The young lady who took my order was very, very friendly. Very professional and led a sincere conversation with me. I appreciated this level of respect and connection. It's missing these days. However, after I ordered my pizza slices, she used her bare hands to pick my pepperoni and place it on the slices. After placing it in the oven, she proceeded to wipe her hands on her sweatpants and then her shirt. She later answered the phone, used the register and touched the countertops, before pulling my pizza out of the oven. She then used her hands to touch my pizza at the crust and on the top. As a result, I had to come home and reheat the slices, hoping to kill any potential germs. I drove almost thirty minutes to this pizzeria, passing many others, because of how delicious I remember it being years ago. I was underwhelmed with the taste this time. Great local place that will fill your belly without taxing your wallet. Multiple types of pizza sold by the slice...... but otherwise a very extensive menu for lunch and dinner. Pizza is good, garlic knots lovely, cheesesteaks are great, fries are okay. But the cheese tortellini in blush sauce? Let's just say you'll want to smoke afterwards....its that good. I win a gift card at a Chamber of Commerce event for this place and just used it , very happy I won ! I have had some items at events from this place and I was always happy with them. I was more then impressed with everything we had and they even gave us a free glass of wine! The bruschetta was fantastic! The salad was also really good and a nice size. The manicotti was really, really good and I believe that the pasta is homemade. They don't claim the pasta is homemade but I believe it is , it was very good. Also had the lasagna, meat and the red sauce was fantastic! I was definitely overly impressed with our meals , better then I thought they would be and the server and service was exceptional. I would say that this is either a pizza place with excellent dinners or it's a casual Italian restaurant with excellent pizza ! I wish I lived closer so I could frequent this establishment more often but I think I'll be making the trip ! Ok so with inflation I get everyone raised their prices but to go out now is a treat for us. To spread 65.00 is a lot of money for people these days. Anyway we Had dinner there 7/19 and it was kinda expensive for what you got. The pizza was fine for a large cheese it was comparable to Giovanni up the road in price. 16.50 However the dinners were lack luster. My husband got stuffed shells and it came with house salad and garlic bread. The garlic bread was great. The salad was lacking. It had 1 cherry tomato cut in half, 1 piece of cucumber, and 1 olive, way too much onions. No croutons or anything else on top the lettuce. Kinda disappointed with it. Then for price of the stuffed shells dinner I could have bought a whole bag at the BJs. Now I get it we are dining out but they were frozen shells we could tell. They gave him 3 .. total. For 16.00 come on guys. Even Olive Garden gave him 6 last time we ate there. My meal was fettuccine carbonara for 16.00 It was ok nothing toot about. For pizza they are fine and I think we just stick to that if we ever order again. But for the price of the dinner prices they need some more help on quantity. I ordered food yesterday at Dominic's Pizza. I ate half of my chicken cheesecake at a friend's. When I went to rewrite the other half for lunch the next day I noticed something black. With further investigation it was a HUGE HOUSE FLY dead on mt chicken cheessteak! I almost vomited. I should have known because when I placed the order I noticed several flies in the restaurant. How disgusting! I also witnessed the worker taking money from a patron and then touching the food. This restaurant is dirty and full of flies. I would NOT RECOMMEND. read more

If I could describe this place with one word, that word would be outstanding. Everything was seriously amazing. We got the garlic knots to start and they were very good; warm, crispy on the outside, gooey, buttery, topped with garlic and parm cheese, just as garlic knots should be. For dinner, I had the Baked Rigatoni with a pink sauce with crab meat. It came with a perfect size side salad (dressing on the side) and a big piece of garlic bread. Oh. My. Goodness. The rigatoni was out of this world delicious. Upon ordering I was a little worried because typically baked pasta dishes can end up being pretty dry. But this one was so saucy, creamy, and gooey and had lots of chunks of crab. I was very impressed! My boyfriend got the spaghetti with meatballs, he loved it. He had been looking for a good place in the area to satisfy his craving for homemade spaghetti and meatballs. The sauce and meatballs are both homemade. And since everything was great I decided to order dessert. Tiramisu is one of my favorite desserts so I ordered some and it was great. I could taste that it was homemade. I just want to add that I have pretty high standards when it comes to pasta dishes and this place blew me away. Dominick's is no doubt a hidden Quakertown gem and if you are in the area you DEFINITELY need to come check it out. Huge dining room too so bring friends and family! Side note: I actually had their wings in the past and they were very good. I had the jack daniels sesame sauce on them. The wings were crispy and the sauce was again homemade. One of my go to pizza spots (and Pizza Randa). There lunch/ dinner specials are good and cheap. There garlic knots and specialty pizzas are quite good. Buffalo chicken, BBQ chicken pizzas are tasty. Also major brownie points for being one of the only restaurants open during Sandy a few years back. Generators were keeping there biz up and running. Lots of locals were very appreciative to have a place to eat when they couldn't cook at home. Family owned restaurant, running a tight ship. Can't ask for more. read more

Out of all the pizza shops I've tried in the Quakertown area, Dominick's has the best pie around. I'm relatively new to the area but have tried a few other shops. The prices are slightly above average but not unreasonable. I'll definitely sample more menu items in the future. read more

Well I had a very poor experience with one of Dominic's employees today the 8th. I ordered a whole bunch of food on the 5th of July and I was just getting ready to eat my chicken cheese steak and I ordered it with sauce and fried onions to my discovery it was hot sauce which I STRONGLY AVOID at all cost because of health issues. I mentioned to the guy who answered the the phone my predicament very calmly until he was trying to put the blame on me saying it was my job to check to see if my food was prepared correctly or eat it that day. Decided to pop in here on Sunday night for a dinner date with my little man. First off the food was really good. I will definitely be eating here again. The portions were big enough that not only did I have enough for lunch the next day but so did my son and he ordered from the kids menu. The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars was because we sat ourselves and it took almost 10 minutes for a server to come to our table, and when we ran out of our drinks and asked for a refill the refill never came. Best pizzeria in Quakertown. The pizza is great, the calzones are stuffed full and amazing, and the garlic knots are the best. We also get the grilled chicken sandwiches and eggplant sandwich. It always seems we try this place and then remember why we don't go there often. The owners are rude and treat you like you shouldn't even be there, and we've only done takeout. Trying to just pick up food is a complete nightmare and they really need to do better with their overall service. The only reason they get two stars is because their food is fairly good. Dominic's rocks! Pizza Pallor on one side, restaurant on the other. The menu is not your ordinary pizza joint. Many weekly and daily special and reasonable priced. All dinners come with side salad, choice of bread or garlic bread, glass of house wine. I ordered the Seafood Manicotti off the specials menu and glad I did. Salad was a decent size with fresh green, opted for the house dressing which looked like a very basic O/V but had an impressive flavor. The Seafood Manicotti arrived and looked scrumptious. Two Manicottis covered in a pick blush sauce with scallops, shrimp and crabmeat. This dish was to die for and got the best of me. The foccicia garlic bread became a valuable tool sopping up every last drop. I ended this meal with a pretty dam good cheese cannoli. I have been to Dominic's a few time and the food has always been consistent. I haven't tried the pizza, but the take out counter stay very busy. They have several TV's including the dining room and they will accommodate a viewing request. Great food and service. I have a few pizza shops closer to my house but I drive the extra few minutes to Dominick's because of the great food and friendly people. Their pizza is phenomenal, same with the stromboli. They have very good wings and great boneless wings. Their steak sandwiches are also delicious. Lots of room to sit in the dining room for groups or families. The servers are nice and attentive. Pick up times are usually quick and honest. Approximately 20-25 minutes on an order. My favorite is their weber (cheese steak hoagie). The prices are extremely reasonable. We typically have dinner there for about $20.00 with the tip but that's drinking water instead of soda. They have lots of seating so it's also great for large groups - our motorcycle club regularly meets & eats there. They also have daily lunch specials for about $6.00 each. Having been going there for 26 years. Great for eat in or dine out. Order always correct and cooked perfectly. Love the buffalo chicken pizza. Tried the lunch buffet: all great food; the cheesesteaks are huge and juicy. They have a pretty big menu from slices to full dinners. I usually buy a pint of sauce to take home when there as it is the best. The wait staff are always friendly and food served quickly. My son loves the pepperoni rolls with a side of sauce. My family has been a longtime customer of Dominicks.. we love their food. But today will be the last time we go there. We ordered a slice of pizza (cut for my son very nicely), a cheesesteak Weber (half for here and half deconstructed and to go), bruschetta (delicious) and calamari (awful). We sent the calamari back as it was hard and chewy and had no flavor at all. We were not offered n alternative or even just an apology for the terrible food; it was just taken off the table. When our check came out, I noticed there was a charge ($1) labeled separate box. When I questioned it, the waitress informed me that is what she was told to do. The owner, Vincent, came out to talk to me. He explained that boxes cost them so they pass the expense to their customer. I asked about the charge for the calamari to which he said, 'well I ate it and it was good'. When I was finally able to get a word in, I asked if they always charge to take the unfinished portion of a meal to go. He said, well it seems like you are just looking to get something for free here so fine. Will never return due to poor customer service and the rude and condescending owner. read more
