food was absolutely horrible none of my buns on my sandwiches were toasted and the buns tased like the bag has been open since Monday (it's now Wednesday) and they were stale and hard the chicken was barely warm (like it's been sitting in the warmer drawer all day) and the patties are so dry and crispy they should have been thrown in the chilly meat drawer hours ago French fries? ice cold and absolutely no salt on them ohh and don't forget the nuggets were so crunchy I couldn't eat them this location is so horrible it either needs shut down or they need to fire all employees (especially the general manager) and hire a whole new crew that at least half way takes there job seriously this place is a joke the best thing I got out of my whole order was the straw even my drink tasted watered down read more

I have never experienced horrible food until tonight me and my fiancé ended up going to Wendy's after working a 12 hour shift and sure enough our food was cold the fries were hard I asked for a junior bacon cheeseburger without tomatoes but instead on both of my sandwiches there was tomato's now I'm not one to complain but I honestly don't think I'll ever go back the workers were complaining about our order and we also ordered the chicken wrap but the tortilla just kept falling apart it wasn't wrapped well I used to work in fast food read more

Terrible. Was shocked because I normally like Wendy's. But the staff was very unprofessional and loud And obnoxious. Most of them were on their phones. You could Tell they didn't want to be there. When we came in the one guy was yelling at the rest of the staff. The food wasn't good fries had no taste the burger had bacon on it that wasn't done. Won't be back. read more

it was the most uncomfortable and offensive dining experience I have ever had. Multiple staff members were shouting to each other, laughing and joking about their "balls" "bitches" sex and many other vulgar topics. My husband and I sat as far away as we could from the counter but we still couldn't hear each other over the staff. Some staff members were on the clock, some members had just gotten off the clock... but they were all at the counter. At one point, they all started chanting "GET ON YOUR KNEES" and a female employee pulled out her phone at the counter and recorded a male employee getting on his knees (on the customer side of the counter). I was so upset I went up to the counter and asked them to stop being vulgar because customers don't feel comfortable. I watched an older couple leave in disgust before I approached the counter with my thoughts. Where do I start... Decided to dine in here at this Wendy's and right off the opening of the front door I could just tell it was going to be a bad experience. No AC and it's 85+ outside. Inside was so musty and employees just stared at us as we walked in like we were aliens. The only decent part was the sandwich. The ketchup pumps didn't barely work. To get two small containers of ketchup it took roughly 5 minutes because nothing was barely coming out of them. Told the employees and they just said "yeah it takes awhile". Then it was time to get drinks. They had no ice in the machine so you had to ask for ice in a cup from the kitchen. After getting the ice, the pop was very warm and had no carbonation whatsoever and there was way too much syrup in the mix. We tried most drinks including the Hi-c and that tasting like straight cough syrup. After all that we decided it was enough and too hot to dine in and we left. Fast food burger lovers - you have been warned. Be sure to check your order before you pull away or leave the counter. I know that Wendy's bought/owns the Tim Horton chain (primarily Canadian,donuts, etc) a while ago, but do you have to put mayo on all burgers? I feel like Bruce Willis in the "Whole Nine Yards" about mayo (well maybe, not that passionately) but it seems like every other time I stop here, my burger end up with ketchup and mayo on it, rather than what I order. I double check my receipt, order screen or verbally confirm my order and it still gets messed up. I thought it may be just this location ('cause that is the Wendy's I eat at the most), but have had it happen at other locations hundreds of miles away. It has happened twice to me in the past 6 weeks (and probably picking up from there a couple of times a week). I know that I can bring it back and they will replace the burger for free. All I want is my burger to be prepared to order, like they once claimed (hot, juicy and prepared to order). I had given up a long time ago on McD and there is no Burger King nearby, and I am getting tired of Arby's, so my fast food choices are dwindling rapidly. Overall, this Wendy's seems to be always clean, the window people are friendly and the service is pretty quick. It just seems that they cannot get my order correct (the other half likes mayo so it is not that big a deal for him.) Unfortunately, my expectations about eating from Wendy's is becoming a disappointment rather than being exceeded every day. read more
