced! Fever, chills, Diarrhea! I will be filling a complaint with pizza hut corporate office, and Pennsylvania's Health board. I'VE missed 2 days of work because of this place! Be warned! read more

Staff is decent, makes a good conversation without it being awkward. A little dirty, nothing unusual, but could use some new installments to make the feel better when sitting down inside. Buffet is not at every Pizza Hut, so it's unique to see it --- and very convenient and cheap. Worth the six bucks, I believe it was (?). The pizza was off average quality in looks, but tasted quite good and classic pizza. The cheese somehow tastes better then unusual in this place -- not sure what that is about but I'm totally near for it. The breadsticks are different from your average Pizza Hut and could be heavily improved, although not too a bad extent or low quality, it was not made to what Pizza Hut usually would give you. The TVs are never on, nothing to complain about but just in case I would like to add this. Unlike other reviews have listed, no health complaints -- been here several times (I would guess 10/11/12) -- no issues worth listing. Oh wait -- maybe one. Don't use the bathrooms. I hate to say this because by chance you may be eating there right now as you stumble upon this and seeing the distance here to your destination, so I'm sorry. There were several pieces of long curly hair laying on the toilet seat and more in the sink, yellow water, and even some unidentifed liquids on the toilet seat. Had been driving four hours and had to use the restroom badly, but I stopped at an Exxon(I believe) nearby because of how unsanitary this was. Please staff, if you read this -- clean up your bathrooms! Well, besides, the bad bathrooms, not a bad experience. Could see myself stopping here again for a quick, quality and even affordable bite to eat -- right of the Turnpike, so it's noteworthy to non-locals. You will come across a toll when you are on your way here, and it does kind of knock you, so if you don't have much cash on you be weary. Also, buffet ends at 1:30. read more

I would give this Pizza Hut no stars I don't go there anymore for anything. I used to go there because the kids liked it, but after horrible experience after horrible experience I refuse. From the food being awful and the service staff being worse. I don't know how they are still in business. read more

Previous reviews are old! The staff here are very nice. Our order is always right and hot when delivered curbside. This is fast pizza but tasty and made to order. Thank you! read more

Awful. Bad customer service every time. The pizza was sloppy. Next time they give me a pizza like this I'll throw it at the window. Even on the phone taking my order Cindy was rude and made me feel like i was a bother. After i went in asking about what was handed to me THE SASS AND ADDITUDE was awful. read more

Pizza Hut - This is a joke right? This is a poor excuse for a pizza - Pizza Near Me - Quakertown, Pennsylvania

We have had issues with this branch now a few times.. First issue. Charge our credit card for a delivery.. but never issued the order into the computer.. management didn't want to be bothered over the situation. They refunded the money.. corporate issued us a few coupons which was great. . Second issue.. The kitchen staff swear loud enough to be heard throughout the restaurant, employee's sit around at tables... On the plus side. The wait staff is very motivated. At least the few visits we have had inside. read more

I love the buffet. You get salad and pizza for $6. The staff is friendly. With the card after your 5th visit you 6th visit is free. If you get the buffet, then it's best to get tapwater, buying soda will increase the meal to $8. It's per person which could cost you more money if you have parties of more than one. In that case It would bet cheaper to get on pie and share it . Pizza Hut is clean. read more

Tonight marks the 2nd time I've been treated like crap on the phone by this girl who apparently is the "manager". You call in, she cuts you off.. You ask, "do you have any coupons tonight?" she makes you feel like you are some sort of idiot for asking. Her demeanor on the phone is extremely harsh and abrasive! This is only the 2nd time that I have called for a delivery both times in the evening on a weekend, this time Friday night, may 31st so you do the math of who was there. ... I figured I would give it a second chance after the first time dealing with this bitchy woman... She did exactly the same stuff. The guys who deliver are so fabulous and nice, it's clearly not a company wide policy of hiring jerks, but the girl who "manages" this pizza hut in Quakertown is not nice. She's not even pleasant from the minute she answers the phone. If you don't believe me, try calling yourself and if you are unlucky enough to get this jerk on the phone you will see. Never have I felt more unwelcome to place an order. I don't think I'll ever call again. Can't fool me more than twice! She's rude. Absolutely rude. Driver was super nice!! read more

Can you give zero stars? This place has been around for ages, plenty of time to get their act together. I keep trying this place and they keep failing. Out of a half a dozen times my order has never once been correct. I've continued to give them chance after chance because my family likes the pizza. Will not be returning after tonight. We sat for over an hour, never received our meal and we offered no explaination or appology. read more

You lost a customer last weekend. The last time we ate here, the service was abysmal, but I hoped it was an isolated incident because my kids really like Pizza Hut. So tonight we decided to give it another go. We waited for a while and were ignored by several employees. Finally, a manager asked if we were waiting for a seat. When I said yes, she said she'd be right with us and then proceeded to return to the kitchen, take a customers check (who had come to the counter after we'd already been waiting), and further ignore us. After about ten minutes, we walked out. We won't be back. read more

It's Pizza Hut. I really don't have a lot of demands for a chain delivery food company. The food is always hot when it gets to my door, and they allow online ordering which is awesome. Food is consistent, for better or for worse. Not the tastiest but good for a quick plan ahead, online order so it hits the house when we get home, kind of dinner. read more

Pizza tasted ok but had a huge bubble which killed 1 slice. The real issue was the refusal to give me paper plates and napkins unless I forked over $4 for a set of 6. read more

Gave them plenty of chances most all ways screwed up my order, use to love this place no no more

I usually don't mind grabbing pizza from here, but tonight I came across this rude girl named Jennifer, when I asked for the manager , she said that was her. Well her attitude and customer service manners were horrible, rude and unacceptable! It's a shame that they would put someone like this in charge of a public place. I told her I waited over half hour for $30 worth of food and the least they could have done was give a call to the people and say they were running behind schedule, something! And she didn't seem to even have a care if she lost costumers or not. She rolled her eyes and asked what do I want her to do ? Even had the nerve to turn people away that wanted to dine in that night because they couldn't handle all the orders. I was never expecting to get my meal for nothing, but some respect, an apology for the inconvenience or I suggested even coupon for next time would have been a nice gesture for my time of waiting. She stated they aren't "trained on giving coupons". She clearly wasn't understanding my point, nor did she care! read more

Dirty, slow, and terribly cooked. Stale breadsticks, tasteless pizza, sticky table tops, and somehow my water glass was also sticky...the waiter did his best, but we will never visit Pizza Hut again. read more

This is by far THE WORST pizza place in the area. Do not order from this place under any circumstance. If you do, you can expect your food to be delivered cold, your order will be wrong, the pizza will be pieced together from leftovers from the lunch buffet and you will wait forver for the order to arrive. Just stay away. read more

We are never going to this place again after the manager treated us so terrible. We ordered a pizza for delivery and after it was fifteen minutes late we called and they had no order in the computer but our bank account was charged. Usually we have a pleasant experience with this Pizza Hut and ordering delivery, but today for some reason the manager decided to call us and very rudely complain about our pre-ordered order. She was essentially scolding us about how they open at 11 so therefore we can't actually get the pizza/order at 11, which we already knew and understood, it's just when you order online it automatically sets a time. We weren't in a rush and we NEVER made any demand that it be delivered at 11. Despite that my boyfriend said he understood this, she still decided to go off and say "Don't do that next time" and basically questioning why we would order the dinner box so early. There is such a thing as people who work night shift and get home in the morning and have different schedules from the norm. No reason to question it. Very rude and unprofessional especially since we didn't ever demand anything ridiculous. Any other time we ordered and even pre-ordered there was no issue. Not deserving of a manger title at all. read more

I wish i would be able to rate this store -5 stars. The worst place i ever being to eat. The waitress came to take the order and looked like she was racing ( at the time there were only four tables 2 of them already served ). Didn't let us finish ordering. We didn't want any ice in our sodas but she brought them anyway. She did take them back though and brought us new sodas without ice this time. She asked if the kids wanted to paint, we said yes and she forgot to bring them. Anyways thats nothing. The table was sticky, the workers generally were dirty ( the uniforms ). The whole place was dirty. The pizzas took way to long to be served even though the waitress told us they already put them in the oven ( which was a fat lie ). Then what surprised me the most was a " lady" in street clothes goes in the kitchen and starts working without changing or wearing a hairnet ( she had really long hair too ). Anyway, when i went to pay and the guy asked if we enjoyed our diner , i answered No and asked why that lady was working without a hairnet ( at least ). She was the area manager as she " proudly" stated. When i asked her was she supposed to help (as she said ) without wearing at least a hairnet she said no, but she was looking at me like she wanted to kill me right there. She did say "sorry" though. I would never recommend this place to anyone let alone go back there. read more
