Food was absolute delicious! We ordered the pizza and cheese stick which in the picture they were arranged that way by me but it's set up much nicer when they bring it to you. The cheese sticks are so nice and warm,cheesy and flavorful they are delicious on their own without the marinara sauce but if you like the marinara it's also delicious. As for the star of the show, the pizza, was the perfect ratio of cheese, pepperoni and olives. You get a bit of all ingredients up until the very end. My son applied at this location. Was scheduled for an interview, he came at the time slot he was told and mgr wasn't there. He was told to comeback at a later time, still no mgr. He was told 'still waiting for him'. My son waited 20 mins and still nothing. And wasn't even offered something to drink while he waited. Based off his experience, he has chosen to not work there. Customer service has really gone down the toilet. Y'all need to do better!!! read more

1st and foremost, how do people NOT visit this pizza hut as much as before?! this location was empty which worked in our favor since I was dining in with my 14 month old. First thing you notice when you walk in is it's a little dingy. Random crap laying around on a lot of the tables. I dont know why they couldnt just clear them off, but whatever. Do not order a pizza from this Pizza Hut for delivery. They cut corners to save time and expense at the expense of their customers. Pizza shows up cold because it was a leftover. Additionally, I caught them today delivering me a converted pizza vs a freshly cooked pizza as I ordered - once again to save time and money at the expense of the customer. I ordered a thin crust cheese pizza, when it showed every piece had pepperoni circles on where the pepperoni had been pulled off to convert it to a cheese pizza vs making the pizza from scratch as ordered. I am surprised by the many negative reviews. We have stopped in for take out numerous times over the past year and it has always been perfect. We do always get the thin & crispy so cannot attest to any other. Only negative thing would be it is quite expensive unless you go with their daily specials. read more

I always order from Dominos because they get it right. This time I decided to go with Pizza Hut, boy was that a mistake! I ordered two pizzas and one of them tasted like it had sat under a heat lamp for a while, the cheese was already stale, the other one was okay. I also ordered cheese sticks and quepapas, which generally come with a dipping sauce, I got nothing! This place always seems to disappoint me every time. This used to be our go to place, but when Sheila and Denise left this place went down hill quick. We went there for the first time since they left on Monday for dinner, my son got the chicken wings with garlic Parmesan and when he got them (way before our pizza came out) there was so little sauce on them that they tasted like regular chicken wings. I ordered the special which was two medium pizzas for 6.99. I got the Italian meatball and pepperoni mushroom. When they came out the pepperoni mushroom looked good but the Italian meatball didn't look like the picture. The girl that brought them drop them off at our table and walked away, so I couldn't tell her that pizza didn't look right. When she came back over about 10 minutes later when our drinks for dry I told her that the pizza was not correct that I ordered the Italian meatball that is supposed to have meatballs, cheese,sauce,onions, and Roma tomatoes and all that was on it was the meatballs. She did apologize and offered to take 5% off my ticket. I told her no and that the pizza needed to be comped or something because it was completely wrong. Mediocre food, dirty restaurant, awful service. The only waitress (staff of about a dozen when we walked in) seated us and took our drink order. We didn't see her again for about 10-15 min when she brought our pizza. We had to ask for our drinks and tell her again what we ordered. She brought the rest of our food and didn't come back. My boyfriend got up 3 times to refill our drinks. They weren't very busy and only had 4-5 tables with customers. read more

First off let me be clear that Pizza Hut isn't my first choice for pizza - there are much better choices for pizza in the Kingwood/Humble area that I don't mind driving to. With that said, when my fiancé and I are in the mood for a quick pizza fix, we order online from this location since it is right around the corner from our home. I always seem to have a 20% off coupon in my email to use, which is nice. There are always online specials as well. Pizza and wings have always been hot and cooked to our order. I have no experience with their delivery as I refuse to pay $7 when I can drive 2 minutes to pick my order up. So I went to the Porter Pizza Hut, as I got out of my car to cross the parking lot. The delivery driver comes flying into the parking lot and if I hadn't stopped he defiantly wouldn't have been able to. So as I go into the lobby I went up to the counter complaining about the situation, manager standing right in front of me not one person bothered to say anything to me or the driver. So I said are you not going to do anything? I got told by a staff member there "right there is the manager tell her". All I got to say is great customer service guys. Everyone started to walk away and I was told by the sever "well your not the first to complain about him flying through the parking lot. I got mad and left. Contacted the call center told them what happened "the usual let me get your number and we will have someone call you". So the manager on duty calls about 5 mins later and tells me "the only thing she can do right now is call her boss. Again great customer service guys. Now I am waiting on a call from a manager that I'm pretty sure won't call. The moral of this story is "HEY PIZZA HUT YOU COULD TAKE OWNERSHIP OF THIS PROBLEM AND AT LEAST USE THE WORDS IM SORRY ABOUT THIS LET ME SEE WHAT I CAN DO FOR YOU". Instead you choose to point the finger at others. Did you know you got 3 pointing back at you, once again take ownership of the situation. I never got my food and I'm going on day three waiting on my bank to release the pending charges. The asst mgr was not helpful to resolve the concern. No one had responded to my 1-800 call or my email. Before this incident, they often can't find my home which is in a newer neighborhood and have long wait times even during the middle of the week. I hate writing negative reviews, but this place just is GROSS!!!! First of all it has been about three years ago that some of this happened, then will update on some other things. 3 years ago I ordered from here for carry out and when I went to pick up my pizzas I noticed a dog sitting in the kitchen. I asked the manager why there was a dog in the food prep area. She said it was a friends and would be back to get it. Then I went to use the bathroom and heard moans coming from it, didn't want to interrupt what was going on. I Went back to the pay area only to see two employees, man and teenage girl, coming out of the bathroom. He had to be in his late 20's and she looked like she was 16. When I got home the marinara sauce tasted like cigarette ashes and found some in it. Called and manager said she would check into it. She forgot to mute the phone and heard her laughing because yes employee put ashes in our sauce. Told her that I was calling corporate on her and their store. Her response was this, "Go ahead, they have heard worse than that from this location and haven't done anything to us." Now up-to-date. My wife ordered from here on 6/2/14 for carry out, because it would take them an hour to deliver to my house a mile away. I went in to see employees sitting around doing nothing, the rest were smoking outside and the tables were dirty. The carpet was beyond nasty. I tasted the marinara sauce before leaving. The lady asked why I did that and told her last time some a-hole put ashes it in. She was shocked to hear that. The pizza was not great, but not horrible. The dough was kind of raw still. You get better at Little Ceasars and for half the price. Very expensive even with a coupon. Bread sticks seemed like they were made earlier that day and were just sitting around. read more

Do not order pizza from this Pizza Hut restaurant!!! i came into Houston to have chemotherapy and stayed in a hotel in Porter, TX. I made my order online at 7PM and received it at 8:25PM. The stuffed crust pizza arrived ice cold and there was NO cheese at all in the crust. We also ordered two side salads. The tomatoes were so rotten they were mush. Seeing that I am currently undergoing chemotherapy for stage 3 cancer, I cannot eat old food. It could give me an infection and kill me. I proceeded to call the restaurant location and speak to Ruth the manager. I explained to her the poor state of the food and said that I either wanted a refund or another pizza. She told me that as of last week the store policy stated that she could not help me with either. I told her that I did not want the pizza and had not even touched it. Her response was "well throw it out then". After spending $30 on a pizza I don't just want to "throw it out". I either want another suitable pizza or I want my money back. I told her that if I was not compensated or did not get suitable customer service I would call corporate and put bad reviews online for her restaurant. The manager then hung up on me and when I tried to call back to get things worked out I was immediately hung up on. This was completely unprofessional on their part. About an hour later I get a call from the local police. The officer said that she was accusing me of threatening her somehow. Well it is a good thing I called corporate because they said all calls are recorded. That is great, at least I am protected. I have stage 3 cancer, I am not in the position nor will I ever be threatening anyone. Hopefully Pizza Hut corporate can instruct the staff at this location on good management skills, making a decent pizza, customer service and satisfaction and not wasting others time.
