Stopped in at Pizza Hut and had a really solid experience all around. The service was nice and welcoming right from the start, and everything came out quickly without feeling rushed. The pizza was fresh, hot, and really tasty just what you want when you are craving something classic. The crust had a good texture, the toppings were well balanced, and you could tell it had just been made. It hit the spot. The restaurant was clean and had a relaxed feel, making it an easy place to sit down and enjoy a meal. Overall it was a great visit with good food and friendly service. I recently placed an online order for their lunch special, the personal pan and boneless wings. When I arrived, the employee didn't seem to notice my order, so I was told to wait about 10 minutes. Within 10 minutes, a friendly gentleman walked my order out to my car. It was hot and fresh, and absolutely delicious! It only cost $7, which is a great deal for what you get. read more

They took my $$ Saturday I waited up over 2 hours for it to continue saying it just got popped out the oven when I checked the tracking, after realizing they weren't coming, I gave up and left to go get something from somewhere else. It is now going on day 6 (so almost a whole week) of them being closed after the st Patrick's day holiday. This is ridiculous and I still haven't gotten my money back, every time I go up there, door is locked and store is closed. Whoever manages this place needs to be laid off seriously. If I could give it a negative star I would. I placed an order off my Pizza Hut account. When I went to pick it up I was told that they never received my order (which I obviously had the confirmation email on). I was then told that I would have to place the order again and wait again, and dispute the first charge with my bank. What kind of customer service is that?? I have my confirmation email where I ordered and paid, why can't you just make my pizza and be done with it. Now I'm having to double pay and then call the bank to get my original amount back. My family orders pizza every Friday night. I grew up on Pizza Hut pizza and was thrilled to death to see one open in Pooler. We have had SO MANY problems with this store from not getting the order right (any time we order anything customized) to on at least three occasions, our wings were raw. I asked for our money back after the last episode (around October 2013) and I was told all they could offer was store credit because the order was placed over the internet. I told them that store credit would be useless to me because I do not intended to EVER order from them again. They should be getting a thank you card from Papa John's soon.... This location was very nice. I ordered online arrived and pizza was ready was fast. It was wing Wednesday so I ordered some of those as well. O, I ordered thin crust because I'm a Pan crust fan and I didn't want to pay the extra for it. I don't like the hand tossed, never have. It's to sweet and rubbery to me. I enjoyed the thin crust, it was nice crispy. First time trying it but I will order it again. Pizza was tasty but I haven't eaten the wings. I couldn't wait to get home to devour the pizza so by the time I got home I was full! Also ordered boneless for the first time. Hope I like them. Keep up the good work Pizza Hut. :) read more

Avoid this location! First - made an order online...said 25-35 min. After 45 minutes I called and was told the orders are a minimum of an hour and "probably longer". When I asked why I was told they sent drivers home and there was only one driver working for the rest of the night. When I pressed again he said this was "to save cost of the drivers pay". They didn't want to pay their employees?! Really?! Second - I asked to speak to the manager. Twice. Both times I was hung up on. The manager apparently had no interest in talking to a customer that had concerns. Finally - When I FINALLY got my order, it was wrong... Sorry to see such a terrible review. Especially since I just ordered their pizza & it was delicious. Delivery time was not an issue but ofc it's monday, not the wknd when they're slammed. I made my own pizza thru their easy on line system and I have to admit it was delicious. I wanted several diff ingredients - white garlic sauce, pork meat, black olives, red onions & green peppers. Whoever made my pizza did a great job on the amount of ingredients, there wasn't too much of one item. I was very disappointed with the level of service I received at this Pizza Hut. To begin with they gave us the wrong style crust, then lied stating that the original crust was the same thing as their thin crust. Next I get home and upon further inspection of the pizza they decided to skimp on the toppings. One of the pizzas had 12 slices of pepperoni and the other had 8 and both were large pizzas. In addition to holding back on the pepperoni, they did the same thing with the cheese causing the pizza to taste burnt, old, and hard as a rock. Finally, I called them to tell them about my level of service and was assured that I would hear back from someone within 3 business days and nothing......... This is very disappointing due to the fact that Pizza Hut is my go to place when I'm not in Ocala eating at Wise Guys. I would say that I'd boycott the company as a whole but what does that do? Hopefully this will open their eyes and they can correct this location, so that people like me will still frequent their establishments....... read more

Every time I have picked up an order for my family - minimum seven visits- our pizzas have always been perfect. If they tell me that it's going to be ready in 15-20 minutes -I can think of only one or two visits when I showed up and I had to wait an additional five minutes for my order- which for me -wasn't a big deal. Some of the negative reviews posted on here are from several years ago, and speaking for myself, I can't remember any details- but - (several years ago) - after that initial visit- bad experience- I never went back again, not until they moved into their new location, and even then I was hesitant to give them another chance. For those folks who have problems- complaints with the (new location) Pizza Hut's delivery service - well - it's not for me to say- because the only company I use - I trust to be on time with delivering anything to my house is Amazon. Maybe it's because I'm getting old(er) - I can't tolerate excuses, and I don't have any patience - especially when it comes to having pizza delivered to my home. For me it's much easier to place the order in person, and then wait fifteen to twenty minutes in my car- listening to the news and talk radio. I don't do social media or social anything. I'm not referring to this Pizza Hut, but the reason why I don't place my order by phone is because I hate being stuck on hold - and I really hate it when I get disconnected and I have to call them back and be placed on hold again, and while I'm on hold I'm listening to their "on hold" music -which varies from Barry Manilow to Dolly Parton - the Carpenters, or Peter Paul and Mary - or my personal favorites- Patsy Cline and Hank Williams (Sr). The second reason for not having food (pizza) delivered to my home is the waiting. With the waiting comes the questions (from my family)- "how much longer" - "what time did you call them?", and my least favorite question "would you call and find out how much longer it's going to be?" The last thing that I hate about having anything delivered to my home is what comes at the end. After what seems like forever- the person shows up at my house, and provided that the order is correct and hot (enough) - I hate what comes next- the delivery person- who is now looking at me like a porkchop - waiting on their tip. I ordered a pizza tonight Friday 1/21/22 at around 10:45. The pizza was delivered at 11:30 to the wrong address. There is no phone number to get ahold of the driver, the store is not answering and has no voice mail, and the pizza was definitely delivered because I had to buzz the driver through the apartment gate. It would be one thing if this was the first time but it's not. And now I've paid over $18 for a pizza I don't have and have to go searching through the whole complex in 34 degree rain to find the pizza. Update: I didn't find it. I would like a refund. read more

If zero stars was an option, that's what I would select. We decided to try Pizza Hut again for the first time in years. The online ordering system told us to expect it to be delivered in 35 minutes. An HOUR and 35 minutes later a cold pizza was delivered. I tried 6 times to call the store, each time getting disconnected after about 5 minutes on hold. I asked the driver why no one at the store answered the phone and he said they only had two people- one to make pizzas and one to deliver- so they put their phone on "full-auto" so it goes to the call center. First of all, it does NOT go to their call center. Second of all, what kind of garbage excuse for customer service is that?? The customer service at this Pizza Hut location is horrible. I placed an order for delivery and received and incorrect pizza. When I called the store back they said they were putting it in the oven. An hour later, when we still didn't have our pizza, I called back and the manager stated that they thought we were picking up the correct pizza. Why would I pay for for delivery of an incorrect pizza and drive to the store because of their mistake? The employees were very rude and we did not receive the correct pizza until 2 hours and 45 minutes after our initial order. DON'T waste your time and money by ordering from here. We were staying in town over the weekend and decided to have pizza delivered to the hotel. The young man who took the order was nice, and seemed thorough, although he was not familiar with the local hotel locations. We were told that it would take 40 minutes to receive our order. An hour later I called to check on it. They couldn't find it at first and then said it was entered as a carry out order and we could come get it. Finally, after being on the phone for about ten minutes they said that the delivery guy was on his way and would be there in a couple of minutes (the hotel was less than a mile away). He finally arrived fifteen minutes later. It took right at an hour and a half to receive what should have been forty minutes. We had ordered two pizzas. One was the right thing, but was cold. The other was hot but wasn't what we ordered. We had also ordered drinks, but didn't receive those correctly either. Thankfully, no one we talked to was rude, but they evidently have trouble getting orders cooked correctly and delivered in a timely manner. I wish I had read the Yelp reviews before ordering.
