It wasn't available w their service but Brandon the g manager took the time on a busy night to upload a free trail on paramont+ so we could watch the game! That was awesome. I don't like to review chain restaurants, but I have plenty of time to do it right now as I'm waiting. Waiting for 30 minutes for a personal pan pizza. Sitting in a booth waiting for a server took 10 minutes. Asked her a question and I might as well been speaking a foreign language. Let me back up, when I arrived, I waited to be seated. I went the restroom, came back, and waited some more. A group of 3 came in the other door and they were promptly seated. I was seated after them. They ordered, received drinks, made their salads, ate their salads, then a server appeared at my table finally. I just received my pizza and the 3 too is cashing out. A large table has received half their food. Not everyone, just half. And I despise when servers call me "sweetie," "hon," "darling," and "dear," etc. I'll stop. It's Pizza Hut. Guess I should've known better. I'll need to find another option when I come back to Ottawa next quarter. read more

Went to Ottawa pizza hut the waitress took about 15 min to come over to wait on us { We were very close of walking out } Got our drinks took another 10 Mins we were the only ones in there Got my frys 1st then got my sub . 10 mins later Sub taste like crap my wife's small pizza not good either, The waitress talks so fast can't hardly understand her . It sounds like there was a lot of horseplay in the kitchen lot's of laughing going on in the kitchen .[ This place really needs some serious attention ] With being the only one's in there WHY does it take 40 minutes to get our food , Dont know if were coming back .. When the waitress asked if we wanted a booth or table, I told her it didn't matter; she rolled her eyes at me. We each ordered a personal pan, mine was pepperoni lovers, my companion's was pepperoni. We got two identical pan pizzas. I asked which was which she shrugged and pointed to the one nearest me and said, "that's the one you ordered." This was after a thirty-five minute wait. Was asked twice if I wanted a refill without getting one either time. AND... the cottage cheese on the salad bar was sour. Never going to that Pizza Hut again! read more

This Pizza Hut has been under new management for a few months and it has gotten a lot better. The service has been better than you can get anywhere else for a while now. My waitress even came out and knelt down at the table for us-that was a very nice gesture! In my most recent visit the manager came out and introduced himself. As young as he was, I was wowed. I dont think I have ever met anyone more ambitious, and it seemed to me that he got along great with his staff, which also seems to be fairly new. He has made big changes and I think they are paying off. read more
