It's about a 20-25min wait from point of order. There is a lot of on line orders. And I mean a lot. Maybe 90-95% of orders are online. This creates a back up for the walk ins. Place is 4/5 on cleanliness. Tables are a little wobbly, but not bad. I don't think I would return for the simple fact that I don't like ordering online. Reminds me of Uber eats. Absolutely the worst Wingstop location I have ever visited & it's by a long shot…read more The wife was craving some tenders from here, I decided to go pick some up since the app was not working. I showed up and noticed a long line from the register to the door & still, patiently waited for my turn. As it was my turn to order the girl working the register stared at me but did not say a single word. I proceeded to ask if I could place an order. She looked at me, (was very rude/annoyed that I asked and mildly rolled her eyes) & then stated "it's an hour wait" in the most annoyed tone ever. There was no "sorry for the inconvenience", "sorry for the wait" nothing. She vividly expressed how miserable she was to be there and taking it out on the costumers. This l location has lost a costumer for life. I will much rather take the extra time & travel to the Wingstop off of 87th than to ever step foot in this location again. Do yourself a favor & travel to any other Wingstop other than the one on 42nd. I guarantee you'll be happy you did. The 1 star rating should tell everything you need to know about this store. If I could give 0 stars, believe me I definitely would. Date: 08/24/25 Time: 7:45pm
